Highly recommended! I've done business with many different car shipping companies and Dedicated Auto Transport has by far been the best. The carriers they deal with are very reliable and responsive. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family.

Please do not use Dedicated Auto Transport. Nicole, the owner, is very charming and has a nice voice but the cost will go up as soon as you begin to speak to her. Then, after you pay, all you get is voicemail, no more communication - nothing!

I am a woman who suffers from a severe lupus-like condition (autoimmune disorder) and I explained my privacy is important and please not give out the drop-off location to the shop my truck was being picked up at. It was a body shop who did not finish for a long time and I needed to pick up my truck.

The owner of Dedicated Auto (Nicole) wrote back and said she did not personally give the address; what she really was saying was that the driver did. The driver was the owner of Family Of Six. Do not let them transport your vehicle via Dedicated Auto, please. They would not speak to me during the transport - nothing.

I paid Nicole the owner of Dedicated Auto, 500 dollars for a just a 4- hour transport, and all I asked her for was privacy. We all have disputes with mechanic services once in a while and deserve our privacy.
I hope this helps someone else to avoid what I suffered.

I purchased a brand new AMG out in Pleasanton (NorCal) and wanted it transported down to LA. I originally requested a quote from a company up there, however Yelp also sent out inquiries to transport companies out in SoCal and connected me with Nicole at Dedicated Auto Transport. This unintended connection was a blessing in disguise because I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and how efficient Nicole is. Not only was she responsive, she got the car picked up the next day and delivered EXACTLY on the day and time I wanted, and at a very reasonable price compared to other transporters. Given the value of the car, I had very high expectations and wanted everything perfect and Nicole delivered. She had mentioned she does a lot of transporting for the Fletcher Jones dealership and I can see why. Nicole and Dedicated Auto Transport has won my trust and I will be using them for all my auto transport for myself, my family, and recommended to my clients. Thank you Nicole!

Bought a car from a private individual in the Dallas, Texas area and needed the car delivered to me in the Sarasota, Florida area.
The car was picked up the morning after he got the check and was delivered the next morning. Gorgeous enclosed trailer, and a really nice driver.

I was referred to Nicole by a friend who has high standards for customer service. She definitely delivered. Because of the location I was going to, it took a little longer to find and schedule a driver. Throughout the whole time, Nicole kept me updated and explained why it was taking so long and she looked for a deal that would work out. Very personable, personal, and easy to deal with.
