Do not use this company as they will confirm with you one day (2 weeks before you're supposed to ship out) and then cancel literally the next day. Was forced to scramble and find other options for shipping my car out cross-country. This company only has one person that can apparently book carriers so if she is out of the office, which she was for a month, apparently the entire company shuts down and nothing can be shipped out. They are not responsive and take accountability for anything. Super unreliable. Moving is already stressful, don't use this company if you want to add more stress to your moving process.

So they aren't really a transport company. They are just brokers that try to book your vehicle on some other truck. They promise you a date and then don't even tell you that your date is up in the air until you are 48 hours from the date they promised you would be good for. So then you are stuck 2 days away from leaving and then you have to jump through your butt to try to find someone to pick up your vehicle in the next 48 hours. And of course note you are paying a premium for the short notice. Would never use these guys. Can't even say I ever used them because they bailed on me but definitely felt the need to warn anyone who reads these reviews.
