They hook you in with one price and then the day before pickup tell you it's going to cost more. They screwed me out of an additional $950! Horrible Company! Zero ethics!

Johnny b handled a transport in kind of a rush situation from Rincon,Ga to Acworth,Ga with same day service even though it wasn't anticipated. He made himself available after hours to keep me informed and made my son's entire month by delivering him a surprise after his car was destroyed a week earlier. Thank you Johnny for your patience with me.

Recently transported a car from Florida to California. The only thing that was timely was the pick up. We were told delivery would be 5-6 days and the car arrived in 10 days with limited and conflicting information just about every day. We talked to at least three different people during the transport and I still really don't know who delivered the car. The car did arrive intact but we incurred over $500 in additional expenses (hotel and rental car) due to the delay. Spend a few extra bucks and go with a large, national company if you have a long transport!

Took my boyfriend's down payment and didn't deliver the car when promised and wouldn't pick up any calls for over a week. Still waiting for a call back or money back. Johnny is totally unprofessional and sketchy.

Just wrapped up a fantastic experience transporting my car from the Bay Area to Seattle, and Diesel Auto Transport made it happen!

First of all, I've never had a great car transport experience ever. It's a headache of an industry, so finding a reputable broker to work with to schedule a reliable driver is not an easy feat. I feel so thankful I gave this company a chance! Bert was my rep, in case it's helpful to know.

I reached out to Bert to work with me the week of Christmas (which is not the best week to schedule a transport - lots of drivers take time off). He was honest so I was aware of accurate timelines. However, he did nail down a driver for a reasonable rate ($850 total - $100 was for Bert's services). Numerous other car companies were reaching out to me during this time with much higher rates.

Bert knew I wanted a reliable driver and to have my car before New Year's if possible and he made that happen. If I ever need a broker for a car transport in the future, I'm keeping his information bookmarked for the future!

Ive transported many vehicles with many different companies. Bert and his company are the most reliable and professional of all.
