we have shipped family cars back and forth from New York to Florida several times with Direct Connect. Each and every time the service was outstanding, the vehicles arrived when expected and the price was always fair and competitive. We will use Direct Connect Auto Transport again this winter.

Friendly people to work with when scheduling a prick up , and drop off . Driver was easy to work with and kept us updated at the car traveled . Dropped off at right location and correct date . Would recommend!

I got my car detailed before I got the car picked up by Direct connect auto transport and when it got delivered to Los Angeles the car was completely dirty, scratched up, and they also drove my car and dented the bumper! When I called and tried to report it, they stopped answering the phone and I still haven't heard back from them! They have no respect for their customers nor do they care what happens to your car. 1,000% DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you care about your car go with a different company they are HORRIBLE AND AN EMBARRASSMENT!

Very bad experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport.
Signed paper with them in Dec. 2021, targeted for pick up on Jan 5, 2022.
They were not able to find a truck until Jan. 27.
No communication and I have to chase them for update. All I got from them was nothing but "we are working on it".
When they finally managed to find a truck, I was asked to add $100 to the originally agreed price.
Irresponsible and not trustworthy. Stay away!

I recently contacted Direct Connect Auto Transport on 2/8/2022 to transport my car from WI to TX. I was told by Charlie D. that they would not take out a deposit prior to finding a carrier along with speaking with you first, before they did so. I emailed Charlie D. the early morning of 2/10/2022, explaining to him to cancel out my submission as I found a different company to go through. Today, I received a text saying the deposit was taken out and that my car will be picked up on 2/14. I called right away and Charlie said, "I never received such a thing". I asked him how long will it take for deposit to be refunded & he said he didn't know. I asked him to send a cancellation email & he said, "you should receive it between now up to 30min". Then hung up the phone in my face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM.

I contacted Marc Richards (Dispatcher) and he seemed genuine. I explained that I wanted to ship my 63 Beetle to Wisconsin and he gave me a great quote; however that was where his customer service ended. I was very up front and ask questions. He initially quoted me $600 with a military discount as long as I committed before end of the year (Christmas) I contacted him again on Christmas Eve and he said he would get back with me in a few days. I had been told that at least twice before and I had to call him each time. I sent text and left voice messages but he would not respond. After finally reaching him he said that we had been working on this months and diesel had doubled???? I checked and fuel prices have not doubled. Marc is unresponsive, unprofessional and he did did not call me back and after I contacted him last he told me it was approximately $1200 for the same shipment. My quote #4824024 was no good and I ask him for his immediate supervisor number and he stated that he would have him call me???? No phone call over a week later. He even stated that I find another carrier if I wasn't happy. I hope if you work with him you get better results!!!

would give this company 1 star, however, my vehicle came in one piece and nothing was damaged or taken. Where do I start, shipping a vehicle was new for me. Everyone talked about how easy the process is. HOWEVER, this was not my case.

I am a travel nurse and after working in California I needed to get my car back home. I had several quotes from people but for some reason it was taking forever for me to get anyone to ship it for weeks, which led me to contacting this company.

When I first contacted The company I spoke to Marc and he told Me it would be 2250 to get my chevy suburban from California to Pittsburgh PA which was over 1000 dollars more than any quote I had ever gotten. but on the website it says 1500. However, he told me when I talked to him because brokers quote you and then try to move the vehicle for that price which made sense, since I was having such an issue getting my car moved previously. I was willing to pay because it had been almost three weeks trying to get my car moved. He told me he has 4 trucks coming my way a week and should have my car shipped no issues. PERFECT well nope.

When I first talked to Marc, he told me 2250 but they would charge 450 on pick up and the rest on delivery. He sent the contract over and in his contract he had a lot of wording that I didnt like so I didnt sign it and was going to look for another carrier. About a few days later my credit card was charged for the FULL amount. I reached out to Marc asking why my CC was charged and that I never signed the contract to go through with using his services, he then said he had already talked to the contact person where my car was and confirmed a pick up for that date. This was a lie, my contact told me she spoke to him a few days prior but that he never called back. When I confronted him, he then outreaches to her and said he would be there the next day to pick up my car. Again, after so many issues I said you know what screw it, if he can get my truck home great. he told me 5-7 days, even better.

Go on vacation in DR, come back two weeks later to find my vehicle still wasn't home???? I call on a Friday and ask him where my car was he said in NJ? and should be coming by Monday. I then get an email saying this with a delivery date. Monday comes no show I call again, He says Tuesday? I get another email saying this. But that it would be an additional 450 to get my car from NJ to Pittsburgh PA.

I called Marc he doesn't answer and send him a text asking him why It is saying I have an additional charge which would now take my total 2700 no reply. I called my CC company and canceled my card so he wouldn't charge it. My vehicle did show the next day in one piece. I was skeptical based on my experience and at times I wondered if this was even a legit company. Several times I considered reporting my car stolen due to the unprofessionalism this company shows and how they lie just to get a deal. They offer no way to track your car.

overall this experience was a nightmare. My car did come in one piece after almost three weeks, but will not be using this company ever again!

Kristen D and her unprofessional attitude led me to not procure this company and, from reading the reviews, I am better off. She was annoyed because I was asking basic questions about the Terms and Conditions and she gave me an attitude, hung up on me, and emailed me saying:

We cannot assist you with your car shipment.

You would be better off contacting another company.

I had used Direct Connect to ship my son's car from VA to AZ for school. One of the big draws was that I could pay for the entire shipping with a credit card and no COD was required. However, when I contacted them to schedule a return trip, (2 months in advance) I thought I had arranged for full credit card payment but when I noticed only 1/3 was charged to the card, I called Marc. He indicated he would notify the driver. As the pick-up date drew near, I had no communication from Marc or a driver. I was leaving the state and needed to get the car picked up. Finally, a driver called me the day before we departed and arranged to pick up the car. I was told that the remainder of the payment needed to be paid to the driver's company (not Direct Connect). Fortunately, was able to process the funds via Zelle (they did not use Venmo) and no COD was required since the car would arrive BEFORE I got back to VA.

The car arrived on time but when my son got into the car for the first time (2 days after delivery), he noticed black smudges on the tan cloth driver seat, cloth driver door, and steering wheel. The driver had clearly left his work gloves on when he moved the car. Not sure it will come out. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE. I would NOT recommend Direct Connect again.

I would have given this company 5 stars, but there were major issues picking up my "non operational" vehicle (that I had to pay extra for shipping) out of State. Reportedly, an independent tow truck driver was requested to p/u vehicle and take to the primary carrier. This initial driver was reportedly very angry, rude, and refused to transport the vehicle. I had to diligently help arrange for another tow truck driver to p/u and deliver the vehicle to the primary carrier. This was a stressful, last minute race against time, and chaotic situation for all parties involved.That part of transport I would give 2 stars. However, once the car was placed on the primary transport vehicle, the transport went very smooth. The driver was available, arrived on time, friendly, and went above and beyond when dropping off the car. This phase of the transport I would give 5 Stars.

I was generous with two stars because i guess it could have been even worse. But my experience with this business also could have so easily been made better if they had just kept their word. The owner John and I had a long professional conversation in which he promised me he'd cover the costs of damage to the one of the wheel rims on my car caused during shipment by his third-party hauler. That supposed "commitment" was over two months ago, and in spite of probably 10 calls to his company and a bunch of voicemails I've left John during that time, he is completely unresponsive and clearly does not intend to uphold his promise to me.

If you have alternative transport companies to consider, even if they're a little more expensive, I would urge you to go that route and avoid working with this company. Your car is too valuable and life is too short to deal with people like this.

I'm a collage student and had to move my truck to Florida and I contacted Direct Connect auto transport at the beginning of the month and I was really surprised that it went as easy as it did. I was worried about my car and turning it over to someone I had no idea who I was dealing with . I placed my order online and it was easy as 1,2,3 I paid the deposit and I got a call the next day after it I placed the order and talked to the dispatch dept and they explained everything in detail and told me the day the driver was scheduled to load the truck. Very nice people . So I got the call from the driver the day before and he came and loaded it . The drivers name was Marc his truck was awesome and very clean and professional .All my concerns of releasing my expensive truck to a stranger was completely at ease at this point .

The delivery came and it was the same process as the pick up . I got a call the day before and the driver met me at the Home Depot down the street and I took delivery . No issues to report . Marc was great and the truck was something from NASCAR .it was nice . I would call these guys and trust the process they explained to me and it will work out . This is one of the best Auto Transport companies in the state of Florida. It's easy to want to do everything yourself but the attention they bring over the phone and they way it was all handled completely changed my perspective on auto transport.

I recomendar them to everyone and anyone looking to move their car with care and love as if it was their own!
