Justin at Dynamic auto was AMAZING he answered allllll of my concerns. His dispatch team SF UNION ooh boy don't ever use them. They lie about pick up day and tell you a 2 day turn around then call to tell you the drivers are being switched and the same drivers show up at the drop off. They were supposed to discount me 100$ well when the drivers get here these 2 invalids had no idea and would not release my keys to me. They are liars. Believe all the reviews do not go with this company. I'm sure there's better out there. Dynamic need to cut these guys loose

Excellent service. They delivered my car coast to coast in the promised time. They communicate very well and best part of it, there was no upfront payment involved!

Mario....lot's of attitude, doesn't listen at all and when I wanted to verify the specs on the vehicle so that we could guarantee the cost wouldn't go up (and if it needed a flat bed or not) he didn't want to listen, then made some ignorant comment about me working with several other providers (which is incorrect - I have 20 of them calling me but I have no contract in place).....I guess I shouldn't really expect quality service from sales guy booking transpo for a vehicle....onward and upward.

I didn't use their services because of their aggressive agent named Jake who texted me twice within a day or two. It might be indicative of whole industry because I got inundated with text and emails. Only rarely out of 25 brokerages that I was contact multiple time. One email, one text is fine. DAM was one of two aggressive companies.

I understand they want my business but I am busy today, 11/15/21z There are good times to contact someone and not good times. Wait for the client to initiate contact.

If DAM is a quality company then people want to do business with them. I should be coming to them, not them coming to me. As a very successful businessman, I don't deal with fools thus DAM won't be having my business.

The whole experience should be seamless. Regardless if they transport flawlessly, one bad first impression spoils the rest.

I had a great experience with Dynamic Auto Movers. This is my second time using them to transport my vehicles. My vehicle was delivered on time and in great condition. I'm am very pleased with my experience. My point of contacts were Daniel and Eddie. They gained a client for life.

Not sure why I was expected to walk a 1/2 a mile to pick up my car. Daniel Vasquez, owner of this company told me he was not my personal Limo driver and to figure it out...Daniel Is it normal to pay $1350 and figure out how to walk a 1/2 when solo?

Ivan originally told me the price would be $650, and due to decent reviews I decided to move forward with them. I got a call that a truck could pick it up that day for $750. I was okay with that. I got a call back the truck was "broken" and they would find a new driver. Seems suspicious but okay. Later, I was told a different driver would pick it up for $800. I didn't trust this after everything and said I would find a different company. Ivan argued with me and hung up on me. I gave them my card number for a deposit after the original driver was scheduled, and now I'm worried that they will charge me either way. I wouldn't be surprised after the already sleezy business practices. Don't do business with this company.

I just revived a call asking to delete this review. I said no and hung up. I got another call that said "I'd you're going to fuck with our business we are going to fuck with you". Sending threats seems very unprofessional. Card info will be changed, and better business bureau will be contacted.

SIMPLY AMAZING SERVICE
We moved to Tucson from outside of Nashville in March. We picked Dynamic because of their price, reviews, and especially because I liked the person who contacted me, Kevin Matthews. Unfortunately circumstances made me push back our pick up date more than once. Kevin Was very accommodating and understanding of our problems. He kept the order and told me just to tell him when we are ready.
Well we were not ready until July. And I had specific days it could only be picked up because a friend was taking care of it. When I finally told Kevin we could do it he had a truck ready within three days. It was picked up Saturday night and early Tuesday morning delivered to us in Tucson. The driver kept in contact with us, was right on time one he said he would be, extremely friendly and professional, and had a beautiful truck.
Through out the whole procedure, which at some points was really frustrating because we were not able to have the car ready, Kevin was professional and friendly and always available.
I would recommend this company to move an auto anytime.

update, i do appreciate the yelp response, but regardless of unforeseen impediments, the company has a responsibility to notify customers BEFOREHAND when delays do happen. Rather than keeping them in the unknown...
