Rossi was very easy to work with. It was easy to book the transportation on their website and my car was safely transported from Champaign, IL to the Bay Area in a timely manner. The icing on the cake is that the price was reasonable compared to other companies.

On November 24th I took two of my vehicles to car to The Eagle Auto Transport location 240 E Lake St #103, Addison, IL 60101 to be transported to Las Vegas. Vehicle#1 a jaguar SUV Vehicle #2 a jaguar sedan and Everything seem to have been going very well. I explained to the manager that the jaguar XF sedan will need to be jumpstarted to be moved due to the battery having low cells because I did not drive the car. The guy understood and proceeded to take pictures inside and out of both cars . I explained the jump process to him and also explained you need to jump the car from the trunk because the battery is in the trunk of them car. On November 26th the manager from called me stating he could not start the car. I explained to him again how to start my car. So he called me on face time and during the face time call I saw that he was using my jaguar SUV to jump start my jaguar car.i didnt understand why a auto tow and transport needed to use my SUV to jump start my car. He did not ask me for my permission to use my car to start the other one this was done without my consent.I felt this was a situation where he didn't want you use. The tow truck or a professional battery jumpstart on my car when im paying over 2 grand for service.I didnt know if this was discrimination or just bad practice or service I just wanted this to be over. During the face time video call I noticed he had the jumper cables connected at the front hood of the car after I explained to him that the battery of a jaguar is in the trunk. He stated he has never heard of this. I told him they are in the truck. He hung up the phone saying he could not get it started. I explained it will get a flight from las Vegas to chicago to ensure my vehicles are not damaged and properly transported. He said the driver is going to come back tomorrow because he had to take another car. I said ok. On November 28th the Eagle Auto Transport manager called and said it was very difficult but both trucks are on the truck and will be delivered it said ok. When they car was delivered we could not turn them car off because the start button was broken. We asked the driver he said go call them ma nager so I zelled him they money to play for the transport. Called they manager and he told me the starter was broken and if told him its was not.

After reading the reviews here, I called in and found Rossi and Paul to be very kind, helpful and responsive in explaining everything. Bogdan, the driver, was great too and he took really good care of my brand new car, going from Chicago to Los Angeles. It was nice to be able to put a few items in the trunk for no extra charge. I paid exactly what was quoted which was very reasonable, and payment was a breeze with the deposit on a credit card and the balance via Zelle upon delivery. Fantastic experience and service. I would highly recommend them for shipping your vehicle. Thanks again!

Incredible service! My vehicle was transported from the Midwest to the West Coast within 4 days. It only took 1 day to book and 3 days for transportation. The pricing was reasonable, and the driver was caring and friendly.

After gathering quotes and checking Yelp, Google, BBB reviews for 18 different auto shipping companies (yeah, I'm that kind of consumer...), I hired Eagle Auto Transport to move my brand new Tesla from Chicago to eastern Idaho in an enclosed trailer. The price was reasonable and they had great reviews across all platforms when many others had some pretty scathing Yelp reviews (we're pretty harsh here). I called them on a Friday morning and they had secured a driver for me that afternoon for pickup in the evening. The scheduled arrival date was Tuesday but the driver arrived on Monday evening and my car was in great condition! I would definitely use Eagle again!

Boy oh boy was this such a relief to find a company that was so easy to work with. I was so worried with all the bad reviews and scams out there in this world! But Rossi was such a pleasure to work with and she was very communicative throughout the whole process. My car left on Friday and arrived on Monday from Chicago to Los Angeles. The car was in perfect condition and the transporter Radu ( I believe that's his name) was very easy to communicate with and on time! I will be referring this company and will be using them in the future if I ever need to transport my car back to the Midwest! Thanks again!

Eagle was one of two companies I saw on Yelp who had both a high rating and a good number of past reviews. The other company quoted me $1,500 to ship from the Midwest to the West Coast, and they were skeptical that anyone else could come in lower than that: "Oh, they'll quote you a lower price," they said, "but then the driver will demand extra money. You'll see that all the time."

But Rossi and the team at Eagle were professional and consistent. They quoted me $1,100, and they never wavered. The driver was prompt and helpful. And my car showed up in great shape, in just 5 days (others said they'd need 6-7 days to get the car to my place).

All in all, a perfect job by Eagle.

Fantastic experience! My parents moved across the country from Chicago to Los Angeles and we shipped both their cars. The cars not only arrived within 3-4 days of them being picked up, but also they arrived safe and sound with no scratches. The company was extremely communicative and had great customer service. We went with the open air option and they also had the best price in comparison to all their competition.

Gave 2 stars because our van did arrive the destination.
Poor communication, they never proactively communicated with me, I have to call/text when pick up day was approaching only to find out pick up will be late. Late pick up and late delivery, arrived 5 days after estimated date, due to "truck broke down" -- only found out when I reached out the day before original delivery date. I had to text them every day to ask for updates, and my Ipass was charged, no response when asked them about it. They also did not give a heads up about removing the ipass.

Affordable and fast service. Called many places and compared prices, Paul gave the best quote. I am giving 5 stars because my suv got to me in just 2 days with no problems. The window period given from Chicago to the drop off location on the East Coast was 3-5 days. Got the car within 2 days; amazing! Coming from a very picky and thorough person; believe me, I don't give easy 5 stars. I was overall happy and satisfied. Here's a few honest breakdowns below, honest must knows.

Maybe it will help Paul improve on his services and yelpers reading understand not to expect a perfect service anywhere so long as u get results. I was "satisfied", can't give anything less than 5 stars.

Paul's communication was a 3/5. He could have done better. I had to call him a few times which I didn't appreciate. He took my deposit so I needed the follow up calls from him every step of the way.

The drivers professionalism was 1/5, he was okay in the beginning; very rude and unprofessional in the end. Long story but I got my car.

The price I paid for the car was 5/5 Best!

Everything about the transport was going well until delivery of the vehicle. I noticed a new scratch on the driver side door of my 2014 Subaru Outback much like the review of the Volkswagen below. This was the beginning of a month-long predicament.

I initially tried to be accommodating to Paul and his driver since they gave me a decent price compared to other companies, even though it was delivered a day late. His driver admitted fault and we were on our way to getting the issue resolved. Document properly!!! DO NOT LET THEM GO WITHOUT INITIALS ON TOP OF NOTING NEW DAMAGE ON THE CONTRACT! Otherwise, they can deny any damage once you drive away from the scene of delivery and you're SOL.

I went to 3 different auto body shops since it was a deep scratch on a pearl white paint (special factory paint that requires multiple layers of blending) so it was not going to be a cheap job to begin with. I gave Paul copies of all 3 estimates and allowed him and his driver to choose, which they obviously chose the cheapest option.

Here is where the problem began. I told Paul, after verifying with my insurance agent, that the check was to be made under my name and not directly to the body shop because they've had issues in the past where the responsible party did not pay out to the shop and your vehicle is stuck in the shop until payment is issued.

Paul adamantly refused and said it was their "policy" to make the payment out to the shop. I even had the representative of their body shop choice reach out to him and explain that payments are made out to the person who owned the vehicle (my car is completely paid off, no lien, therefore, payment is supposed to be made to me)

I was getting tired of going back and forth and told him that if he wanted to pay the body shop, then it would be the body shop of MY choice out of the 3 authorized body shops. Paul refused to pay the full amount to the body shop of my choice and only wanted to pay the lesser amount based on the body shop of their choice.

At this point, I told him that he either had to cut me the check directly or I would go through insurance since the situation had become more of a headache than anything. He tried to lie to me by saying that insurance companies do not cut checks directly to you for repairs. I was dumbfounded by this statement and I did not have the patience to continue being nice to them. I honestly lost my temper over the phone.

Eventually, I went through my insurance, like I should have in the first place. And guess what, Paul? My insurance cut the check directly to me for my repairs and I can do whatever I want with it, repair or not, like it should be since YOUR DRIVER caused the damage in the first place! He even tried to lowball me and told me that he would only cut me a check directly for $700 (repair was estimated at $1100) It is not your choice and I was trying to be nice in the beginning, but you tried to take advantage of my kindness. Karma's a b*tch!

All & all, their company is obviously cheap with pricing, but be careful because you get what you pay for (headache included) if damages occur upon delivery. Paul is nice at first but be ready to deal with a demon if damages occur during delivery. Documentation is your best friend! 1 star for my experience and I would definitely take stars away if I could with this month-long ordeal. I will be taking my business to an honest company in the future.

This is not really a transportation company. The guy is just a middle man for placing your car. He will tell you anything. You cannot rely on his guarantee of the time when your car will be picked up or the time that it will arrive.

Paul was terrible, i asked about pricing he gave me a good price not once did he mention to me he was in broker situation or the quote price was a cash only quotation. i found this out a few days later after my car had already been picked up from another company FHT auto transport. that is when all hell broke lose. i would of never been in the situation i was in with this other company had he listen after i told him NO i dont want to use them if its cash only,. how about if something happened to my car or things go missing which has happen to me in the past...dont recommend the other company basically had my car at ransom and hostage asking for more money.

this is the worst company ever to ship your car!!!!! i am relocating across the usa by myself! i contacted cmr global logistics and they connected me to eagle auto to ship my car. for starters i was told that i can have items in my car as long as it does not exceeded 100lbs and nothing in the drivers seat. the driver contacted me and told me he will be to pick up my car between 1300-1500, at 1500 i contacted him because i hadn't heard from him. he did not arrive til 1700 which caused me to cancel my going away dinner that was scheduled for 1700! soon as the driver "ab" inspected my car he told me he have to charge me 100 dollars extra because i had items in the car. i told him that was not in my agreement so we argued and finally i agreed to pay an extra 50 dollars because he was really interfering with my plans. ab told me my car would arrive monday november 6th. the night prior i called to check on my car and informed the driver i will be home at 1700. the driver told me that time is not good and when we meet to have 1200 dollars ready. so i called cmr because the price he was demanding was incorrect, i only owe 1,000. fast forward to today monday november 6th, i called the driver to let him know i am on my way home and will be there by 1700. the driver told me he is not bring my car cause it will be to later so he will come in the morning. i told the driver i work 8am-4:30 and that i have to drive a futher distance tomorrow than today ans that is costing me more money that i did not have in my budget. the driver did not car ans said he will try to bring it the next day. i personally feel like the driver is trying to take advantage of me because i am a young female. he is totally unprofessional and not willing to accommodate me at all!!this whole experience is horrible!! im just praying tomorrow i get my car tomorrow!!

I had my vehicle delivered from California to NYC. There was no receipt given to the mechanics and THERE WAS DAMAGE ON THE VEHICLE CAUSED DURING TRANSPORT.

I was sent photos when the auto was being loaded on the transport vehicles and when the vehicle was delivered there was a broken headlamp and scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle.

I spoke to the driver and he told me that when he received the vehicle (at some transport area) there was damage.

Now, no one wants to return my calls or answer the phones!!!! I can't even get a copy of the invoice or receipt.

LOOK AT PHOTOS

-where is my passenger side signal light?
-it did not have any scratches before shipping
-the passenger bumper strip missing
-no receipt
-no return calls
-AND THE LOVELY DENT BEHIND THE BUMPER
