I had a car accident in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. I live in Massachusetts, so not only was I shock, I was stranded in Roanoke

After returning to MA I was referred to East West Auto Transport by someone who had a seamless experience with them in the past.

Alan from East West Auto Transport was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about cost and expectations since it was not drivable. He's also a very likable guy!

It's obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear on the other end of the line. Don't waste your time looking for another car transport service: I recommend this company without reservation. These guys are phenomenal.

Damage to my car after an accident

Alan saved me on a last minute shipment from Massachusetts to California. I had booked a terrible company called American Auto Shipping that a friend had used a few years ago. If any company tells you to put a non-refundable deposit down first, just don't. That company caused me to throw more money down when no trucks were picking up my bid and then they scheduled me a truck for a day after the last day my car could be picked up. They suggested that I leave the car in a parking lot to get picked up. No way were we going to do that!

Alan came to the rescue and set things up so that my family member in Boston could drop off the car at his warehouse prior to leaving the state and then Alan secured a truck for the car to come to California a couple days later. Everything went without a hitch.

I am truly grateful to Alan for the exemplary customer service. I learned a lot about the auto shipping industry from Alan and he patiently walked me through what to say on my chargeback against American Auto Shipping. My chargeback was denied the first time but he encouraged me to appeal the second time, and Amex sided with me the second time.

This was a very stressful task in the midst of a holiday season, a pandemic, and my family member's move out of the state. Really hope I don't have to do that again, but if I do, Alan is the man!

I have used East West Transport three times. Alan has always been very responsive and prompt answering questions. He gets the job done and is very professional.
I have used him on the east coast. However I needed to ship a vehicle from California to New Jersey. I was basically scammed into another company. I started receiving texts and numerous phone calls daily. In the midst of all this I agreed to let this other company transport out vehicle. MISTAKE!!! I was told they could transport our vehicle from CA to NJ. I was told it would be picked up on a certain date. I was on a Time crunch because I was only in California for a few days. Well I kept a receiving promises that it would be picked up but never received a confirmation. I was being strung along. I searched my email and found Alan's Information. I called at 5:30am. He called
Me back quickly and was able to figure out that I had a broker. He didn't have much experience and it would be impossible for him to ship
My vehicle at that rate due to diesel fuel prices being astronomical. Well Alan called
Me back in an hour and was able to get my vehicle scheduled for THAT DAY. The driver did pick the vehicle up the same day. He took photos and was professional.
I have to tell everyone just go with East West Auto Transport. They will get the job done and be very professional. It is clear they have been doing this for years and know the business in and out. Alan will take care of you.

East West Auto transport is a phenomenal company that is truly as advertised. We have used this company on multiple occasions and would not trust or use another company with moving our vehicles. They consistently have the best prices, communicates constantly, and always deliver on or before the provided timeline.
