My claim was denied first because the claim department at easy auto shipping said that the damage was present at the pick up. They were looking to pictures of after the pick up of the car. When I proved these where not the the pick up pictures and showed the real pick up pictures, they changed their speech saying that the damage DO NOT exist on the car in the delivery pictures!!! They just said that they see the damage clearly before and after the pick up, and now they claim there is no damage anymore and it is unclear. Just to let you know if anything happens to your car you are on your own!!

They picked up my car in West Palm Beach, FL and delivered to North Carolina. Upon delivery I paid the driver. When he departed, he literally destroyed my front yard. He said it was an accident. Sorry.

I called East Auto Ship Immediateky. Of course claims was closed (Friday afternoon) they would reach out on Monday. THEY DID NOT.



After chasing them for a few days (5!) and sharing photos I got a response that it was an accident and there is nothing they or the driver can or would do.

I Callled, spoke with a supervisor and she reiterated the same thing. It was an accident, sorry!

I contacted Easy Auto Ship to transport a vehicle and they could not deliver. Why because the account manager Chris Gullia dropped the ball on my account. He posted my vehicle one time on the board for bids and then took it off. He was courteous on the phone to get the contract but did not follow thru and I had someone check to see if Chris posted it on the board and it was not after having the contract for three weeks. I wish I could have done business with Easy Auto ship(Forbes recommended company) but Chris Guillia did not follow thru and did not do his job. Shame on Easy Auto ship. Check reviews on Yelp before doing business with this company.

This company deserves negative infinite stars. Booked a shipping order for my car back in late May for my car to be picked up on August 2. Signed a Terms and Agreement on June 2 and didn't get any communication for a whole week, so I emailed my POC. The POC tells me no updates until we "get closer" to pickup date. Well, a week out from pickup still nothing but crickets. I email the POC and promptly got a text saying the order was reassigned to someone else. This new person told me there is a pickup window from 2-6 and no updates until the 2. Notice a theme of poor communication?



On the 5th I get a call saying they FINALLY got a driver and the car was being picked up within two hours. Guess what? THE CAR WAS NEVER PICKED UP.



So I call them the today (had to wait 20 minutes despite being #1 in line) and it turns out dispatch straight up didn't do their job. Forget about being on the same page; these clowns aren't on the same BOOK.

Expecting a pickup today to get the car to destination when it absolutely has to be there. Was told to expect a call from the driver between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. It is now 6:20 PM and no calls and nobody to call as no one picks up the phone. Crap company. Don't use if you want your car there on time. No customer service. Oh and I'm leaving on a work trip tomorrow so now car delivery time is completely unknown. Way to go Easy Auto Ship. You're terrible.

YES!!! Definitely pick this service!!! I'm soooo freaking glad I did! car was delivered, time varied because of traffic, but the truck driver kept me updated at EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! I'm very extremely satisfied with the service!!!! Give the driver a good access point to unload your car by the way, it saved a lot of time!

Avoid!! If you ever want to see your car, in one piece and as promised, do NOT use this outfit. Their salespersons will sweet-talk you. Don't buy it. Read the other Yelp reviews.

I wish I would have checked Yelp reviews. Their Google reviews are fake!

Easy Auto Ship is just a middleman company who,after taking your order and your deposit for themselves, then turns around and sends out a "any transport going that way?" add. The resulting driver(who takes on your car) has nothing to do with Easy Auto Ship. My car got beat up in transport. Driver said he did not like old cars. He forged my signature on an inspection form. Easy Auto Ship will abandon you.

I would give you zero stars if possible this is got to be one of the worst auto shipping companies I've ever dealt with, and their partner Belle Starr, who I will review next. I needed my car for medical reasons. It was at a vacation home. We set it up a month in advance. explaining my husband had to leave by 3 pm .it cost him a thousands to come. They failed us miserably ! they tried to come the day after my husband was leaving!

I had a wonderful experience booking car shipping via Easy Auto Ship. Their rates were great, they were responsive, and they found me a high quality shipper who was communicative, took good care of my car, and dropped it off earlier than expected. I was nervous to ship my car cross-country, but read a blog that Easy Auto Ship was one of the best, and I am happy I made this choice.

My father passed away on Christmas and I inherited his car. The only problem is, I live in California and the car is in Florida. I haven't had to do this in over 30 years, so where to start? I emailed several places and the only company to get back to me in a timely manner was Gary, and he was fantastic! Walked me through everything, wasn't pushy, and his communication was great. Received the car in perfect condition and on time. This is a great company!!

The worst service with horrible communication. I wasted valuable time and money waiting on something they couldn't deliver and I don't just mean my car. In my experience their sales reps will ignore your request for an update after you sign the contract, will tell you the car is being picked up, then days later you're still waiting on an update only to find they don't even have a carrier. I doesn't matter if you are a small mom and pop or a large entity, just be transparent and honest about whether you can get the job done. Kuddos to those with a positive review but it definitely seems like the negative ones ALL have similar experiences and why take that chance on your investment.

I would not recommend this company. They do not vet the companies transporting your vehicle. They took my car and the company that picked it up basically disappeared with no contact. For three days I didn't know where my car was until we had to threaten to call the cops on them if they didn't follow-up. They still made me pay for services despite that ordeal. They are not a good transport company. They were basically nonchalant about any accommodations for my ordeal until I had to demand them. I would not recommend them at all. The only reason I gave two stars was because of the assistance provided by my specific rep to follow-up with the transport company. Other than that I do not feel they deserve anything more.

This was by far one of the most stressful parts of my cross-country move. I called about a month before I needed my car to be shipped and was told by multiple representatives that I should be in the clear to get my car shipped out in a timely manner since I needed it within a specific window. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, I decided to go with Easy Auto Ship (in error!) mainly because of how friendly the representatives had been with me.

I eventually decided on a July 29-Aug 2 pickup window with Lindsay. She had told me that they wouldn't know more information until the week of pickup so I waited until the week of to follow up. The response was that it was too early to know and so I continued waiting. By the end of July 29, I hadn't heard anything so I texted Lindsay asking about the car shipping the following day. Her response was that it was much too early to know since my pickup was a month out. I told her that we had decided the July 29-Aug 2 as stated in her email from the quote and her flippant response was "i had august......guess i better get to working on it then!" She later called me to clear up any confusion, which mainly involved saying that I was the one who had not been clear with what I wanted and that the initial representative who had told me my car would likely be picked up early and dropped off early since I had called in such advance had not said that. During the whole call, she did not take any responsibility for the situation and blamed me for not understanding them, which leads me to believe that if I had not followed up, my car would have not been picked up whatsoever!

To finish up the pick up, we decided on August 2nd pick up to have it delivered before the original deadline. Unfortunately, the way they arrange carriers seems very last minute so it was very hard to plan how to get my car picked up while also trying to pack up and move. They eventually ended up coming to get my car on August 3rd (the drivers called me the morning of and let me know a window of 4 pm to 7 pm and also called about a half hour before) and delivered by August 12th. Unfortunately, because the car came on the later half of the window due to Lindsay's mistake, I had to dish out a couple hundred dollars to get a rental car so I could transport some larger items once I had gotten to my destination which tacked onto the $1700 quote they gave me. Thankfully $1500 of that went to the driver and only $200 went to Easy Auto Ship because I did not want to give them any more of my money. It may have been better to directly reach out to the shipping company themselves than the broker (Easy Auto Ship) because communication was incredibly difficult.

After my car arrived, we got it to the car wash but within that 2 mile drive, the car was making an awful noise (even once it was in neutral at the wash). I called the driver to ask if they had done anything to the car when loading it and he said that nothing was out of the ordinary which was strange since I had just had my car repaired at the dealership. Later, a rep from EAS called asking how delivery was and I told her that my car was making a weird noise and not driving as normal. She said she would talk to her manager about it and see what they could do, but unfortunately I didn't receive a call back.

Once they delivered, I left my car in the garage for about a week while out of town. When I came back, one of my tires was completely flat and the strange noise continued to occur. Needless to say, you will receive a quote from EAS for the driver and the broker BUT you may need to account for the fact that your car will not get there in time (rental car $$$$) and that your newly repaired car may need MORE work done and a flat tire repair ($$$$).

Overall incredibly unsatisfied but at least my car is here in.... one piece. Still undriveable because I've been incredibly busy with the move and haven't had time to even repair the flat or get it to the shop. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Amanda responded below and I wish I could comment but I spoke directly with someone on the 12th so I'm not sure what call she made to me. I only have the one at 10:08 am from whoever I spoke to on the phone who said they would talk to their manager. Secondly, I have no email sent to my address aside from the one from Lindsay on 8/3/21. I searched "easy auto ship" and "amanda" and nothing else popped up from the 12th. Again, incomplete customer service. Looks nice from the outside but nothing was truly done!

Not good so far- I was told I get a confirmation call Friday morning. Didn't happen- I called to follow up this morning. Told again I'd get a call right back. Didn't happen-
I was told Friday my original quote a week later had increased. Hoping my vehicle ships ASAP and arrives as expected. I'm fearing more delays though. Disappointing experience so far...
