I bought car from salvage auction then hired this company to deliver this car (09/05/23).

They hired some third party towing company, which they did not do better background check. The driver was absolute disaster. Every time I called driver kept lying about delivery date. So finally he was delivering on Friday (09/08/23).

To make story short the driver supposed to tow my car in flat bed but drove the car for 20 miles and car overheated and driver left the car on side of highway. The driver texted me location of car and turned off his phone. Then I drove to location and see car engine was hot and I could smell weed inside my car.

Then I called easyhaul to resolve the issue, they said tried to contact the person that they hired, of course they are not able to reach him. Then they said they will investigate what happened and find new driver. It was Friday. My car was sitting on side of highway for 4 days. They were able to deliver only on Tuesday (09/12).

Now, they removed the name of the driver from my order of their web site. Never seen such a business.

Deliverey date kept changing. I called for several days no one would tell me when the vehicle would b delivered. The company wanted me to pay for a fork lift because they claimed the vehicle was inoperable, that was not true. The driver was just too lazy and didn't want to unload the others vehicles off the truck to get my car off. This company is terrible and not transparent.

HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE - AVOID EASYHAUL. Waiting - today is ONE WEEK since it was supposed to be delivered, it has yet to be picked up. Never shipped. Don't waste money on storage fees waiting for these guys to MAYBE get your car.

This company has fraudulent practice of charging upfront then they do not provide any services and keep sending more invoices to provide any service they send me in total 3 invoices one for $2,929.00, one for $705 and another for $1,855. I paid all three to transport an electric vehicle internationally and they keep asking me to pay a 4th invoice and no guarantees to schedule pick up services. I asked to cancel a a refund and they are now asking me for a void check, who ask for a void check to issue a refund? Only scam artist!! I will complain to the federal trade commission and BBB

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEFORE READING REVIEWS, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR DECISION!!

booked easyhaul to transport a motorcycle from NH to IA. The bike was picked up on the 30th of June with a scheduled delivery day of July 4. I knew that wouldn't happen as its a holiday but after it didn't arrive the 5th I called the driver who informed me the bike would arrive the following day, the 6th. The 6th came and went with no bike, tried calling the driver several more times with no return call and their VM was constantly full. After calling the main company I was told I would receive a return call which also didn't happen. The next day I receive an email saying they were sorry but the driver had "complications" and that my bike was at a "secure storage yard" pics included. The pictures show the bike outside leaning on a large piece of construction equipment with a chain wrapped around it...
the bike is now 8 days past due for delivery with no end in sight and no more information from easyhaul. I have contacted my attorney to help sort this out and sadly from what he tells me I think legal action will be necessary.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! wish i could give them 0 stars. My attorney is also looking into filing a formal complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission which I guess is the governing body for transport companies.

Now they are leaving my bike in philadelphia!! save yourself the headache and trouble and go with an actual reputable company!!

AVOID!
Save yourself time, money and hassle and simply go elsewhere.
Everything looks great when you make a quotation for the shipping, they will give you reasonable estimated time for the shipping and they will obviously try to sell all upgrades, insurance etc. They will be approachable and helpful until they receive your money.
In December 2020 I bought a car and decided to ship it to the UK using EasyHaul. The car should be here in Feb 2021 (their estimate) but it arrived mid April!
Very poor customer service, representatives were arrogant and didn't give me any update or information, complete waste of time. There was no communication from them and when I asked for the update, they gave me all sort of excuses including stating that "this shipment destination is not very popular". Didn't you know about the destination when you quoted for the job?! They don't apologise for anything.
They were just waiting for more vehicles for the container to make more money.
I fully understand the consolidation process (as this is not the first car I am importing from the US), but I have never had to wait for loading more than 2 weeks from the time when my car was delivered to a warehouse. With EasyHaul it took over 4 months!
Their competitors are sending containers not later than after 2 weeks from the first vehicle arriving their warehouse, no matter if they have 2, 3 or 4 vehicles. Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose, but you should respect your customers and the estimates provided when you quote for the job.
I was waiting for them to fill up the container for almost 4 months! and my car was the second vehicle for this container which means that someone was waiting even longer than me.
Would never work with them again total disappointment.

This is one of the worst shipping company that I have had to deal with make booking saying that the vehicle would be picked up and picked up days later then their site says book with us and avoid storage fees when the fees from them picking up late come they tell me it's on me.

Promises, promises, promises ... never fulfilled - canceling the order after FIVE DAYS facing storage charges. Surprisingly, they are not responsible for anything.
SAVE TIME AND MONEY - STAY AWAY

Update: They SUPPOSED to refund the money PAID UPFRONT within FIVE days, we'll see ... Hang tight for the update.
Update: Funds refunded as promised.

They are the best they give you peace of mind as you should never stress when moving a vehicle across the country . i just wanted to let you know that my experience with easyhaul was definitely awesome. What made it best was my assigned driver Tom. He was very helpful and very professional. He provide top excellent customer service he answered my calls within the first 2 rings too which you can't beat that. Easyhauls staff also answered my questions within a 1-3 hours time frame. I strongly recommend Easyhaul and will continue to make them my first choice.

EasyHaul team did a great job with my deliveries. Just placed my orders online, got updates in my email and driver called me before delivery. Got my cars fast and for reasonable pricing. I recomend Easyhaul.

I chose EasyHaul to ship my vehicle and had an issue...
* As soon as the auction ended I signed and purchased a contract with Easy Haul
* I found the website easy to navigate and was able to pay for my shipping in full.
* After 3 days of little communication from EasyHaul I gave them a call to check the status of vehicle and I was told that driver was on the way to pick up my vehicle.
* I heard nothing else so I called again on the 4th day asking about the status of my vehicle and explained that now I have to pay storage fees.
* EasyHaul once again told me that a driver was on the way to pick up my vehicle. This is now the 7th day and I still don't have my vehicle.
* I asked for a refund and was told that if I cancel that there would be a 50.00 cancellation fee and a 50.00 driver cancelation fee.
* At this point, I'm completely unsatisfied and felt I was being lied to and proceeded to let the dispatcher know that I was being lied to.
* I was finally given a full refund and found another shipper.
* Now after I've already engaged another shipper, I was contacted by the Director of Operations from EasyHaul. I felt the director listened to my concerns, was apologetic and sympathetic to my experience. I was asked could be done to change my perspective of the company. The director explained to me that they had an issue with one of the truck drivers and that particular drive would not be working with EasyHaul any longer. So with some constructive communication between both of us we came to an understanding that I was pleased with. At first I really didn't want anything to do with EasyHaul, but I really grateful that EasyHaul did reach out me and resolve this issue. As a measure of good faith and good business principles they refunded not only my contracted price but also the storage fees I incurred.
As a result of the communication from the director, I would consider using EasyHaul again should the need arise. I'm confident that if I have an issue in the future, I could easily get it resolved.

I've had good and bad experiences with EasyHaul, but the bad seems to outweigh the good. My first time using them the tow company that they contracted with didn't pick up the car and I was charged storage fees by Copart. The second time the tow company picked up my car from Copart on a Friday and kept my car all weekend without calling. As I'm typing this it is Tuesday and I still don't have the vehicle, I called EasyHaul and they told me that the tow truck broke down. I called the tow truck driver and he stated that he would deliver the car today, it's 10pm and I still don't have the vehicle. Use this company at your own risk, they don't screen the tow truck companies that they contract with and it's some shady tow truck companies out there. It's a crapshoot!
