eCarMovers
Customer Reviews
This company was repeatedly asked not to contact me. Sorry that your representative could not understand that I have already unsubscribed multiple times and asked every time you contacted me to remove my email. Doesn't matter if your rep is male or female. If you can't do your job find a new one. Pretty petty your company would hide behind false statements that I was talking wrong to a female. Never mind how she spoke to me even after I repeatedly asked to be removed after the multiple unsubscribes.
do not use this company the don't pay and there customer service is not good and the have accounting she mass up then she will be blaming on you and tring to pay short
I shipped my car all the way from N.Y. to Fl and it went So good, wayyy better than I expected. Brittany was awesome and made me feel really comfortable with the ENTIRE process.. ! :)
I entered a contract to move a vehicle from AZ to WA. I spoke with Brittany. It has now been 3 weeks. No transport. I reached a dispatcher once who stated they were working on it. No contact since then. I have left 4 voicemails and sent multiple emails. no answer, no response. I finally reached Brittany, who had no answer except, "We are working to find a driver". I told her I wanted to cancel the contract as it has been nearly 3 weeks. She said I could do that. No apology, no nothing. What a huge waste of my efforts, time, and money spent on a rental car while I wait for a non-existent transport.
STAY AWAY ! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !
No communication. Charge for services not rendered. No clear cancellation policy. I got a call from one of the eCarMovers representative. I was told that someone would pick my car up in two days or I would be called. When It came to payment I was told that they would only charge me when my vehicle was picked up. When the call and driver never came I called and had to lave a message to cancel the order. I check my bank statement and eCarMovers had charged me the deposit that was not supposed to be charged till my vehicle was picked up. I called to see why and I was told that there was a pick up ready today which seems convenient, but it was to late. When I told them that I wanted my money refunded I was told that I had to email because " anyone could call and leave a voicemail" even though anyone could make a call as well. As of this time I have not been refunded
Car shoppers beware. This entire operation turned out to be a scam. This is a company founded on the idea that they will charge you $125 and then cancel on you the day of or day prior to getting you assigned. I literally called everyday asking about an update and then was left on the day of my move to scramble and find alternative means of shipping my car. I was then told by a dispatcher that my shipment was cancelled only leaving me to wait two weeks for my refund of the initial $125. After speaking with one of the "owners" it became clear that this entire operation is a scam and lacks profession on all levels. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO RUIN YOUR PLANS AND LOSE OUT ON $125.
I got quote through the internet then I called to agree to work with them. A day later received an email stating there is a problem with payment? We haven't even gotten driver assigned to our cars yet and when I contacted the representative via text that was so nice when I first called.. asking what was the issue with payment and instead of understanding that we literally just talked a day ago and we have not even driver assigned.. this was what she wrote.. now she is stating and I am putting the exact verbiage she texted "We need a credit/debit card information on file asap. I discussed the payment process with you, in that $125 is charged to the card we have on file upon pick up. The remaing balance of $925 is due to the driver upon delivery and that is in cash, money order, or a cashiers check. Please call me at your earliest convenience so we can rectify this! The driver will not release the vehicle without this information. I've been doing this for 10 yrs and that's very important information to discuss that I would not have left out. We need your payment information asap, otherwise the driver won't release the vehicle. I just spoke with my dispatch manager about the situation. He has contacted the driver and the driver is expecting you to rectify this situation in order to release the vehicle. By federal law he can hold your vehicle until payment is made. He can hold your car long enough to have it put in a yard. I don't want this to happen. But youre arguing with me and saying you don't recall me explaining your payment options. I have a recorded phone call that we can pull if necessary"
Again- not anything we discussed as there was no driver assigned, so very odd by this text message that some driver will be holding our cars since we haven't even gotten a driver.. I'm glad we know about their amazing customer service ahead of time before we get involved with them.
I would definitely not recommend this company based on these details and poor customer service and lack of details about where we are in the process and yet already strong arming us to pay for something that hasn't even happened yet.
BEWARE people! Use someone else to transport your vehicles.
Needless to say- I replied with we don't have a driver assigned yet so please cancel our pick up order..
Never try this company. I called them 2 weeks in advance. The representative kept on telling me that they can find a driver and they usually do it one or two days in advance. However, they can not even find a driver on the scheduled deliver day.
I canceled this company and tried another. They responded me within several hours and find a driver for me two days later.
Really not a good experience. I've had my car shipped several times using other companies, and this has by far been the worst experience. I made a reservation to have my car shipped weeks in advance, and ended up cancelling because I never got assigned a driver or pickup date. Other companies will tell you right away whether or not they can accommodate your requested pickup date. I was left in limbo for weeks (and still am) regarding when my car would get picked up, and I tried to book this way in advance to avoid this in the first place. While I understand there is a need for flexibility on the part of the client, we are paying these companies a large sum of money to provide a service that gives us convenience. I was being more than flexible, and quite frankly, eCarMovers was not able to provide me with this service. Their customer service made this experience even worse. My phone calls were not answered and voicemails not received. I'm really glad I cancelled my reservation with them -- not off to good start, and if they are this aloof and not put together before any transaction happens, I would be scared to see what the outcome of my car shipment would have been. Maybe this was just my experience and I got really unlucky, but I would seriously think twice about this company if I were you.
