Do NOT use this company! Got a quote and paid my deposit. Set a date. Day comes and it was a no call no show. The driver PASSED our pickup and ended up in Biloxi!!! We called and never got an answer multiple times!! Finally got a hold of the dispatch. First we were told that the driver called out sick then we were told that the driver cancelled because it was a pickup paying more. How you take someone deposit and just cancel for more money??!! You determined the price so its not my fault. Veryyyy shady company. Bait and switch.

Contracts and dates mean nothing to these people. Two days after promised pickup date they have a "new" driver, but need $500 over contracted price to haul vehicle. If you say no you loose deposit. Very very dishonest.

Do Not give them your CC Number these people stole 800.00 from me charged me for something they never did I gave them 14 + days to find a driver for my rv they sent out 2 people with car trailers idiots My Rv is 35 ft long . They were not supposed to charge me until it was loaded and on the way! they lied charged me and Never got loaded or transported anywhere! I had to pay a legitimate professional company to take care of it. Im not only having to pay the actual transport company plus these clowns these people are Not Legit they have an F- on BBB and are Not accredited everyone had the same issues of them stealing money and committing CC Fraud I am now seeking everyone that was taken by this company in a class action law suite contact me at 214-466-9943 we are going to sue these people

BAIT & SWITCH! This was a horrible experience. I received a competive price & a promise to have my vehicle picked up. 2 days later I find out the car was never picked up then they jacked up the price double to have it picked up that day. They also use several different names for the exact same person. My fees for storage were building up now. I chose to NOT use them and went with SONIC who was absolutley amazing & timely and fair. DO NOT FALL FOR ELITE

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Emanual is nicest piece of trash I've ever spoke too. This guy will give you the lowest quote and promise the fastest shipping. When that doesn't happen, he'll give you a million excuses and promises. Then he will begin to threaten you with cancellation fees and swear if you just wait he'll help you out. Then he won't do anything and when you finally say forget this guy, dispute the charges, and pick-up the car yourself. He will harass you for disputing his charges. This guy is the worst piece of shit on the face of the planet.

Driver had truck issues further delaying my promised delivery until the following day (last car on truck). Understand things happen. What altered my forgiveness and understanding was the attitude presented by the company. Rather than offering any apologies, they were adamant about payment. No updates pushed to me, I had to call constantly because I have important things to do with my time other than wait two days on a car with no ETA. Next I'm in contact with the driver, who discusses payment on the phone with no apologies or explanations. I finally see the truck and my car pass the hotel, and I provide him a recommendation on where he can park that has space to help out. His comment was no, which I understand as he's the expert. Thirty minutes later he drives my car up. He mentions payment almost immediately. I noticed the driver seat dropped almost flat towards the back seat like some folks driving when they are "cruising". Also 15 additional miles added on the odometer. I asked if the car was taken off yesterday (driven) when the truck was broken down overnight. Driver said no. After washing the vehicle I noticed a dent that was also not documented by the dealership or the transport company at time of inspection during the pickup. Can I prove anything? No. Is the company responding to my calls? No.

The sales agent/broker, increased the signed agreement bid, with fraudulent information. The broker stated that vehicle transporters requested additional monies to move the vehicle. I explain my reasoning when booking this company that I have a sister with a special needs son and that it was important to move this vehicle in a timely manner. The agent utilize this information to charge me additional monies following our pre-agreed-upon price. In addition the agent stay at there was a car show in Memphis, and upon further review no car shows are existing in Memphis until August 2021. The agent stated that the car shippers are not available and it will cost additional monies following the signed agreement.I would not recommend this company to anyone to the predatory sales tactics

ZERO star review. Long story short my company went through Elite Auto Shipper and the vehicle ended up getting some minor damage during transport. Come to find out they had a subcontractor (Starway Logistic) ship the vehicle but aren't helping at all to get the damage fixed. It's not something their insurance can pay either because they have such a high deductible (again NOT OUR FAULT). The fault lands on Elite Auto Shipper however they are REFUSING to pay and get this resolved.

They are the ones who trusted the other company to work for them and in my opinion, should be working with us to get this fixed however they don't return any of our calls.

Take this as a warning and USE ANYONE BUT THEM.

Contract stated $500 to ship my car. While awaiting (many days) for them to pick it up, we were told we had to pay $150 more. We had sold our home and were moving, so we had no choice but to pay. This clearly was a "bait and switch," putting us in a position where we couldn't say "no." Then, they never arrived when promised, even saying (the first time I checked) that they were picking it up the day we were closing on our house (which I had clearly stated was a "No.") The lady I contacted practically called me a liar, when I called and asked where the driver was (was told they'd pick it up on Friday, never came). Lack of communication and no one seems to know what they're doing. Figured I'd wait until my car was in our possession, before filing this. Company claimed the driver's wouldn't do it for less. As far as I am concerned, I had a valid, signed contract, the company should have absorbed the cost. Filed a complaint with Florida Attorney General office. I bumped review up to 2 stars, only because my car finally did arrive, only took them 11 days. We'll drive it next time. When I contacted driver, he said he was in Mass. They never arrived until late that night. I could have driven down to get my car in less time. I think they drove it from Mass. to N.H., as there was no truck and another vehicle arrived, to pick up driver. WTF? If you see their "low price" but see many others with higher prices but the same, trust me, you'll pay that price, not your quoted one. Best not to use a broker, call companies direct. Lesson learned.

Got a call from Paul at Elite Auto Shipper gave me a good price and quick service. Really needed my car moved the next day and they came thru for me. Our driver was super friendly and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. They did exactly as they said they would. Thank you!

Great, prompt service from Sarah each time I called! The best price of the 10+ shipping brokers I called. Nearly every broker uses the same nationwide shipping carrier network, so cost comes down to their broker fee ('deposit' at time of order) and service quality. Elite Auto Shipper of FL competitor, Elite Auto Shipping of NY, had similar price but had aggressive marketing and more bad reviews including some mistakenly submitted for this FL company.

Sarah went out of her way to make sure I received the requested single-level open carrier shipping. It is the luck of the draw with which carrier/driver accepts your vehicle due to their constantly changing routes. Taurus Auto Group picked my classic car up within the scheduled time and dropped it off earlier than expected the next day in perfect shape. I highly recommend both!

ZERO STARS! Micheal Hurst is a scam artist. I was sooo close to putting down a 185 dollar down payment upfront (stupid of me) and I stopped to read the reviews below and I was horrified. In my own personal experience he rushed me and repeatedly called and sent emails saying only one spot was left -_- When I told him that I decided to go another way he said thank you for wasting my time. Please take this review and the others below to heart. Find a different company than this. Can't be worth it.

Further more, after I told him I would be leaving a negative review he told me to google my name in 24 hours as if threatening me that he going to do something. Wild, and highly inappropriate for a business owner to treat a customer this way.

This is a scam. Multiple "agents" contacted me with different prices. I went with the lower one, but they have not picked up the car, will not give back the deposit, and the higher priced of the "agents" said "see, you should have gone with me." Customer service is entirely unhelpful, and claims they can't do anything except ask the "agent" to call me back (which he does not do).
