Envision Auto Relocations Inc.
Customer Reviews
This company is the worst to deal with, I called on Monday morning and spoke to Jennifer who gave me a quote that I accepted and she promised to have a driver pick my vehicle up on that day or next day, she took my credit card info for the payment and that was it she left me hanging, she didn't call or answered my calls. Now I have to pay storage fees and higher shipping rate because I'm running out of time. DON'T USE ENVISION AUTO.
If I could give this company less than 0 I would. I kept calling and was promised my car would be picked up on time. I needed to have my car moved as I was making a move from TX to FL. I always had to call them as no one bothered to take the time to update me, but they d@*$! sure took my money with NO problem!!! The night before my car was to be picked up I once again called Jennifer and she told me that she couldn't talk to me because "her mother was putting her dog down and she had to deal with that". REALLY!!!???!!! I was insulted and humiliated that as a paying customer she wouldn't give me an answer which she herself had promised!! That was the last that I have heard from anyone from that company! Their customer service is abysmal. NEVER use this company! Save your time! Save your money! And save yourself some aggravation!
Do not use this company! John Anderson is a crook and a lier. He will not return your calls and might send you a cryptic email if you have a question. He will however send you a request for all the info he needed to take your money. In addition to asking for it when you talk to him the first time. He left me hanging, now I have to pay more for a reputable mover to move my car on short notice.
I'm a car dealer in Melbourne Fl. I've used Jennifer for two company auto transports, I've also recommended them to snowbird customers to get cars to/from Florida. All transactions have gone professionally and as expected. Jennifer Maser is very good at her job. A big part of the transport business is UNDERSTANDING how it works. Allowing for time windows large enough to accomplish the job. Communication via email is key. I can tell by reading these reviews there was some "user error."
This is not the kind of company you want to do business with.
If you hire this company you will have nightmares.
They hire people that are not fit to be a dog catcher
NASTY, STUPID AND RUDE.
They love to hang up on people
TAKE THIS AS A WARNING.
I shipped my car from California to New Jersey and it was a pleasant and stress free experience. Jennifer helped me find a driver and went above and beyond to get me the best price and fastest shipping. I highly recommend using the company for an auto relocation. I am very pleased with the experience I had and will be telling my friends and family about it. Thank you!!
The job was okay, the car did get transported. That being said... I needed to call to get any info, I didn't ever get a call with info. I had to call the seller to find out if it was picked up, had to call twice to get the drivers name and number. Plus many calls before the car was picked up to make sure the seller knew when the driver was arriving.
The car did get shipped, so all ended well.
I would not recommend this relocation company to anyone. They are very incompetent and rude to their customers. I was needing a car transported to Florida from Virginia. I received a quote from Jennifer at the beginning of June. The price sounded good so I told her to proceed to have my car transported at the end of June. She told me that everything was looking good and would be set. I had to call her on the day that I was needing the car picked up and she was very rude and told me that she couldn't find me a driver. She said she would try her best to find one. 3 days passed and I kept calling and she acted as if I was bothering her. Finally, I decided to go with another relocation company so I called Jennifer to inform her that I have found other means to transport the car. She said some very rude comments to me and then hung up on me. I was completely shocked. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. There are many other relocation companies out there. In fact, 15 minutes after setting it up with the other company, I had a driver and my car was scheduled to be picked up.
If I could give them - stars I would. I've used them twice before without any major issues, but this time WOW!!!!! Michael DiBenedetto got his $150 commission last week, this week my car was picked up. They told me Monday so I called the lady I'm picking it up from to let her know. Now the next day they finally call her that they're picking it up. I call him to let him know my concerns and he try's blaming me that I shouldnt have called her to let her know when the car was going to be picked up. He also told me anyone with a brain wouldnt have done that. I told him who does he think he is to talk to someone like that. And he tells me "GFY do you know what that means?" I said " what?" Michael said " GO FUCK YOURSELF!! DON'T CALL ME AGAIN!!!"
Save your money for someone with a little more respect!!!!!!
Envision Auto Relocations, John Andrews, is a broker who arranges automobile relocation with various shippers. John will gladly take his $150 broken fees but it might be well worth you efforts to research the shippers he selects. I have shipped 8 cars to date and did not have a problem with any until I had John Andrews arrange shipping of a vehicle. A little research would have shown the shipper had been in business less than a year and although they had the required insurance, their carrier would automatically decline a claim is the damage was less than $1000. John response, get someone out to give an estimate over $1000. John had assured me he only did business with responsible shippers who knew what they were doing. This was certainly not the case. They damaged the car both loading and unloading and then tried to extort additional money because of the difficulty encountered unloading the car. It took John 2 weeks to get the insurance info from the shipper after repeated unanswered phone calls. I would have been better off dealing with U-Ship and eliminated the broker's fees. I still would have gotten the same poor shipping. IN MY CASE, ENVISION AUTO RELOCATIONS DID NOT DO THEIR HOMEWORK WHEN SELECTING MY AUTOMOBILE SHIPPER.
