Exclusive Auto Shipping
Customer Reviews
Warning this company will rip you off. They have the highest rate around all of the reviews are fake. My Trailer was damaged and carriers insurance will never cover your damages. $350 non refundable broker fee.
I'm the owner of Exclusive Auto Shipping, and I've been brokering for over 10 years. And I actually just shipped my own vehicle recently using my own services, and plan on shipping it again in August. And I must say, the services provided were spectacular. I didn't even pay a broker fee!
Jokes aside, the vehicle shipping (and moving goods) industry is filled with all sorts of providers. From highly-rated brokers that pay attention to details, like my company - according to all the hundreds of organic positive reviews compared to 7 or 8 total negative reviews on multiple platforms - to horrible brokers that will simply bait-and-switch pricing, and possibly mishandle scheduling.
And it's really easy to find brokers, so a customer should understand they are getting an initial estimate upon the first time talking to that broker since the broker had not spoken to any carrier about the order yet. But once a customer offers their schedule to the broker, now the broker can find a carrier, which means confirm the available schedule with the carrier along with getting an exact price that is guaranteed.
Obviously all customers want to go direct to a carrier to get their orders booked, but that simply isn't how it works nowadays. The customer will always go through a broker unless they have a referral to the carrier. And then the customer needs to verify that carrier is licensed and insured.
Customers should check out the reviews on brokers. Make sure they are legit reviews spread out over time. Hundreds or thousands of reviews in one month is suspect. Heck, my company has 48 five-star Yelp! reviews that are 'not recommended' (and 1 negative). Note: I respond to all negative reviews, so feel free to read them in full.
I hope a potential customers see this and can appreciate what I'm doing. I wanted to post this over 7 years ago, but didn't want customers thinking I was trying to fluff my reviews. Anyway, thanks for reading!

Cautionary Alert: I want to share my unfortunate experience as a victim of a scam perpetrated by Exclusive Auto Shipping. While I had never posted an online review before, the need to warn others has compelled me to do so now. Initially placing trust in Jared for the car shipping process, I researched and contacted him via Facebook and cellphone. A contract was signed for shipping my cars, and I received information about the involved company, Vision Transport LLC (contact: Viktar Somau, 747-209-3142), as shared by Jared through text messages.
Upon contacting Viktar, I arranged a pickup time. Unfortunately, Jared failed to provide proper instructions to me regarding the pickup process. Viktar, posing as a dispatcher, orchestrated the pickup through VASSA Group, a different company not covered in my agreement with Exclusive Auto Shipping. When I raised this concern with Jared, he asserted that such practices were normal for smaller companies acting as brokers, leading me to trust his service.
After the cars were shipped, Viktar requested the agreed-upon payment. I paid him, instructing him to have the keys given to my cousin. Notably, I had not signed any paperwork with VASSA Group or Vision Transport; my contractual agreement was solely with Exclusive Auto Shipping. Trusting Jared entirely, I later discovered that he may be colluding with scammers. I suspect he selectively targets victims, possibly exploiting my foreign status, as he played a pivotal role in orchestrating this elaborate scam.
Following the shipment, Viktar, who had received payment, resorted to threats, specifically warning against contacting someone named ERDEM KILIC at 310-801-8367, whose account received my payment. The scammer even attempted to exploit my ethnicity and mentioned my family. It's essential to exercise caution when dealing with Exclusive Auto Shipping. Despite my initial booking cost of $2150, I ended up losing more money due to the additional funds required to release my cars from the scammers' hold. Jared, ironically, continues to portray himself as the victim, while I am left with the financial loss. Be vigilant when considering Exclusive Auto Shipping for your needs.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Exclusive Auto Shipping Company. Our experience with Jared was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did he fail to deliver on his promises, but he also managed to scam us out of $825. The level of incompetence displayed by this company is appalling.
The entire process was marred by delays, misinformation, and a complete lack of transparency. What's worse is that after paying a hefty sum, we never received the services we were promised. It's evident that Exclusive Auto Shipping Company is more interested in taking advantage of customers than providing the services Jared advertise.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Exclusive Auto Shipping company's services to steer clear of this company. Jared is unreliable, unprofessional, and, in our case, outright scammer. Save yourself the trouble and money by choosing a more reputable and honest auto shipping service. I wish there if there is a negative star to choose that is what Exclusive Auto Shipping deserves.
I feel compelled to share our harrowing experience with Jared, whom we unfortunately discovered was engaged in questionable practices, akin to a scammer dipping into two pots. Our ordeal began when my sister entrusted him with an auto shipping order.
Jared initially presented himself as a reputable broker, assuring my sister of a smooth and secure transaction. However, it became glaringly evident that he was involved in a scam that not only exploited my sister but also tarnished the integrity of the auto shipping process.
The details of this deceit unfolded when our order, which my sister booked for $1800 with a broker fee of $350, was hijacked by a scammer who manipulated the system. This imposter, masquerading as the owner of Vision Transport, surreptitiously dispatched my order to another carrier, Vassa Group Inc, for an exorbitant $2900, a whopping $1100 more than the agreed-upon amount.
The scam did not stop there. The imposter, posing as the Vision Transport owner, shamelessly communicated with me during the delivery process and cunningly coerced an additional $1800 from Muna via Zelle. It was a distressing realization that I had fallen victim to an elaborate scheme orchestrated by Jared and the scammer in cahoots.
Despite my ordeal, Jared's response to the situation was far from satisfactory. He attempted to shift blame and downplay his involvement, making it abundantly clear that he was dipping into two pots, manipulating both the broker and carrier aspects of the transaction for his benefit. He exploited us into paying additional fees for which we never had an agreement.
It is disheartening to realize that Jared, the very person entrusted with facilitating a smooth auto shipping process, was instrumental in orchestrating a scam that left My sister and myself financially strained and emotionally distraught. This warning serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering Jared's services. Beware of entrusting your valuable assets to someone who is evidently willing to engage in deceitful practices, leaving unsuspecting customers like myself to bear the brunt of his unethical actions

We had a great experience transporting our car from LA to Boston.
It is an intimidating space and we knew nothing about it. Most brokers are very rude and their work is quite obscure.
** Jared was very transparent and friendly, answered all our questions, and provided us with safe and reputable options. **
After he helped us find a transporter, we communicated directly with him (José). We appreciated how responsive he was. The car took two more days to arrive than we expected, but we didn't mind. Everything was done professionally, and we are very satisfied with this service.
* We would 10/10 recommend Jared to our friends. *

No nonsense company. Did not charge me ahead until a carrier confirmed. Fair, clear, without games, with respect and professionalism. The carrier assigned was also a great professional and delivered ahead of time. He also maneuvered amazingly to get to my place.
Jared was better than awesome. He did a terrific job getting my truck to Florida. He ironed out a few bumps in the road promptly and went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend him
Very disappointed that they did not stand by their quote. We booked 3 weeks before the move and were given a quote. Now, a week before, we reached out to them because we had not heard anything back. We were told that they could not find anyone to transport the car "for that price" and maybe if we paid more they could find someone. The quote came from them, not us! Classic bait and switch. I am not sure how they managed to get all these five star reviews but this has been a very frustrating experience. We do not know if the car will be shipped or not and now have to scamble to find another shipper.
UPDATE AFTER OWNER CLAIMED I WAS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM:
Odd that he said I was not in the system because somehow his company managed to bill MY credit card when we told him we were not going to ship the car because it was too expensive after their bait and switch.
Further, I have texts of messages from his employee to me where she insisted that their original call was just an "estimate."
Why are they billing me for an "estimate?"
Thanks Exclusive Auto Shipping!
It was incredibly intimidating to find a auto shipping company that felt honest. It's quite a saturated market, like jumping into a pool of sharks. And then you have to trust someone with your vehicle too.
Before Exclusive Auto Shipping, I was given a lower price, then bait and switched. When Jared told me he was going to get me the best deal he could, I believed him. That's what he did.
Grateful to be done with this process and ready to enjoy my new pickup truck. Thanks again Jared :)
