Expert Express

Bad experience - not professional. This was a big $2,500 job installing a shower and tub and fixtures. The guy who comes out for the estimate is the father and he seems cordial and professional and he quoted a reasonable price for the job. The son oversees the execution of the job and he did not oversee well at all, resulting in many many errors. This resulted in multiple problems. They returned and fixed some (not all) of the errors, but they were not at all apologetic and seemed to care zero about the customer. To this day the shower wobbles when you lean on it.

So deeply saddened that after 20 plus years of using, and recommending, Express Express I am no longer "an extended member of the family". The past two times a technician was sent out for a problem (one with gas logs and one with a heating unit) they were 100% wrong with their diagnosis. I called to resolve the issue I had with wasting $289.00, talked to Mona, and my complaint was never addressed. I never received a return call. I'm shocked that Vernon would allow this to happen. My faith in E.E. is shaken, never again.

This family has been keeping me in Air Conditioning for over 30 years. Always quick at finding the problem and coming up with solutions. My AC that just went was 33 years old. THey kept it healthy a long time!! They know the AC Business!!

Called a week ago. Had to wait a week to get a plumber. Took off work. At 8:20 am they called to "reschedule". Apparently someone else needed a hot water heater. Mean time my sink and Toliet are backed up. I've used them before but seriously. What type of company cancels at the last minute. Not like this is brain surgery so I found someone else. And folks I am a regular customer. Never again. A full day's pay down the drain thanks to their horrible customer service. Actually two days pay as I have to take off tomorrow. What a UNPROFFESIONAL company

Once again Expert Express has come to my rescue. Jason showed up exactly on time the very next morning after discovering our downstairs Heating Unit was not working. Our Trane system is original to the house (20 years old) - previous companies always have tried to convince me the entire unit needs replacing, Expert Express's knowledgeable technicians can always fix it for me... I can not recommend this business more highly. I trust them completely & recommend them to all my neighbors.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They installed the wrong blower motor in my HVAC system last summer, which didn't work correctly and ran up my utility bills. The motor company verified that this was the wrong motor for my particular system. I complained twice to Expert Express and they did nothing. I had to have another company come in to add a relay to fix the problem. When I tried to get compensation from Expert Express for the second repair, they refused to acknowledge that they had installed the wrong motor. I tried to settle this through the BBB, and instead of negotiating with me, the owner made false accusations and refused to take any responsibility. I took them to small claims court and won the judgement for the money to cover the second repair and the labor on the original installation. Now they are late on sending me the court-mandated judgement amount, and the owner refuses to return my calls. This is the WORST service for anything that I have ever dealt with - and I can't even get my money back after suing them and winning! So if this sounds like something you'd rather not deal with, call literally anyone else and you will probably have a better experience.
