Had a great ride from Pasadena to Congona park. My car unfortunately just stopped and had to tow it from Pasadena. The ride was actually really fun. Great music, he asked what I wanted to listen too, paid 300 and something for it. I mean it was worth it. The drive there and back plus loading car on and off. Fair price if you ask me. He was nice as well as informative.
I appreciate the business.

We called beacue our work van would not shift into gear. Their driver made it onsite in less than 30 minutes. Amazingly, he was able to temporarly repair the shift linkage saving us time and money on a long distance tow. These guys are super helpful, resopnsive, and they even email your invoice making it super easy to pay online. Thanks again Farris!!!

I transported a car from TX to CA for them and never got paid for my services. All transport companies don't book with this company. They don't pay!!

I called for a tow because my car broke down on the 101 freeway and it was around midnight . I ask for a quote and if they accept credit cards and the person the the phone said yes,and I agreed to have them tow my car. Within half and hour the tow track got to me .The tow truck driver hooked up my car really quick and in matter of minutes it was on the bed of the the tow truck. I confirm the address of where my car need to be tow and I give him my credit card .He response with NO Credit card cash only!and hikes my quote higher .mind you this is now close to 1 Am and the gas station cashier where my car was parked told me I had to move my car in half and hour.i could not leave my car their and my car was already in the bed of the truck . Had to walk a mile to get to the ATM to get cash out (the gas station ATM was not working ) The driver was very rude .Teacher your drivers or people you contract to value customer service and stick to what they say on the phone . Accept Credit cards!! Or tell the customer you guys don't so you don't waste our time with your business.

The owner Ray reached out to me today to investigate my original claim. He states he has a record of the scooter being damaged before the shipment departed.

I appreciate his effort. Unfortunately this happened 6 months.
