Fast Track Auto Carriers
Customer Reviews
I wish I could give a worse review, SCREW this company! They've screwed us for an entire week. And now that we're trying to use a different company they're going OUT OF THEIR WAY!! To make sure we CANT get out stuff shipped.
Horrible people and horrible service I hope this business Rots to the ground
aka Green Leaf Auto Transport. Paid $200. They never picked up vehicle and claimed deposit was non refundable. Total ripoff and liars.
Pure scam. Female broker named Terry did not do her job. No one from dispatch contacted us to pick up the car. It gets worse. Then Terry or someone in her house used my credit card to buy restaurant food every day, sometimes 3 times a day, and delivered by Delivery Dudes, Boynton Beach FL. Totaled $889.33 of food. Of course the credit card company is working on this MAJOR SCAM. The proposal I signed was for Green Leaf Auto Carriers but the credit card was charged by FAST TRACK AUTO CARRIERS in FL. All she did was take my info and charged me a $200 non-refundable deposit for services rendered. What service? Not even a phone call after we left many messages. I had to drive it over 700 miles by myself as a senior citizen. Of course I looked at reviews for Green Leaf and they were good. We had no way of knowing we were not doing business with Green Leaf.
They changed their name to Green Leaf Auto Transport. They were recommended by our moving company. Donna and I discussed an estimated pick up date for my vehicle. The company took $300 out of my account on 11-7 without a signed contract. I later signed a contract in Dec, but they never showed up to pick up my vehicle on Dec 16. They will not return phone calls or emails. This is clearly a fraudulent operation who stole money from me. I am not only permanently disabled, I lost my home in the California wildfires. I just wanted to move to Tennessee without any issues to start my new life, and now this. I have a car in California while I'm driving to Tennessee and I am working so hard each day to find someone else. Donna is the most disgusting human being ever. She even knew we lost our home in a fire, and still scammed us.
TOTAL SCAM. My husband was quoted at $270 for delivery, with $120 non refundable up front. He was working with an Anthony. As soon as his card was run there was no response to any communications. He got one text message two days ago saying Anthony would call him in a little bit and never did.
It's now almost a week since he's paid and nothing. We will not be having them deliver the bike. Do NOT work with this "company"! Total criminals!
WARNING: MAJOR SCAM FEDS SHOULD OPEN INVESTIGATION
My wife and I paid $120 deposit to get a full payment of $600 transport from Dallas to Chicago
They told us within 24 hours we would know the exact time for pickup. They NEVER followed up with us we had to call them. They gave us the number to the driver and we called and the driver surprisingly said they were NOT COMING TO DALLAS. This was less than 24 hours we were set to get on a plane.
I called Fast Track Auto Carriers and talked to 2 people who said they would call me back. Not only did they not call me but with our airfare wasted we had to drive 900 MILES within 24 hours to Chicago to meet the movers!
They refused to reply to my follow email request for A REFUND
So we went to our bank and had the charge reversed
THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO LIE TO OUR BANK AND SAY IN WRITING THEY PICKED UP AND DELIVERED THE VEHICLE.
We had to produce the evidence to our bank (receipts of the hotel stay and gas receipts) of our 900 mile trip. And after seeing that our bank sided with us and refused to give Fake Auto Carriers our money.
FIGHT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT with your bank and document everything if they try to lie like they did in writing with us when they told the bank the vehicle was picked up and delivered.
NEVER USE THESE GUYS
I have to admit that I got really nervous when I saw these reviews AFTER I submitted my deposit...but they pulled through. Don't know if they just recently got their stuff together but everything went perfect. Worked with Andrew - he was nice and informative and communicated well when I had questions. They dispatched through auto line express, came exactly when they said they would, stayed in good communication, and delivered within a week (ca to mi). My car was full of stuff and they didn't say anything either. There were a couple small hiccups, but again everything worked out. Total cost was $760, way cheaper than all the other quotes I received.
The initial experience was very positive; pick-up went smoothly; drop-off not so smoothly; carrier would not take car off rig until we paid him an additional $50. Several follow-up calls with carrier with promises to resolve have yielded no results. The contract in this case meant nothing.
I got my vehicle faster than a FedEx overnight from San Jose, CA to Chicago, IL in 2 days. Yes, 2 days for a 2000 mile stretch. My Customer Service Representative Donna was excellent. Price was the most competitive She took care of the contract and dispatch very nicely. Very well recommended . I will use the service again.
I contacted this company on March 6, persuaded by both the existence of five-star reviews on Yelp and noting that competitors all seemed to have a large number of one-star reviews as well. I was promised a pickup of my car within about a week and delivery within a few days thereafter. I wound up getting the car on April 18.
A few details: this was a residence-to-residence transport from Wisconsin to California. The pickup was from my elderly grandmother, who requires assistance to transact business but insists on living independently. So arranging for the pickup requires some advanced coordination. The driver called at eight in the evening wanting to do a pickup right then, and my family negotiated to persuade him to do the pickup in the morning. In fact, he never showed up, and did not contact us again.
I then had to contact the only contact I had, which was the dispatcher whom I am rating here, Fast Track Auto Carriers. The company's direct website lists a phone number that is not active. After some frustration trying to find contact information through other means, I found the correct phone number here on Yelp.
My first, second, and third weekly phone calls resulted in voice mails that were not returned. On April 6, a month after first contracting with the company, I reached a live person, who was again courteous and friendly and promised to resolve the issue immediately. Then, there were no return communications for another week, when a driver again contacted my family in Wisconsin. I had to personally broker the negotiations for a pickup time, because the driver had an incorrect phone number for my family in Wisconsin and by then the driver was so pissed off at my family, and my family was so pissed off at the driver, that they would not speak to one another.
With a fair amount of babysitting, I was able to broker through this issue and the car was picked up. We were promised delivery by Friday. The car actually came on Saturday, which wasn't so bad -- although had we relied on the promised day, I'd have taken a day off work to receive delivery for no reason.
In person, the driver was friendly and courteous and the car had been transported in a reasonable fashion with no damage occurring in transit. The price for delivery he demanded was the same price that I had been promised by the broker: there were no hidden charges after the fact.
At the end of the day, I did receive the service that I paid for, and I received it at the price I had been quoted. The low rating for this review comes from the difficulties involved in communicating with both broker and driver, and the length of time and administrative headaches I had to endure along the way to actually get them to do what I was paying them to do.
Simply put, they need to improve their communications systems dramatically.
