Wish I could give 0 stars and ensure no one ever ever hires this company for their precious car due to how AWFUL they are, they promised in writing to get my range rover from Toronto to LA in 2 weeks, as I needed it for my job, I saw good reviews, and paid the $3k USD to ship my car, since I was on a tight timeline, which was the money was taken immediately.

Oh my god... the car stayed in Toronto for WEEKS and didn't move, I thankfully had an apple airtag in the car so i could always see it's location - thank GOD i trusted my gut instinct. I called non-stop asking for updates, emailed, and it was radio silent. They claim "things were out of their control" and they refused to pay for my 4 weeks of a rental car that I needed due to my car not being delivered in time. I only got a $300 USD refund, and I yelled at them in writing over email NUMEROUS times for their lack of communication, ghosting, pure incompetence, and claims of how their documents only benefit them and not the customer.

Please DO NOT hire them for your precious car. My range rover finally arrived 4 weeks later. I used their service from February 2022 to March 2022.

I wouldn't want my worst enemy to use their service, so please do not. Save yourself the heartache. Also my brand new car had a scratch when it arrived in LA + it was soooooooo dirty I couldn't even see out the windshield. Please go with literally anyone else. They do not care about your car and it will take WEEKS, mine took 4 weeks, 1 month, for your car to arrive and you will never know where your car is during the entire duration it's in transit.

This is a scam. They took my car and money and one day prior to delivery, had decided to raise the price on me. This is obviously a breach of contract and holding the car against it is illegal. But super-Eddie Rock does not care about the law or his customers. He had succeeded in:
1- Raising the price on me, breaching his contract
2- Holding the car hostage to force me to pay $300 more

Don't do like I did, read the reviews! You will see many others got screwed by this fraudulent company!

Horrible company. Please don't waste your time and just spend the extra money elsewhere. They are completely horrible at running a business. We booked and made a reservation (way in advance )for my car to get to Tennessee by a certain date. They agreed and said they could. They gave us a time frame on when my car would get picked up. Long story short they never picked up my car. They never assigned us a driver and they absolutely did not care one bit to get my car to Tennessee. Worse service ever. Basically if you don't need your car wherever you are going and you are okay with a lack of communication and unorganized company go with them. I like to give companies the benefit of doubt with everything going on but they didn't even try to work and get my car to me.

These guys are crooks. They get your car across the Canadian Border ( my example) then add $6000 to the quoted price. They have the car and they hold it as ransom. SCAM!! They also contract transportation to the cheapest ... sides of transport truck trailer were rusted out allowing in road grime that covered my car.

this company is scam, they ask you deposite and never pick your car up. you will wait day by day, tired, and finally you give up your deposite money. they never refund your money.

TL;DR: Don't trust this company. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt. They are uncoordinated and will annoy you with all their calls and emails until they get you to sign a contract with them. They don't provide good customer service and they are horrible with communication.

Full story: I didn't want to use Fidelity based on their current reviews on Yelp, but my uncle had recommended them to me since he had a good experience with them. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I should have stayed away from them.

I was moving from Southern California to Oregon to start school and I needed my car shipped up there. First off, they will spam you with calls and emails until they lock you in by signing a contract with them. They provided me a quote of $725. $175 was a service fee for them finding a person to ship my car and $550 for the driver. I signed a contract that would be for that price and for a specific time frame. Everything was going ok and they found someone to take my car, but that person had some mechanical issues. Fidelity said that they were working on someone to ship my car ASAP. My shipment date was almost delayed for a week. Fidelity found a person to take my car, but they said that I had to pay him $650. No, I already signed a contract for $550, and with the inconvenience, the least they could do is pay the extra $100. After some disputes, Fidelity said that they will pay $50. No, I have an email saying that whatever I signed on the contract is what I am going to pay, nothing more. I'm also a student and I can't afford to spend more than what I signed up for. Finally, they agreed to pay the $100.

The driver was super nice, and I wish there was a way to do business with him directly instead of going through a bad vendor like Fidelity. He dropped off my car and said that I needed to pay him $650. I thought that Fidelity would pay the $100? He said that Fidelity didn't mention anything to him and even said that these people are known to scam and hide fees. I gave him the $650 (otherwise he wouldn't give me my car lol).

I emailed Fidelity immediately (this was August 31st). I wanted them to reimburse me for the costs and the inconvenience. They said that they would get it sorted and I would see a refund within 3-5 business days. 3-5 business days passed, and I didn't see the funds in my account. I emailed and called again. No response. Seems ironic that they spam you with calls and emails before the contract and once the service is done, they become radio silent. I followed up the week after and someone said that it will process within another 3-5 business days. After 3-5 business days, still no funds in my account. I followed up and someone called me back saying they don't know why it hasn't been processed and it will get to me within ANOTHER 3-5 business days. I followed up the week after and was like dude, it has been a month since I filed this claim with a receipt. A refund should not take this long. Finally, after a long month battling this company, they gave me $100.

Don't trust these scammers and read all of the reviews that they have. Even the BBB doesn't have good reviews. I'm still surprised that they are still standing as a company.

I was very unhappy with this auto shipping company. They picked up my car June 20 and said it would be delivered 10-14 days later. It was not delivered until July 13th. I can understand there can be delays, etc but the worst part was that no one called me with updates about my car or to let me know that it was delayed. When I called to ask, I was told to leave my number and "someone would call me back". Unfortunately, no one called me back and I continued to call daily for 9 days. When my car was eventually delivered, it was on super late at night with no warning beforehand.
Would not use this company again, mainly due to the poor customer service.

Spoke initially with sales rep Odalys, questioned $175.00 fees as other brokers charge $150 , was assured in many cases when a lower truck rate is found I will pay the lesser. Boca to Boston quotes ranged from $650 -$750 . Never got a rebate. My account was transferred few days went bye, never heard from her. When I contacted her she was very inattentive and quite laid back. She advised me she would contact me next day as to pickup date, she never called, again couldn't car less what I wanted, if it was as if I was bothering her. The truck was delayed several days she never had the courtesy to advise me of the hold up. This went on fort quite a while.

I have been shipping cars from Florida 25 years I.have NEVER, NEVER encountered such terrible service.

Please do yourself a favour, life is too short ,stay away from this company

PS in my 80 years I have never given a review, this had to be told

If I could give less than 1 Stat I would.
Unprofessional, Irresponsible, and inept provider in the entire United States you can find. I learned my lesson the hard way and our 3-month-old vehicle was destroyed by these guys deliberately for refuse to paying additional money as an act of revenge.
We did a blunder mistake by choosing these guys to ship our vehicles cross country. They changed the invoice multiple times asking for more money after our vehicles were taken into their custody, but both vehicles were damaged beyond imaginations, Antena was ripped apart, the side door scratched and it was evident that they made their best effort to destroy the vehicle on purpose, after trying to reach them multiple times. They wouldn't respond to out any of the calls. I have had it enough that now I prepared for a legal battle. I will keep providing updates

Do not use this company. Took weeks to pick up my vehicle when promised earlier dates. Gave a quote and then once the vehicle is in their possession hold it hostage to charge you more (even though you have in email correspondence from them stating this is door to door total cost). They do not communicate anything. Email after email and voice mail after voice mail go unanswered. Still waiting for my vehicle after they picked it up over 3 weeks ago. Would never use this company or subject anyone to use them.

I wish I would have done a little more research before choosing them. I would have never used them. Like others have said on here, save yourself the anguish and pain!!!

After calling a few transport companies and hearing a bunch of excuses I finally contacted fidelity. Eddie gave me a delivery date for the truck and stuck by it. I would definitely use fidelity again the next time I need to transport a vehicle.

I never write reviews but after seeing this company's reviews on yelp i decided that out of fairness I needed to write about my experience.

As a first time customer i had no idea about what shipping a car entitled, i had recently found a job in another state and decided to relocate. After being bombarded by several companies i decided to go with Fidelity because i felt they were the most truthful and thourough when it came to explaining to me the whole process.

I cannot tell you about the other bad reviews, but my experience was a good one, and i will deffinetly recommend this company to anyone i know that is relocating.
