Bret went above and beyond to help get my cars transported,
He is very help full and always answers the phone.

I got their information through a friend that got a car shipped with them.. so I took a chance. Contacted them on a Thursday to get a quote and they gave me a price to which I agreed and said yes.. He said he was going to send me a contract on Friday though email. Well come Tuesday and still nothing so I decide to call on Wednesday and left a message. Still no contact, no email and no call back... so I basically waited and wasted a week to wait for my car to get transported. I wouldn't trust them if this is the kind of professionalism they are going to show.

I had good experience. They help me onnmy race car with 1.5" clearance and did exactly what was promised.

Responsive, on time, professional.

Lucas has made this process easy for me. He went above his job to make me comfortable with shipping my car for the first time. My car is being picked up today & I'll let you know how the rest goes.

So it's been almost a month since I've received my car. Bret not only does he lack in customer service, he is also a liar, he said he was going to refund me my 150.00 dollar deposit, he also said he would keep in touch to make sure it was delivered. He did none of that, please don't EVER EVER use G&G auto transport, Bret is worthless and lies to your face.

Sister is a Doctor and needs her car to work at her new hospital. Agreed upon a rate and pickup date. The company NEVER shows up. Sister follows up call, and they say they couldn't find a driver and needed to charge her more. My sister hangs up to explore her options. She calls back to accept because again, her new hospital is fairly rural and NEEDS her car to WORK and take care of patients ASAP, and the pickup and delivery are already late. They say the price has increased AGAIN. Now it's 600, when the original was 450. At this point, why should we would we even trust them with our car? An absolute scam of a company, with dishonest sales reps, and stay far far away. I'd rather drive across America, then deal with them.

Sucks sucks sucks company! They are using straight bait and switch tactic! They supposed to pick up my van in Texas for 650 but never did so I had to cancel with them for 3 days waiting. Don't use those bulls**ters.

I was contacted on Wednesday by Drake at G&G Auto Tranport with a quote to move my car from FL to CT. Requested earliest ship day was the upcoming Friday. As any good consumer does, I researched the companies reading reviews, and shopped around for quotes. Ultimately I decided to book with an alternative broker and DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH G&G. Post our initial communication, not Drake nor any other company rep followed up with me on the request to confirm business.

End of day on the expected ship day (Friday) when I didn't hear from the broker I had booked with, I finally called them for an update. To my surprise I find out that G&G added me to the "drivers board" unbeknown to me (as I did not contract with them) which lead to my booking being considered a "double brokering" and ultimately getting cancelled.

I immediately called G&G and spoke with the supervisor who was not able to provide any explanation for Drake's unprofessional, scam-like business practice. I asked for the manager to have Drake reach out to me with an explanation and below if a screen shot of the conversation that followed between Myself and Drake.

Clearly, this is not a company myself or anyone else should want to do business with and support, and even less to trust with the brokering of the transport of something as valuable as your car.

Please please please save yourself the trouble and stress by avoiding engaging with this company, and please go ahead and book your transport needs via another more reputable broker.
