I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! she is terrible and does not know how to dispatch cars. I would stay away and work with other reliable transport company's who actually have equipment to transport cars

don't ever do business with this company they do fake contracts and scammed me out of $4,200 I spoke to Andrea and she does not answer the phone anymore. Worst company to do Business with.!

Avoid at ALL cost.
This company it's nothing but troubles,I needed to book a transfer from Miami to some other place in Florida and the entire process was terrible.
Car was supposed to be delivered on a specific time frame but was indeed delivered the day after without any follow-up whatsoever.
Andrea,she try hard to fix things up but apparently the problems are different.
Oh....and BTW at the end they delivered the car at the WRONG address.
Avoid at ALL cost.

This company is absolutely horrible. We booked a client to do their auto transport. Garcias contacted our client and told them that we changed the price on the load board to a different price than we told them. They even went to the trouble of going in paint or whatever program they used to change the price in an attempt to try to trick the client that we were scamming them. They sent us the screenshot. I did not notice but my client noticed that they changed the price but not the price per mile so the price per mile matched the price I told the client. On Central Dispatch the price per mile always matches the price so that is how we knew they did that. How desperate and pathetic that a company would go to such great lengths to steal a client from us.
Do not waste your time with this company if you are looking to ship a vehicle. Spoke to Andrea from their team one month before my move date and confirmed transport details. Spoke to them again week of move and confirmed again. The day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up, no response. I called multiple times, no answer, no answer to emails. When I finally got through to them the next day they lied to me and told me the driver was on the way, when no one showed up they told me there was just a small delay then again no one showed. Then of course no response to my calls and emails for the rest of the day. They finally got back to me three days later and I hung up on them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

To start off I had a driver already confirmed with a confirmed price. The week before they called me to confirm. The day of, I had to call them over 10 times! Only for them to tell me my confirmed driver went with someone else and told me I needed to up my price. Then they told me If I COULD LEAVE MY KEYS OUTSIDE! IN A PLACE I WILL NEVER BE AT AGAIN and she could get me a driver 3 days later! After reading some of their reviews I'm glad I didn't do business with them because who knows if my car would've been stolen. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY !!!!
I have a contract for 2 cars to be transported to Florida Garcias We're supposed to pick up our cars today and end call last minute to say they didn't have a carrier to fit them but I could pay more money and get them on a carrier tomorrow. My husband said I'll just drive one of the cars and you can transport the other tomorrow now they're saying -we'll take the one car but now we need more money!
This is a classic bait and switch and I will be reporting them as now they won't pick up my phone calls and we have movers arriving to take all the furniture tomorrow and we fly out. They have left us in a horrible situation!
Not recommended . Uncertain pickup times uncertain delivery times. Very chaotic communication. Andrea told me she would be available at all times now she will not answer my calls - I have been calling all day yesterday and today . Jay Garcia in Florida finally answered and was helpful. I need to know who to make the cashiers check for $1300 . The driver is trying to hit me up for $200 extra - I feel like my car is being held hostage
This company is horrible. I get seven called within an hour at 6 am. I picked up the last time and asked why they kept calling. The women who picked up argued with me and said that wasn't them. I HAVE YOUR VOICEMAIL IN MY INBOX. IT WAS YOU! From the other reviews this is a common occurrence. Very I professional.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'm from Jersey and planned to send a car to Idaho for school. ANDREA is the person I worked with. She made sure to keep in contact with me for MONTHS, wasting my time. She called me 2 days before my car was supposed to be "picked up" to make sure we were still on. I called her a few times the day before the pickup date and she never answered my calls. Haven't heard from her since then. I wasted so much time trusting that horrible lady. I then worked with the company Midwest Exotic Transport and they were able to find a driver in 5 days. My car was picked up today & now on its way to me in Idaho. I found this company on YouTube, "Auto Transport For Dummies." Look them up and go with them.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
Scammers! They will steal your money and probably your car as well do not trust!!! 100% will screw you over!
Finding a transportation company that could ship a Sprinter from Waukesha to Las Vegas was a lot more difficult than it should have been. Lucky for me, Richard at Garcia's Auto Transport & Logistics saved the day!
From the initial email to the final delivery, Richard made certain that I understood everything involved. His price never changed and it seemed fair considering the distance and type of vehicle being shipped.
