Do not use this company they will damage you car and not pay for the damages I have been waiting for over 4-5 months for a check they said was sent 2 times for a little under $2,000 then they tell me to reach out to the insurance knowing that they have a 10k deductible so the insurance company told them to pay and they still won't pay now my attorney is sending them letters. This company will soon be out of business

I needed to ship a car to my daughter in college and was extremely nervous about doing so given all of the horror stories I'd read online about different transportation companies. Fortunately I received a recommendation from a friend to hire Go 2 Transportation, and I listened! Go 2 Transportation did NOT let me down! They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and the car was delivered safe and sound. Not only that, they somehow delivered the car through a snow storm. BRAVO!!! I recently purchased a classic Cadillac from a CLC member in Wisconsin. I searched reviews from other CLC members for auto transport. Based off quotes for covered transportation and several positive reviews on the CLC forum, I decided to use Go 2 Transportation over some of the bigger known names in auto transport. This was the first time I've had to ship or transport a car, so I didn't know quite what to expect. I emailed a few questions and information about the pick up and delivery window and was told an estimate pick up date by Tommy and driver would be assigned.

Driver showed up to seller's place two day earlier than expected. Luckily it worked out for us and I received my car two days earlier, but this could have been an issue if seller wasn't available.

A negative was my perception of lack of communication. My dream car was coming to me and I felt I was in limbo knowing when it would be finally here. I had to reach out to see if a driver was assigned and we only heard from the driver when he was about 24 hours out from pick up and delivery. Once driver was close, he did provide updates on when he would actually be at my house.

Overall I am happy because I got my car fast and safe. I'm giving five stars due that car was picked up and delivered within seven days as promised; just early, which was not a problem for me. I also appreciated the fact it was delivered on a Saturday, since I didn't have to take time off work. There was also no delays due to weather which was great since a big snow storm was happening in the mid-west at the time.

Driver Marcelino was very professional and prompt. The early morning delivery allowed a first full day to go over the car. Five stars for him too.
