Do not use this company.
Let me explain.
I have actually used this company 3 times now.
First time- went off without a hitch.
2nd time- They delivered my Gallardo to me and the hood had a long scratch in the clear bra which was not there when I bought the car. They paid for the clear bra to be replaced, all is fine.
3rd and most recent time. I was sending my Huracan back to Chicago for the Summer, so I decided to drop the car off at lambo NB to take care of the loading of the car. The car was dirty as I had just taken it on a 200 mile road trip, so I had asked that the car be cleaned before it was picked up. The dealer got busy and it wasn't able to be cleaned, no biggy. Transport company came to pick up car, did their inspection, and off they go. Let me make note that anyone that knows me understands I keep all my cars perfect always. The car gets delivered to me and there is a small dent, about half the size of a pea on my rear difuser. Small nick on my clear bra on my hood as well. I tell the driver that delivered the car, and he mentions to me that he didn't see it because the car was dirty, but it was there before.
I found this with the car dirty in my garage without any issue, so how could someone that does this for a living not find it? On the bill of lading there is absolutely no call out for a dent on my diffuser, and I tell him that. This is the same driver that delivered my other Gallardo as well. I have a relationship with them, so when he said just take it up with my bosses and we'll take care of it, I believed him.
Let's fast forward 3 months. Nothing has been handled, the owner of the company told me they can't afford to pay the amount of the estimate(um, what?) So he tells me to call his insurance. I do this, they are a nightmare to work with, they keep telling me that they can never get ahold of Ace American to get details they need to finalize the claim, etc.
I've already replaced my difuser with a CF difuser, I simply wanted to replace my stock one in case I want to put the car back to stock. I want people to know that although i've had a good experience with this company, I've also had a horrible one. Do not use this company because they cannot and will not take care of the issues with your car if it's outside of the amount they can afford(whatever that means.) I will be posting this on all the other forums I'm a member of so that people don't get taken for a ride.
I will also say that from this forum, I got recommended to Applewood and Bruce there hooked me up! His price he offered was fair, the service was top notch, and the driver even covers the car with plastic. Ace American Transport NEVER did this, which is crazy considering these are 200-500k cars we're dealing with here.

This company is a broker and they will go with the cheapest price they can get .. they damaged my vehicle and refused to accept fault .. Don't make the mistake of using a broker go direct with a company that has a good reputation its well worth it this company is a JOKE
I had nothing but a great experience with this company. I had my car transported through them and was on time, without a scratch. It was a pleasure dealing with them and will continue to do use them when needed.

Made a reservation to have my vehicle transported 5 days in advance, and the morning it was to be picked up Kevin told me he could not get ahold of the the driver.
He called back 2 hours later and told me his driver was not going to pick up my car.
At that point I was thankful I did not go with the company. I could not imagine what I would do if they had my car and they told me they could not get a hold of the driver.
What terrible customer service.
The set up was easy but when it came to receiving my car it became difficult. The driver they chose spoke little to no English and it was hard to communicate with with him. My car was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday but arrived several days early with only a 2 hour notice which was fine but I didn't have the money prepared. After spending the whole day waiting on the driver and rushing around to get a money order, the driver made me walk to him where he dropped my car off on a busy street (even though he would have fit on the street in front of my house) and then refused my money order which I was told to pay with by the company. I tried to call the company several times and they ignored my calls, emails, and texts. The whole incident was extremely unprofessional on both ends.
I would give this company negative stars if I had a choice. The car was supposed to arrive on Wednesday then Thursday, then on Friday they said the car broke down so they can't deliver until Saturday but they assured that the car will leave in the morning. We called Saturday morning but absolutely no answer. I called the main store and this lunatic(owner) picks up the car and he started to curse at me. It's noon and he said he doesn't work in the morning (posted hour is 8am -5pm) basically yelling and cursing at me that the car will get there when it gets there. (Really?) All I wanted to hear is the status and assurance that the car will arrive safely because they haven't been true about their schedule. STAY AWAY from this company!!! They have no clue about customer care. They don't inform the customers, they give wrong information about where the car is, and to top that, they curse (F word everywhere) and scream at you. Handling luxury cars with care??? If you want to be treated as human being, you need to work with someone else. Trust me. Please look for other transportation company if you don't want your blood pressure to go up.
These guys are amazing! Was trying to get my car picked up in Ohio and no one was working with me! I needed the car picked up on Friday as that was the only day I would be in Ohio. I live in Salt Lake Utah and purchased the car in Ohio. I flew out Thursday night, and was flying back to Utah Friday Evening so I had a very small window for pickup. Most companies quoted me over 2500 dollars and said they may not make it within that window. Which would be a huge problem for me, as I would have to extend my stay, and possibly even fly back. Long story short, these guys arrived super early in the day Friday Loaded my car up for me, and were on their way! I was planning on getting the car late the next week as it is close to a 3 day drive, and they had a few other cars with them. To my surprise they called me early in the day Sunday and said they will arrive in a few hours. Super excited! Best transport service I've ever used. I'd pay them more. Very professional, and extremely fast! Car looked great on arrival! Definitely recommend and will use again!
Ashley was a pleasure to work with! She helped our family transport our vehicle from FL to queens NY in a very short amount of time. She is professional and friendly and a great communicator. If I ever need to transport a vehicle this is the only business I will trust!

Ashley Pham did a great job communicating with us through the whole process. She was always easy to get a hold of by phone and email. I was a little nervous using a car shipping service to ship our car all the way from GA to NV but she was great at walking us though the steps and getting us our car in two days! The driver picked up the car the day after I booked it and even called us willing to do a weekend/early delivery. I'm sure it could take a little longer for others just depending how many stops they have to make but for us it couldn't have gone better! =)
Do not use this company!. I tried for a week to get my vehicle transported with Great American Auto Transport, and my vehicle didn't move until I called a different company.. The person I dealt with, JB, would guarantee pickup dates, and wouldn't come through. He set me up 3 times and each time I had call him multiple times to get an answer! He won't call you back when he says. UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not contact this low-class company!
I am an owner of Great American Auto Transport we encourage all of our customers to send in complaints so they can be handled accordingly. Auto Shipping is not like shipping with fedex. We ask that all our agents communicate truthfully and honestly with our customers so its a shame that one agent makes our entire company not look so good. we will re train and strive to do better in the future

Joe is the biggest double talker you may ever speak with. He was very eager to talk trash about his compatition and tell you what a great job he will do for you. Guess what he's full of it. He said and I quote " if you have been waiting a month for your vehicle to ship and it hasn't yet it's not going to. If you ship with me your vehicle will be picked up in 3-5 days and if it's not assinged in 3 I will call you and we'll bump up the cost till it's shipped" He is a liar he never calls, he is unreliable and inexperiened he told me he has been doing this for less than a year. Shame on me for falling for a professional website and not doing more homework. I waited a month and it never shipped and he never called me until nearly a month had gone by I was always calling him.
Its hard to say. The company in it of itself was fine. They set everything up, was available, etc. However the person/company they used was very uncommunicative. They got the car to me when they said they would(actually the morning after they said they would come) but not without unnecessary stress. First they said they would come in the morning approximately 9:30. I waited and there was a no-show. I called the guy and he said he would be late due to a problem with the truck. I said 'Oh...how long would it take?' and the guy said about 21/2 hours (which would be about noon). I said fine, and I waited (did other things) for that time - I told him I had to catch a plant at 5pm and he said he would get to me in time. Noon time comes, with no call and I call him. He answers the phone like nothing is wrong and he tells me he still has problems and won't see me until 3 or 3:30. I then start getting anxious - I called the head company and asked about it, and there was nothing he could do, but to tell me to leave the keys of the car with somebody ( I didn't know anybody in that area so that wasn't an option). Ultimately the guy showed up at 4:30 calm and cool as if he was supposed to be there at the time, without any apology whatsoever.
We did make an arrangement for him to drop off the car later on the next day in the evening, and the same exact thing happened....he was supposed to arrive at 6, something happened to his truck (this time it was the lights) and wont be able to make it until 9pm. I called at 9 and he was still stuck and wouldnt arrive until about 11:30pm. After this I asked him to let his other customers know that if he is running late to call, and he grunted like he didn't understand me.
Ultimately I got the car a bit later in perfect condition, I complained to GAATCO, they said they would take care of it.
So, there you have it. It wasn't the worst situation but it couldv'e been better.
