PK was very responsive and helpful in setting up our delivery of a new car. The car was picked up and delivered in excellent condition and as promised. I would highly recommend their service-- so much better than the service I received in purchasing the vehicle.

I was looking around for a while to find a reliable Auto Transport company as I read about the common bait and switch tactics other carriers would do, and other sketchy tactics, and bad reviews so I wanted to do my research. I ended up going with Guardian Auto Transport to ship my F150 from Indiana to Az.



PK was extremely helpful and responsive! Kept me informed and even communicated with the dealer on my behalf.



If I need transportation in the future, I'm definitely going to go with Guardian Auto.

I ended up going with Guardian Auto Transport to ship my F150 from Indiana to Az.



PK was extremely helpful and responsive! Kept me informed and even communicated with the dealer on my behalf.

I used this company to transport a Jeep from a Dealer in Illinois to Georgia. The Jeep was to be picked up and delivered on a set date however the time had to be changed twice due to the driver reaching his DOT road time limit. After two reschedules we were told our Jeep would be brought down. The jeep had some minor scuffs as noted on the driver's inspection report. The photos of the inspection showed the Jeep in excellent condition without any major marks, dents, or scratches. When the Jeep arrived in Georgia, I immediately noticed the Jeep was damaged the Right rear fender was missing and the paint was damaged in several areas.







The driver appeared confused as to what happened to the fender and offered no explanation on how the Jeep that had no damage when he picked it up was now damaged. The driver showed me his inspection report and the photos he took without damage indicating it was in good condition when he picked it up. I took picture of the damage to the rear fender and the right front fender showing it was also damaged (loose) along with the right read door being extremely difficult to open and close (also not noted on the pickup inspection).







I filed the online claim with the driver and noted the damages and comments were uploaded immediately. I then received a report of my claim electronically. I thought this would be simple and the company would try to restore my vehicle to its pickup condition. I was wrong.







The company denied my claim and would not pay to repair my vehicle. The company stated that the fenders were not installed properly (they are factory fenders). The company is irresponsible by damaging my vehicle and does not have any empathy for customers that trust them to transport their vehicle

As a single mom, I was facing an emotional situation with the sudden illness of my son. I had to move him home from LA to Modesto in a matter of days and needed help getting his vehicle transported. I spoke to Dave who was extremely kind and helpful during my emotional, and even tearful phone calls. He helped me every step of the way. He quoted me $700 and that is exactly what I paid. His pick up days and delivery days were exactly as he told me they would be. I had no idea what I was doing and I felt so vulnerable and scared. Many transport companies were quoting $250 or less but they were not verified by the BBB or YELP. Please trust Guardian Auto Transport. Many of the other companies have horror stories from their customers and as I began to read those reviews I got so scared. When I spoke with Dave I tearfully told him, "I need to know I can trust you and your company." He understood and he explained all the SCAMS going on. He explained how Google reviews are not reliable that as customers we really need to look for YELP and BBB reviews. Guardian checks out on both of these. Dave was very responsive to my calls and text messages and my kazillion questions. He helped me hand over the transport details to my other son who was remaining in LA. The driver was VERY good at communication too, keeping me updated. The pick up and drop off times fluctuated some and you need to be prepared for that. I compared it to construction work, something always happens. It is not a matter of dishonesty or poor planning, it's just unforeseen situations. My transport was delayed due to the previous pick up and due to a fire in LA that stalled traffic. However, the driver kept me updated via text. His large truck was too big for my neighborhood so he actually drove my vehicle to me (3 blocks away) as a courtesy. It was literally front door service. PLEASE TRUST GUARDIAN AUTO TRANSPORT.

This was my first time using this company and I truly have to say it's been a great experience with them and I will be using them again when I move back out to Florida. The shipping agents I communicated with to help get my vehicle transported from Tampa Florida to Bronx New York are: Pene Katz & Andrea. They're professional, have great customer service, and the price quote that was giving to me was legit no BS/ no switch and bait like some other transporting companies normally do.

Pene Katz was the first person I spoke with when I called the company. He made me feel very comfortable, no pressure to use the company, he was very honest and no BS when it came to the financial aspect. He was very detailed about how the process works. It was easy and simple.

Andrea was the second person I talked with when it came to the follow ups. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable while my car was on it journey to me lol/ always kept the communication open.

The local dispatcher for the service Olivia was excellent/ the driver Arsen was very professional. He made sure my vehicle was safe from start to finish and told me to look over my car before accepting payment. For that I am grateful. Overall I give this company not 5 but 10 stars.

Excellent service! I felt like I was in the truck during transport! They kept me posted on every move they made! My vehicle was on a bed and treated just like a luxury vehicle should be treated.

Excellent service, pick up and delivery within the window given, great communication, updates were given throughout the whole process. They do a through inspection on delivery and pick up. Very professional, I would use there service again in the future If i need an auto transport.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
Using this service several times and a year ago leaving a review titled EPIC SERVICE has now turned into EPIC FAIL

Understanding how these companies operate I always held this company to a higher standard of service... again, EPIC FAIL.

Over promise, charge a premium and completely drop the ball on my last two deliveries.

A lot of nonsense about "how it's out of their hands" once the car is in the possession of the driver/delivery crew.

I paid a premium and was 'given' a realistic delivery date BUT, once they picked up my car ... the delivery date got moved out 4 more days. I was quoted one thousand dollars less to have the car delivered today (which is when I am getting it) When I mentioned it world be fair to refund me something I was told "we never guarantee a date" no, but they certainly charged me and told me "it's really expensive because your will have it in three days"

What gives?

PK, my contact at Guardian Auto Transport was super awesome. He found me a great driver, he was responsive throughout the whole process and was transparent about the timelines and pricing. My vehicle was picked up in an enclosed trailer within 24 hours of my first conversation with PK, within 6 hours of signing the contract and was delivered to me 1000 miles away within 24 hours. The whole experience was smooth and I would use them again without any hesitation for my future auto transport needs!

Long overdue review - would honestly give 0/5 if possible.

Transported my car across the US last Summer. To make a long story short - reasons why I would recommend to highly avoid by all costs:

- Do not be fooled by the high ratings - they are like any other transport company where third party/truck drivers are hired based on location and route, they are not vetted out or work for Guardian Auto Transport
- Car came late and did not come within estimated time with no ETA or warning
- Very rude dispatcher and unprofessional, every time we spoke he was raising his voice at me, rude, and spoke down to me as a customer
- Driver was also rude, unresponsive, and did not give accurate updates on high delays
- Car was dropped off in a random location due to driver's schedule, also came with a hole in the tire which was a nightmare to work through to not only get fixed but receive reimbursement for
- Car was also dropped off in a location that we did not agree upon, had to uber miles to get to location
- No reimbursement was offered due to negligence on their part, inconvenience, and terrible overall experience

If you can drive your car to wherever you move, please do. I have heard about nightmare stories of transporting your car and still gave it a shot and was definitely learned my lesson and then some.

Gave Guardian a call for the first time needing my vehicle transported. I got hooked up with Ardale who answered everything I had questioned.

I'll be honest I called a few other places first that had "cheaper" prices, but let's be real... cheaper doesn't mean BETTER.

With all the positive reviews and how Ardale handled my concerns, I knew this was the way to go.

From start to finish everything was smooth.
I have some other project vehicles in mind in the future out of VA, so I'll be calling them again.

Definitely recommend giving them a call, ask for Ardale!

STAY AWAY WARNING WARNING !! I am only giving ONE star because the car got delivered. Initial contact was amazing after they got paid $1500 it was ALL DOWN HILL!! They were to pick up the car Saturday AFTERNOON - The driver came around 8pm (no contact from anyone) The driver arrives - speaks very little english, so there was a barrier there. Loads the car and we communicate - IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY SUNDAY right (as I had told the representative MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS), DRIVER says yes no worry yes tomorrow we good, BUT i am tired (My husband and I are like huh?? who would say that) Sunday arrives - NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE AT THE COMPANY WHEN I TRY TO CALL. I had to resort to calling the toll free line and pretend I had a quote to get an actual person. They call the driver and then we are told he has run out of hours and cannot deliver Sunday and he will deliver MONDAY and something about bad weather (I CHECKED AND THERE WAS NO WEATHER ISSUES). The company says oh he ran out of hours, but this is the constant pattern of LIES over the past two days. He only had 3 vehicles on the carrier. I TOLD THEM NUMEROUS TIME MY SON IS IN THE MILITARY AND CANNOT DO MONDAY MORNING at all due to his job. They assure me it will be there between 6-8PM, My son says they texted him confirming, the representative told me the driver is there and waiting on my son to tell him a time (WHICH INDICATES HE IS IN THE AREA) 5PM a text from the driver saying Can I deliver the car at 10PM ? I call the rep instantly and per usual he is dodging my calls, so I have to get to other people to get to him. He says no it should be 6-8pm and I will call to confirm and call you back. HE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK WITH ANY NEWS he has his other staff call me to tell me YET AGAIN ANOTHER ISSUE and the car will now be delivered by 10pm. My son finally gets his car and NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER OF COMPENSATION. I will be letting my company know to remove them from our website as THEY ARE AWFUL Their text message system is delayed by one day, so I get daily messages after events happen.

Update: 1:03pm - The owner called to assure me that this is NOT how they operate and has offered compensation to compensate for the inconvenience. The phone call made me feel better and all i ever wanted/needed was empathy. I appreciate his efforts.

I used this company a few years back and I am getting around to posting a review because my experience was so poor. My car was days late, with no notice on where it was. I then had to take an uber to go pick it up an hour away from my home destination. I would never use this company or their transporters again.

I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to spare future clients the difficulty of using Guardian Transport. The sales cycle was great, very attentive. Then, once you pay, the service was downhill. If you have 3+ hours after the time your car was scheduled to be picked up, or if you're good leaving the car unlocked and unattended for the pickup, you'll be okay. If you're scheduled for an out -of-state house closing, and needed to leave by a certain time, prepare for a back up plan. My car was due to be picked up 8:30-9:30, and someone arrived around 12:30, and the entire morning I was told " the driver is 15 minutes away". I will never use them again. I had 15 minutes to walk thru a house in order to get to the closing in time, all because of Guardian Transport.
