I guess Haul Away Auto Transport is a fraudulent company I see by the reviews. We picked up a load from Arizona going to Long Beach on 1/29/2024
delivered it same day we were told that we would be Paid on delivery then they changed it to we will get paid 2 days later here we are still waiting to get paid !!!!!!!!!!!
I call them and they dont answer my email or my text
I was just able to get someone in the line Im assuming he is the owner and keeps hanging up on me telling me hold on and then just hangs .
Dont haul for this broker he thinks we all work for his company for free
I dont work for free .

CARRIERS BE VERY AWARE*** Do not haul for this Broker. We did a load for them that picked up on 08/09 with delivery on 08/11, payment was COD at delivery , never paid, we called them to follow up no reply on the payment. I opened a Claim with Truckstop and with their Surety Bond and a day later i received a harassing called from the Owner Craig Jones calling me a Bitch and that he was my Daddy, unbelievable ! He did not picked up my calls when i was asking about payment , but so far he has called my company from several different numbers saying that he is not going to pay us and he is going to screw us . What an embarrassment for the Industry.

DO NOT trust Craig with your boat shipment. He does not know the difference between and Inboard and an I/O for trailer hauling configuration. A lot of lip service and he kept my $495 deposit after the drivers rig broke down and he rented a truck from Home Depot and tried to use a regular Outboard trailer for an 11,500 lb boat.

Hired them to haul my utility trailer from Florida to Washington. Their truck broke down on the way making delivery 5 days late. When they delivered it, they charged me $200 extra for "weight". Also, damaged the trailer when they dropped it on the tongue unloading it. Called and was told I would be refunded. Nothing. Stopped answering my calls. Had to use another phone to get them to answer. Still, no refund. Nothing. Took it to court and won. Sent them the judgement which they signed up on delivery. They have not paid. Left a Google review, which they said that the court wouldn't say they owed me, so I included pictures of the judgement. Nothing from them. The judgement was granted 7-6-22 and there is 12% interest. I would love to get paid what is owed me.
