How do I give you 10 stars? I'm 100% happy with the service from beginning to delivery. Angel and his staff are attentive, knowledgeable and professional. When I spoke to Angel, he gave me all the information and answered all my questions and concerns. The driver assigned to transport my classic car was super nice to my pickup contact person in Florida and I met him at delivery time in NC, and he's the most pleasant man. My car was delivered in excellent condition and faster than expected. I recommend this company and give them not 5, but 10 stars. Thank you so much for an outstanding service!!!!

Be Aware!
They will quote you one price and then they will claim that they are not making any money! Then the owner will start gauging you for more money.
I dealt with Angel Carbonel the owner. After several phone conversations with him, his true face and intentions became more and more obvious. He is unprofessional, very rude, lacks patience, Screams a lot over the phone, very weak to hold up a phone conversation and obviously has an anger issue. This company lacks integrity and proper work ethics. Angel thinks he is the only one that understands and knows it all! He assumes everyone else is stupid. He wastes your time and gives you empty promises and then will ask for more money. This is a dirty way of doing business. I will strongly avoid using this company! He also threaten me to leave negative reviews for my company in retaliation. He can't understand that he is the one that did everything wrong! He is super irresponsible individual that can't accept the truth. He is an unprofessional operator.

I recently had a car I purchased out of state shipped with High End Transport, the broker, and a transport service they contracted with. I will give High End credit that they were able to get the car shipped when many of the other brokers I checked on could not find a transporter to ship it. Through this process I discovered that most if not all these companies are brokers/middle men who sub the job out to a transport company. My salesman at the dealership took pictures of the car before it got on the transport truck to confirm there was no scratches/dents on the car, this was also reflected on the inspection report signed by the driver. High End arranged to have the car dropped off at one of their terminals/agents in the Dallas area as there were no options to get it to the city I reside in, that was my first mistake. The car was dropped off after hours on a Saturday so I was not able to take possession of it until Monday. The terminal/agent that rec'd the car apparently did not inspect it so the scratches on the bumper were not noted on the bill of lading, when I advised High End of the damage they and the transporter denied there was damage and referred me to the bill of lading that their agent signed when the car was dropped off. Unfortunately I have been unable to come to a resolution with High End and will now be out about $700 to get the bumper repainted. Just make sure that if you ship a car make sure that you are there to receive it off the transport truck. Even though I have documented proof there was no damage to the paint on the bumper when it left the dealership on the transport truck they still are refusing to correct the damage, other than offering me a small amount to go away.

Horrible experience, these guys are nothing more than a middle man, they take their middle man pay and forget about you. I was not told they didn't actually do the shipping, my vehicle showed up with new scratches and all high end had to say was " were not responsible and neither are the shippers" not even an " I'm sorry this happened" or anything. ..Because of these guys I will never ship a vehicle again.
