My car arrived on time, and I was thrilled to see it in the same condition as when I handed it over to them. No scratches or damages.

HLL is the way to go, and Amy, the owner is patient, easy to talk to, and efficient! My mom wanted to give me her old car since she got herself a new car. However, she was in Texas and I was in Maryland (a 24 hour drive). I found HLL when looking up moving companies and spoke to Amy. She responded immediately, found a driver who can pick the car up from my mom's house to my house, and gave me a very affordable price. Other companies were asking for $5,000-8,000, and I paid less than $1,000 with Amy (this is most likely because the car was on a truck with other cars). She worked with my schedule and the driver's schedule and we agreed to have the car get picked up on a Friday. It came on a Sunday evening, much earlier than I expected. The driver asked me to inspect the car before leaving and it was in perfect condition, considering of the fact that it was with other cars. I can't recommend the company enough. On top of that, you'd be supporting a female-owned business!

I had to find a company to ship my daughters car from Texas to Hawaii. I read the reviews for this company and booked the shipment through them not knowing who they were. It was a great decision. I just received a call from my daughter saying that the vehicles arrived safe and sound with no issues. Such a relief since it had to go from Texas to the California Long Beach port and then had to be placed on a vessel. It arrived under 2 weeks (which is amazing). Amy made the stress of shipping supper easy. She even handled the arrangements with the vessel so the big rig hauling the car would arrive just on time to sail away. Thank you so much for all your help Amy. I will certainly use your company again. :)

Had an amazing experience with HLL. They were incredibly quick with a cross country car move. I called on Sunday, they picked up my car Monday in TX and I was able to to get it in CA by when I arrived Thursday. The quote was half the price of other vendors and the job was done quicker than anyone else could guarantee. I was a little hesitant moving forward with them because it sounded a little too good to be true but it all worked out perfectly.

Amy was easy to coordinate with and understanding of our complicated logistics for a cross country move. Can't believe how fast our cars arrived! Definitely suggest using HLL

Poor experience working w/ Amy Zarifian.

Both pick-up and drop-off address for vehicle were completely disregarded and instead had to coordinate Uber (out of own pocket) for drop off/pick up. Kept giving excuses that each city has its own rules for streets when both addresses have an adjacent parking lot large enough for vehicle loading. Didn't bother to ask about these lots and research both addresses on Google Maps' street view NOR bother disclosing that customer may have to drop-off vehicle or coordinate own transport to the vehicle at drop-off. Requested reimbursement for fares and time loss/inconvenience, Amy got upset and hung up. Also lied about having own in-house drivers when in actuality everything is brokered out, and HLL/Amy has zero control over the transportation itself and the third-party drivers that are involved. Do NOT recommend.

Reluctantly leaving 1 star (instead of 0, if possible) because brokered driver who actually did the transportation across states was a pleasant man. Amy did price match a competing offer. Be aware, however, as she will continue to use this price-matching concession as justification for poor service and inaccurate representation of services.

Steer clear of HLL - don't make the same mistake.

Great company with fast and friendly service. We were in a bind to have a vehicle picked up in TX and transported to MI. They stepped up and everything was handled quick and efficient.

HLL transported two cars for me from Dallas to Boston. Amy was very helpful in making the arrangements and coordinating as required on a real time basis. She was responsive at all times. The cost was reasonable and the cars arrived in good shape. The drivers were polite and accommodating. I would strongly recommend going through HLL for transporting cars.

Do not use this company if you actually want your car towed.
The wrecker showed up on time. I had to push my car down the driveway into the alley for him to access. Once in the alley, his equipment was unable to function properly to get my car on the trailer. We were unable to push the car back into the driveway. I had to use my other car to tow my car back into my driveway.
Essentially he came out and watched me push my car into the alley and use my other car to tow it back into my driveway.
Use a service that knows how to tow cars and provide service.

Rude service over the phone. I called for a quote. The woman on the phone provided one that was hundreds of dollars above others I'd heard. When I mentioned this as delicately as I could, she got irritated and hung up.

When you are moving across country last thing you want is stress of transporting your car. Unfortunately that's all you get from HLL express. I used HLL express to ship 3 cars at 2 different times and each time something went wrong.

Car #1: ship from MI to TX. I asked Amy to deliver the car after a certain date to which she said it needs to be picked up 3-4 days before delivery date. I was leaving a week earlier than that so I arranged for a friend to assist with pickup. Next thing I know Amy calls me days before agreed upon delivery date saying the car will be delivered within the hour. I am out of state at this moment and scramble to figure out how to receive the car. I get attitude from Amy but she manages to get the car delivered to her place.

Car #2: ship from CA to PA. Same deal I ask her to deliver after certain date and my landlord will accept the car delivery at my new place. Day of delivery I get a call saying driver can't make it on the small street so he will meet me at a parking lot nearby. Well I am not in the state. Instead of helping me Amy told me to talk to the driver directly and never called me back. Driver said this is HLLs fault for not letting me know this is not 'door to door' service and if I am not there to take delivery he will drop the car in storage and charge me for it until I get there.

Car #3: ship from CA to PA but a week after car #2. I am supposed to get a call 24 hrs before pickup but Amy calls me and says driver will pickup in the next 2-3 hours. Well hello my car won't be ready for pickup. We agree to wait for next driver but now the car isn't picked up for a week after our agreed upon time. Anyway now I am expecting the driver to call me to meet him at a nearby parking lot since he can't drive on a small street and won't drive my car but guess what without any notice or heads up my car is delivered to my door. This goes to show the inconsistency and unwillingness to help customer. If this driver delivered the car just fine then why couldn't the previous one as well

These may seem like small things but trust me you don't want unexpected coordination in the midst of a move. Keep in mind HLL is just a broker so really all their job is to coordinate and broker car pickup/drops when convenient for customer. They have failed to do that. I asked the driver if they take direct bookings and plan to book directly with the transpiration company next. Why pay someone to coordinate when you can talk directly to the transporter. Save your $$ and headache.
