Mark got the job done where everyone else made empty promises. I needed to transport a car from the Philadelphia area to San Francisco and Mark got it done in 6 days at the quoted price. If you want a friend, buy a dog. If you want it done, call Mark.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE TEXT EXCHANGES I POSTED. I waited over a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure I NEVER hear from this man again. He is scary, dishonest, aggressive, and clearly not in the right frame of mind. In the summer of 2018 my mom did me the favor of looking into having my car shipped for a out of state move as I was planning other aspects of my move. When she heard from "Captain Mark" at Honest Auto Movers, we were still in process of deciding if he was a good fit. Please note: we were NOT referred to him as he claims in his response. *Ultimately we found someone else-please see my glowing review for that company, they were stellar and in no way connected to Captain Mark. Captain Mark's services were never used for my car, another false claim he makes in his response.* Anyway, when he was informed that we went with someone else, that's when the harassment started. He called/text my mother on her phone CONSTANTLY and THREATENED her saying he was a federal agent, that he would continue to HARASS her, and threatened us saying my car would never make it to its destination. I got wind of this when I overheard my scared mom on the phone. I took the phone from her and blasted him for his conduct. I have never been so angry or had to raise my voice at someone providing a service. I was beyond enraged because as I was telling him he was out of line, he kept making threats. After I got off the phone with him, he continued contacting my mom (via email and text) to the point where we had to call the police in our area to report it. The police then contacted him and informed him to stop all contact. The police also let me know they felt that he was "off his rocker" and that he was also making grandiose claims to them (he was a millionaire, etc etc). I have included the screenshots of the texts he sent and his email signature to prove those texts came from him directly.

DO A GOOGLE SEARCH ON "Captain Mark Honest Auto Transport" and YOU'LL SEE OTHER ACCOUNTS OF HIS HARASSMENT. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THIS MAN--he is completely out of line on all fronts.

This guy is captain coocoonuts to the max. Will lie non stop and cause drama then insult you for no reason other than what is the lala land in his head.

Also makes bold claims he is a federal officer to intimidate you, however he should realize what he does is immoral, unethical and straight up illegal .

Consider yourself warned and be aware of this person.

I do not even recommend my enemy to deal with his harassment and nonsense. Not worth it at all

Mark the thief ,Freud,scammer,he will be reported and sued for his scamming act.

i bought a car from a dealer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
but transportation is on the buyer.
so i went online to get some quotes.
also i requested a quote from transportation broker(Mark ) that i dealt with before(even though we agree first time on price after i paid the deposit i end up paying 150 more than agreeing price).
i think he got upset because didn't go with right away, and started send me all kinds of text ,that i should go with him ,and i have to pay him upfront in full .
then send me a quote for a company ready to pick my car ,i rejected that and told i assign different broker.
then what he did is send a driver and picked the car from the dealer,then send me the price(basically he send a driver and kidnap my car and asked for ransom) . hear the problem started,where i never assign him to do that,and when i disagree to pay his asking price ,he dropped my car at the impound place ,where i had to go and pay the scammer broker full price plus the impound storage fee.
where i already paid the broker i assigned the booking fees,where he also refused to refund my money.
and i have all text messages between the scammer broker and me.
any one like to see the texts just ask ,and will be very happy.
this Mark should be some where else where he belong,
i will post his texts to see his lies,never assign him

BEFORE YOU READ THIS PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTO SECTION AND THERE ARE 3 picture messages between myself and Mark. I'm not sure where to start. I will say do not use this company. I got a quote from Mark for $800 through an email. He later then told me I wasn't following directions. I eventually got frustrated after only working with him for 2 days he told me to call him back every 2 hours and after about the 5 call of "call me back in 2 hours and there was no solution. I can go on and on about what happen. But here are photos and text messages once I told him to send me my refund and take me off the board so I can work with someone else. This was the last he texted me when he thought I was working with Mercury which was not the case because I had stopped working with mercury. My price went from 1100 to about 1200 without my knowledge. I didn't receive phone calls or text messages from mark because his excuse was "you bet your ass you gone call me every two hours."!

I have worked with Mark on two separate occasions and am very grateful for his help. Our first transport he arranged two cars to be shipped from CO to FL in minutes after we were unfortunately scammed by another company. The cars were delivered very quickly and safely.

After we received news we were re-locating back to CO from FL, we contacted Mark again. He set up the transport at a cheaper price than he initially thought and when our carrier's truck broke down, we lived close enough to Mark to where he personally saw to our car getting onto the truck after we left the state.

We are so happy to have been lucky enough to work with Mark and the incredible work that he does.

Do not use this company!!! Mark did not help me yet he charged my card without my knowledge twice!

I advise you not to use him. I am reporting him and his company for his fraudulent activity.

Again, unless you want your money stolen do not use this company!!
