I Move Auto

submitted an online quote request that went to several companies. spoke with a few by phone and informed them all the same, if I choose them I'd call them back. I made my selection a day later and the broker called me back that he couldn't list my transport because imove went - and without authorization - posted it on the central jobs board. I've been trying to call them all day to tell them to remove their posting of my auto transport. they must have caller ID as my calls all go on hold. on hold over 30 minutes twice today. emailed them twice with no response either.
do no answer the phone or even talk with them; they will post your transport without permission and you are locked into them until they remove it.
totally unethical.avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I hired this company to assist with transporting my vehicle and I was also (based on other reviews) burned by the bait and switch and since there was no time to use another broker I had to agree to the extra $400 to transport my vehicle. My vehicle and the driver went missing for over five days (Not this companies fault) but their motto is "we stay with you from pickup to delivery" and it could not be more far from the truth. I called over and over again asking where my vehicle was and everyone I spoke to (at least three different people) told me they would call me back in 15 minutes but those calls never happened. I had to make all of the phone calls, NOT A SINGLE PERSON CALLED ME, I had to do everything. All I got from them each time I called was an apology. Obviously they just want your money and if things go south, your on your own....

Horrible.
Im sure if everything goes well they are just fine as a broker.
I used them to ship a car. We got an incompetent shipper. My auto was supposed to be here a week ago.
This is why they are bad. I call EVERY day asking them to help me figure out why my car is late. Boilerplate response " we will call the transport company and call you back." Nothing.
They are regulated by the DOT - I have files a complaint.
If you are shipping a car - stay away!

For those that are "unsure why they're getting negative reviews", look at the picture. These guys, plus several other places somehow got my number and will NOT stop calling, no matter how much I plead. I really don't want to have to change my number...

DO NOT LET THESE GUYS GIVE YOU A QUOTE. They simply post you job on the board and you will be bombarded with texts, phone calls and emails. THEN they will drive up the cost of your shipment. Not quite sure how they are still in business. They do this industry a huge disservice and give all the quality shippers a black eye.

Don't walk away. Run.

Please do not use this broker. They will verbally make commitments that seem to meet the customers needs such as the customers selection of day and time of delivery but once they identify a carrier, they don't communicate with the carrier the information that the customer provides. Once the customer realizes this, they do nothing for them and instead puts the responsibility on their head to make amends with the carrier. This is bad customer service and is unethical practice. In my case, the carrier did not stick with the time requested of the customer and ended up taking my car in their possession to another city requiring that I pay a storage fee to pick up my car. When I arrived at the hidden address, my car was not in storage but was out in the open nearby a street with the doors unlocked.

Overall this was bad customer service and is unethical practice. They are just in it for the money and do not care at all for their customers. Please do yourself and favor and run from this company. If I can give lower stars, I would.

Great experience from start to finish. I put my car on their board agreeing not to work with any other companies. They took no money up front. A few days before my move date they called me with a carrier and price. I agreed to the price. They took $100 deposit on my card. I signed the contract. I was in touch with the driver. He picked up my car and kept in touch the entire time he had it. It was dropped off in good condition and I paid COD on delivery. I Move Auto also stayed in touch and was available throughout the process.

they service sucks they told me it was the transport obligation to move the car out of the trailer when the transport got here from Pennsylvania to Tucson the transport wanted for me to get a flat bed tow truck with a winch to unload the car i called CARLOS SEPULVEDA and did not stand up to his side of the deal bad customer service bad experience with this company

Carlos Sepulveda is a scammer! Do not use iMove Auto. Read the reviews-many many many people say they collect money, ghost you, then IF they contact you, they demand more money for the same service by saying the transport trucker cancelled and they found one for more money

So far so great. I will keep my post updated but so far IMoveAuto is responsive to my answer, inquiry, and finding a transporter quickly. I have been searching and talking to many brokers. Before you talk to them you should know your price so you are not scammed. IMoveAuto was more willing to do a business with me. They listen to the price range I want and TRY to get a transporter in that range. Other brokers didn't. None of them didn't even say they will try. Andrew form IMoveAuto found a transporter the next day at the price 150 higher than I requested and I was satisfied with the price based on all the reading I have done on how much people paid for depending on their type of car, distance, and etc. The assigned transporter didn't pick up my car yet. I will keep updating this post how it goes. Yelp reviews helped me finding a right broker and I am willing to do the same.

I received my car only in three days. I guess my broker found a great shipping company. My car arrived at my apartment safe and in great condition. Other brokers wanted at least 500 dollars more for this shipping I am happy that I made many calls to compare prices and came to my decision. Well, I am 100% satisfied. They definitely work hard and try their best for customers. I will use I Move Auto again.

They seem great until you need to contact them, then they'll ghost you and refuse to answer texts and pick up/return your dozen phone calls when a problem arises. I'll definitely go with someone else next time.
