This company is a total scam. They use Bait and switch. DO NOT USE THEM
I needed my car delivered buy a certain date. They said no problem. They
came in at a reasonable rate. I gave my deposit. A few days before the pick up date they said it would not be delivered on time. When I said this was unacceptable the rep kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I was really mad. But they said okay.
Then the day of the schedule pick up they called me and said it was going to cost $700 more then they quoted. Again when I would push back he would talk over me and not let me finish my sentence. This set me off so bad I screamed at him, called him some choice names and cancelled my service.

Then he kept calling and calling and started harassing me that telling me he was not only keeping my deposit he was going to charge more on my credit card. That is stealing.

I know this is going to sound bad but I am going to put it out there anyway. Don't get me wrong I do international business all the time. In fact I work for a non-us company. But This company is such a scam they use English sounding names and when they answer the phone they are obviously foreign. Why are they so ashamed of their nationality that they change their names? I bet they are not even in the Canton MI.

Total SCAM stay away

WARNING DO NOT USE this company you will get the circle jerk !!!
I asked for a quote to transport my Benz, I gave them 7 days to find the best price for my move. I received a quote from IEZ ship for $350 ($150 deposit and $200 upon Delivery) from Susan White. After paying the deposit of $150, and just Hours before the move I received a call saying that they had to charge me $750 for my transport. I told them no, I agreed to $350. I was told they will do whatever to keep me satisfied. They then called me back and said they got a lower price of $500 upon delivery ($150 deposit and $500 upon delivery). I told them no, I agreed to $350, but ill go up to $450 but no more. After the circle jerk! During are discussions they pointed out line 14 of the contract, and said the price of fuel is high right now, (avg price of fuel is currently 5.568 and was $5.675 (.11 cent higher) on the day of my quote) I pointed out their flaw in the argument then they pointed out line 2 of the contract, and said they had 15 days to find a carrier. I told them, I will wait for the car to be shipped at $350, they said we have 15 days to find someone, I said, okay find someone. They then tried to be slick and refunded me $75 and are trying to keep $75 processing fee.

DO NOT USE. This is a scam. They quoted me $1,500 to transport a vehicle. I paid a $200 deposit. They didn't pick up on time, then weeks later they tried to charge me $2,300. I politely declined, asking for my deposit back. This all happened in March 2022. I've been fighting with them for MONTHS and they refuse to refund me the $200 deposit they stole from me.

Beware and do not use this shipping company it's a scheme Susan white representative if that is her real name had a contract written out to ship a car from Florida to nyc and her price was $500.00 dollars she asked for $150.00 dollars down and the remainder of balance which was $350.00 dollars to be given to driver upon delivery few days later I contacted them to see a time frame she comes out with this story of how the driver wants 1100 dollars on top of the 150 down I gave her as a deposit and doesn't want to reimburse the money I have reported her to the better business bureau I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS Company they lure you in with a low price then drop the unexpected with a higher price

I called in and spoke to Mathew. I wanted to ship my car from Fremont to Los Angeles. Mathew advised me that it will cost $300 dollars. I paid $100 as a deposit. Mathew called me the following morning I was in a meeting I did not answer for 30 mins. I called back he said we found a driver for $100 more dollars than the promised price, but btw he is no longer available. I said sir that was not what you promised though, I had already told him that I had other offers for $400 and $350 that I did not want. He said that the best I can do, I advised him that if he does not get me a driver by 4pm I would cancel my service with them. He reached out and told me he had a driver for $150 more than what he had promised. I declined the service and asked him to refund me back my money. It has been a week of texting them everyday. It seems that their services are based out of India, no properly trained individuals or people that understand how the business and customer service works in the US.

They don't deserve 1 star. On March 1, 2022 I signed a contract with a broker (iEZship) and paid a $150 deposit (via CashApp) for transportation of a vehicle from Austin to Amarillo that my fiance needed for work. The next day they accused me of working with another broker which I had not. Another broker put in my information to dispatch even though I told him repeatedly that I was not working with him and signed a contract with another broker, this was all a scam to raise the price. The IEZship rep, Steve Smith, said he would not honor the contract as it was written and refused to return my deposit. He raised the price of transport by $150, then said he would pay $75 out of his pocket. Did not believe that but he lowered the price. I had to sign a new contract. Per contract they had 15 days from date of deposit to transport the vehicle. The broker failed to fulfill the contract and is refusing to refund the deposit. I waited the full 15 days in the contract that was the allotted time for them to locate and assign a driver. The rep refused to give me a name of a driver or how to contact them. They are saying the driver called 6-7 times and did not reach me as I would not pick up the phone. Not once have I received any call, voicemail, text or email from any driver nor any information from the broker that a driver was assigned or any communication at all since March 4. During our conversations he stated that this is how things work with "this type of customer". They are refusing to give the deposit back, per the contract they need to return it. I was told that they paid it to the driver and they can't do anything about it since the driver said he called me. I told him that the contract was with him as the broker not the driver and that it was his responsibility to ensure that services in the contract were provided. These people are nothing but scam artists that steal your money. My fiance lost the job because they did not fulfill the contract and I could not go to anyone else to have it shipped.
