Intercede Transport Group

We paid a deposit to have our car shipped, and then they were unable to ship the car. It felt like they kept stinging us along, telling they found a carrier but then the window passed with no word from them and we had to scramble to find another service. And now I can't get them to return the original deposit - they don't answer the phones and they are blocking my emails.

Josh and Joan are very rude. I contacted this company in early April to ship in May. They quoted 775 but never responded to my attempts to confirm until day before I was suppose to ship with I much higher quote. I did pay an invoice that they said was refundable if I didnt agree to pricing. I didnt and called plus emailed to cancel within 45 minutes of paying deposit. They would not send docs or carrier name even though they had deposit. It's been 5 days and they wont refund deposit even after several emails stating I would receive with in 24 to 48 hours. Those 2 employees are fast talkers, liars and unprofessional. Have used other companies in the past and NEVER had a problem. Avoid these people like the plague.

I was referred to Scott from a friend for a cross-country auto transport and I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I got three quotes...2 directly from haulers and 1 from Scott. Scott beat both of the other quotes by hundreds of dollars!! The great thing about Intercede is that they go out and find the best rate without passing any of the hassle onto their customer and also saving you from the annoying call after call after call after call (and so on) that you get when you take it upon yourself to submit a mass bid request. The hauler was extremely nice and professional. They did exactly what they said they would do when it came to the move and the communication process. I will not bother calling anyone else if I ever need this type of service again. Highly recommend!

I did a google search and got multiple prices and many companies contacted me to handle shipping a vehicle from Washington State to Southern California. After speaking with Scott, I looked no further. He explained the process and pricing clearly and I felt comfortable moving forward. Vehicle arrived when expected and at the price quoted.
