We have used other transportation companies in the past, and they were nightmares. We highly recommend Hilton auto transportation, as they delivered as promised. And customer service was so awesome thanks Nicole.

Nichole did an amazing job in finding a competitive offer. The quotes I found online independently came back higher. She also made sure to communicate with me promptly if I had any questions. I shipped my car from Cali to Illinois with no hiccups. In fact, the car was dropped off a day sooner. I'm super glad that I was able to find Nichole, because her services are top notch.

If you are shipping your car then I suggest you use Hilton Auto Transport. Nichole is the best! She helped us find a driver super quick and on short notice. She's awesome and very easy to work with. I would and will use Hilton Auto again in the future.

Great company to work with. Nichole made it very easy and her rates are very reasonable as well. My car was inoperable and the transporter she got me was reliable and patient with the seller I bought the car from. I looked at ALOT of shippers for my car and Nichole was the best choice in the end. I would use her again with no hesitation. My 1987 Mazda RX-7 made it from California to Illinois in great shape and in 3 days travel time, what more could I ask for?

Nine Iron Transport is very professional and dependable. Car transported from MA to FL. We do this twice a year for $900 each way.

The Auto Transport industry is one of the worst industries I came across and I already knew that I should not be expecting that much going in however the problem with this one was communication. I had a schedule for a Friday and I did not hear anything from anyone until around noon when I started calling my self to see what's happening after 3 hours I got a hold of some one and they said they will check. I got a text at 7 pm saying only "pick up Monday"!
I was okay with Monday so I said sure. the same happened on Monday except this time I couldn't get a hold of anyone. they reach out back to me on Tuesday noon saying pick up is Thursday. by that point I had enough. do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.

Let me start off by saying that the Auto Transport industry is without a doubt the shadiest industry I have ever dealt with.

Nichole seemed to be the perfect broker. After reading reviews and speaking with her, she was very engaged and honest about what to expect. I trusted her and decided to give her my business.

I have decided to modify my rating for Hilton Auto Transport because Nichole has done what she can to support my situation. My situation is not a normal one and quite frankly was one of the most miserable experiences I have ever had with a business.

I will try to summarize what happened. The vehicle was picked up on 5-2-19, and a bill of lading was provided. The first problem was that the bill of lading was provided to Dallas TX when my vehicle was supposed to be shipped to Portland Oregon. Problem number 2 occurred when the shipping company was not responsive after having my vehicle for some time (a month). I tried calling dozens of times and was never given a true point of contact with the trucking company. Problem number 3 occurred when 5 separate arrival dates were missed without any contact or notification from the trucking company. At one point the vehicle was to be reported stolen. I found out later that the car was driven (illegally) to the trucking companies house and just sat there for weeks. Problem number 4 occurred when the shipping company showed up with my car appearing as though it was driven through a pine tree. Scratches all over the vehicle, dirt, grime, tar, you name it. Problem number 5 occurred when the cops were called because the driver (who had no identification) wouldn't sign the legal bill of lading document. They just wanted payment and for me to leave. Problem number 6 occurred when the trucking company refused to give me the insurance information. I had to work for over two months to get proper documentation and am still going through a legal claim to get compensation for vehicle damages.

Hilton Auto Transport may not be the responsible party for a majority of my issues and I will most likely modify this to a more positive review if Nichole continues supporting my claims. She has been responsive and engaged on a resolution so I must give her credit here. The experience is awful no matter what the claim outcome is, they took my car and destroyed it and cost me thousands of dollars. But I will reconfirm that Nichole is working with me so maybe I am just one of the unfortunate ones who happen to get the wrong trucking company. Either way, I won't ever be shipping a car again...I will drive it 3,000 miles over dealing with this nonsense again.

All in all they had my vehicle for a month, made multiple promises on delivery dates, cost me thousands of dollars in damages and acted as though they had done nothing illegal or unethical. I have filed a BBB claim as well as a claim with the FMCSA.

Nichole has done what she can to support this situation. I am by no means happy with the service overall but some of these items were outside of her control.

Not good. Car arrived damaged. Nicole was completely out of touch the entire time. Specified single pick up and drop off. No transfers because the likelihood of damage is much higher. She did the exact opposite and did not tell me that the car would be unloaded and reloaded at a transport station. I would have backed out but I didn't have an option because I was moving in two days. Found out from the driver when dropped the car off. My Lexus arrived with a nice dent on the driver side, scratches on the front bumper, and major curb rash underneath the front bumper. Nicole was completely unsympathetic and just passed me off to the broker. I'm surprised by all the "5-star reviews." Either they are fake, or people are content with sub-par customer service. Never again.

Do not rely on this transporter. Contracted on 10-4-18 to have my car transported from Pa to Hollywood Fl. Car was to be picked up on 10-18 up until 10-22. no one ever showed after we arrived in Fl we had to fly back to Pa and drive it back ourselves. would have given no stars but you have to to have review posted

We got loads of bids but liked Iron Auto's up-front, clear, informative message. Their quote was not the cheapest but it was in the lower 1/3 and they're bonded and insured.

Then we could NOT get hold of them on the phone. I sent an email saying we were about to give up on them. Turns out they were moving offices and our message was what let them know how badly the new phone system was behaving! That's fair, I've had it happen myself.

We got a very professional but sincere email back from Aaron, classy as can be, understanding our position and willing to hold out the offer (gas prices were starting to rise) if we decided to let him be of service. We thought it over and decided to give him the chance.

The contract involved a discount for being willing to wait 1 to 3 weeks for pickup. The truck picked it up the very next day. Big points right there.

It had to be delivered to an address on a tricky dirt road. The truck driver, a 2nd-generation long-hauler, was smart: he parked the rig on the good road and call up, then checked with the local (me) about the best way to get on his way safely. That way, the remaining cars on the rig stayed safe, and ours was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in. Perfect.

So, despite a bumpy start, we wound up getting a better service than we paid for, and were truly impressed by Aaron's classy response to two cranky people amidst a cross-country move. The great response to an initially bad situation is what earned the 5th star, because that's even rarer than getting everything right.

I contacted Iron Transport because they gave the best quote : $900 for coast to coast and the quote clearly stated that up to 100 lbs of personal belongings are allowed in the back of the car WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE. First pickup date was June 27. The guy calls me and says there is someone that can pick it up, but it will cost me $50 more, but GUARANTEED that the car will be delivered BEFORE 4th of July. Needless to say, the carrier was SUPER LATE in picking up the vehicle, and demanded to charge $100 extra because the car had personal belongings. what a rip off. Then, the car did not arrive on July 4th, which completely screwed up our plans. What's more, the carrier called to say that the car may get broken into because of the luggage inside. Needless to say - terrible service, and dishonest all around.
The car finally arrived on July 7th. The guy at Iron Transport denied to my face that he promised the car to be delivered before July 4th. What a fucking liar. Conclusion: Hidden fees. Late pickup. Super late delivery. Lies about promises to deliver the car on time, and ended up paying additional $50 even though the car never arrived on time as promised. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF!
