Driver and dispatch were unresponsive BEFORE they even picked up my car. Driver cancelled on me last minute (which was probably for the best because their communication is poor). Do not trust them with your car.

Beyond horrible. Dispatchers are very unprofessional and rude. They will tell you whatever they can to get your vehicle for transport and not come through as promised. Do yourself a favor and find another carrier!

The prospect of trusting a car shipper with a rare and precious vehicle was quite nerve wracking, but these guys were professional and very careful to protect my car. They had ramps with extensions to ensure safe loading, the enclosed carrier was an impressive and secure rig. My car arrived exactly as it left, on schedule, and in excellent condition. Communication with the shipper was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

Alex, my driver, and Kwik Trans were great in getting my car from CA to MA. It arrived in perfect condition, and ahead of the original schedule, all for a very fair price.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your transporting needs.

We had an agreement for a month and everything changed, dont use this service..very fishy
They were contracted to pickup a vehicle from our shop and deliver it to florida. After more excuses and not picking the vehicle up after 3 days the
customer decided to cancel the order. Do not use these people they cannot deliver on their promises. We found another more reliable carrier.
Aweful company! They upsold me of having a covered delivery of my brand new $125,000 corvette Becuase it would be the safest way to deliver it! When it came below please see the pictures of them litterally destroying it with soot throughout the car. I explained to them about how bad they dirtied my car and all's they care about it, is there last payment and told me to stop complaining it, it's a $100-$200 detail job! And started talking down to me and told me more or less I had no idea what I was taking about! We'll see the photos below for the evidence of how badly they damaged my car. And it cost me well over $1,000 to have it cleaned and it still has damage to it that cannot be cleaned! I asked for the insurance info and they told me they are going to put a claim in against me and sue me for not paying them and they won't give me there insurance and hung up! And it sucks because they go referred to me by the dealer I bought the car from! Don't use them!
Trashed my car! Was spotless when it got on the truck, completely filthy when it got there. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!
Missed the delivery, doesn't respond to phone calls, and essentially held my car hostage unless I agreed to a redelivery fee. This company is a scam artist!
Elijah and Kiwk Trans were great. Very professional, quick, careful, knowledgeable and most important to me, they communicate often and very professionally. Before delivery, he called, discussed strategies for parking and delivery and communicated along the way. All you can ask for. A great driver and job well done. Thank you.
I have shipped many cars in my career. As a pilot in the Air Force I have moved many times and had many cars shipped. This was by far the BEST experience with a car shipping company I have ever had. The car arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. The driver had great communication and called the day prior with a window, then called in the morning of delivery with a one-hour window, then called one hour from the house. Driver was very professional and delivery went perfect.
In May 2013 Kwik Trans moved one of my vehicles from the San Francisco Bay Area to Cape Cod. Two years earlier the same vehicle had made the cross-country trip on a car carrier without incident. This time things didn't go so well.
The carrier driver was extremely courteous and attentive, albeit rattled by having driven the rig theough San Francisco for the first time. I had detailed the vehicle just prior to shipment and was intimately familiar with every ding and scrape on the exterior. The car was received on the Cape by friends in advance of my arrival about 1.5 weeks later. The car was garaged and not driven until my arrival. Initially it looked okay when I saw it. My driveway has a slight rise and when I drove in I parked on top of the rise. Having the car elevated revealed two virtually identical sets of bolt impressions were embossed in the plastic-clad bumper. This suggests that the carrier operator had not once but twice either driven my car into the front of another on the transport, or that the other vehicle had twice been pushed into my car. Had my friends gotten down on hands and knees (not an easy task at our ages) they would have seen the damage but they didin't and signed off on the vehicle condition. Bottom line: I'll have to eat the cost of bumper repair or replacement.
There were also language barrier issues- which they tried hard to overcome, and a great deal of confusion on the route to get the car from California to Massachusetts. It's unfortunate that things went south and that I am the one to have to bear the cost of someone else's mistakes.
