Spoke with a guy name Chris. He will used all sorts of high pressure tactics like this this that last chance to get this driver for tomorrow. Its been a week and it had cost me additionally hundreds of dollars. Then they refuse to remove their bid on central dispatch. Its affecting me negatively. I cant get anther driver. This has put me in a very costly position and I suggest anyone reading this to find a legit transport company. This is the worst experience Ive ever had.

Not responsive, said my car would be picked up the next day for four days in a row. Never ended up happening and switched brokers.

beware of scammers. m&m freight and logistics llc is a complete scam. i had been working with their office manager named julian since the middle of september. i had two buses which needed to be transported from tennessee to california. i received a quote and paid two $500 deposits, one for each bus. when m&m freight and logistics llc showed up, they realized they had the wrong trailers for the job after damaging the back end of the front right tire fender. they apologized and said for the next 3 weeks that they would refund my deposits and fix the damage caused to our brand new bus. yesterday i had to finally contact my bank to dispute the charges for services not provided in order to get my money back. its grotesque that there are companies which conduct their business like this. if you are reading this review, hopefully it saved you from these guys doing to you what they did to me. and if you know anyone else considering m&m freight and logistics llc, then be sure to share this story with them.

Horrible experience! So many parties involved creating a disaster of a services. Despite not delivering my car in the given windows I was still cool. However, they drove my car and got a RED LIGHT TICKET, while I was working in Texas. Now they're giving me a run around for it. It's a whole month later they refuse to pay for the ticket. I spoke with Frank several times, he keeps making empty promises. My only option is to file a small claim. This company is disorganized, unprofessional. Anyone who drives your car recklessly behind your back is to be avoided. Use any other company but stay away from M&M and Frank.

The company failed to deliver my car in a timely manner they lied to me about having a solo driver they told me they were going to deliver my car on one day and it took them seven days to deliver it it was just an awful awful experience I do not recommend your company. The company could've given me a better value by compensating me for the car rental and Uber trips that I had to use in absence of my vehicle because of their failure to deliver on time. The company also contracts other drivers without letting the clients know it was just a terrible terrible experience.

I needed my vehicle transported asap from coast to coast and this was right in the middle of a gas shortage (May '21) and it was over the weekend. Tons of other carriers reached out and even asked me to reach out to them if I have any questions, setup a booking, etc. To my surprise not a single one replied until Tony at M&M as he called me personally asking what I needed and will do his best within a few hours he arranged a pickup for the next day. The driver was also punctual, easygoing, and responsive throughout the trip. Thanks so much! I will definitely recommend and use M&M again.
