Michael was especially helpful in guiding me through the process and finding a carrier that could deliver my car quickly. I highly recommend this company if you need auto transport services.

So look at my first review of this company. I saw the owner or business manager commented. This company never replied to my fb messages other than to contact Gene which they're saying was let go and trying to damage

Adding here that the owner commented on my review gene was fired. So long story short I got truck myself 2 weeks ago. I called 3 weeks ago to tell metti to take me off their board. A driver seriously called me today to tell me he's going for my truck!!!! I call metti to ask what the crap their doing and guess who answered. Gene.... he says I never called. Well apparently he was never fired. I most certainly did call and was told it would be taken down. Who the heck gets a driver after 3 weeks of no contact to begin with??? You got 10 days to do it. I'll never be rid of these people

This company is a total fraud. They are incredibly unreliable, rude, and don't care about the customer whatsoever. They gave so many different answers on when my vehicle would be picked up and then ended up no showing and never picked up the car despite saying that they were on top of it. They don't answer calls, and when they do, you can never get a right answer. It's a blessing as I can't imagine the damage they could've caused my car given these signs. STAY AWAY.

UPDATE 5/16/22: When I requested my deposit back as they did not complete the service requested, Gene, one of the owners started to blast me with homophobic messages. Screenshots attached for evidence.

Booking with Metti International was simple and easy but they are extremely unreliable. I booked to have my vehicle shipped 11/4 and delivered 11/9 but didn't get my car until 11/13. When a carrier was found I received a confirmation email but they Did Not send me the confirmation page stating the delivery wasn't until 11/13. I happened to reach out to get an ETA and was advised by Car Pull Inc that they confirmed with Metti International that delivery date was 11/12-11/14. I was NEVER told that was the incase. There was zero communication once my vehicle was picked up. Metti did not want to accommodate me for the loss days of having no vehicle in a new state I just moved to. Completely unreliable. They don't care once they charge you which is horrible as a business. Would never recommend them to anyone no matter the price. Very disappointing.

After googling "auto transport" to send our car to Baltimore from San Diego, I came across Metti's competitor. I got a quote and then started looking at their reviews, which sent me to the Better Business Bureau site. When I looked up the competition, I couldn't find them, they had stopped being a member, and for me, that was a red flag. I searched the BBB site, and I found Metti Intl Vehicle transport. I saw their excellent reviews, and called. Joe answered the phone and we had a long talk about auto transport - safety, insurance, turnaround time and more. I seemed like an honest person, and even though I was ready to commit to his business, he didn't take my credit card or info that day because we were still having the car repaired. He wasn't just focused on my needs, he was looking at the likelihood of being able to find a truck to transport to two major cities and the need to be ready to go at a moments notice if found. I appreciated this thoroughness and trust that I was going to follow through with my quote, and call him back.
I found Joe friendly, reassuring, even fatherly, when it came to advice on my cars repairs, so I wouldn't get ripped off at the auto repair shop.
Joe stated he would find a truck quickly, the transport would be safe, the driver would be focused on getting the car across the USA in 6 days, door to door service and he reassured me I would be happy.
His quote came in $100 less than the other places, he was spot on in all the other reassurances and our car got to Baltimore in 4 days!!!
Totally great experience.
If I was to say one critical thing it would be that the car was delivered at 10pm at night (I guess not typical - usually it's during business hours). It was being delivered to my young adult daughter that, because of the swift transport, and 30 min ETA, didn't have enough time to have another person with her (for her safety) while handing over cash and needing to look over the car before the driver left. That caused a bit of stress, but that wasn't something Joe had any control over.
All is well, we are very happy with the transport and the support we received. Thank you, Joe, for everything! We will use Metti's for any car transport needs we have in the future!

UPDATE: Used Metti again to transport the same vehicle back from VA to San Diego, CA in December 2019. Got an excellent price again, and professional driver. Transported on-time and without a hitch. Will definitely be using Metti in the future.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THIS IS A WARNING.
I contacted this company for a car I needed moved ASAP from Georgia to California. I called them Tuesday and I asked them if they can find a driver by Wednesday or Thursday and they said they'll try their best. During the call, they asked for my credit card information because they said they'll get the money as soon as the car is picked up. I waited for their response, but I didn't get anything Wednesday or Thursday. So, I had to find a different company because I needed the car at least by Monday. I ended up going with a different company and the car was promptly delivered by Monday with the different company. But, I had a transaction on Monday for $200 from Metti International when I didn't even get a call, text or anything from them. So I called them and asked why they took out the money from my bank. They said "we worked as hard as we could to find you a driver so we're just gonna take the money because we put in the work to find you a driver". I know that vehicle transport companies only take out the money when their assigned driver ACTUALLY PICKS UP the car, but they claim that they can take out the money when they find a driver, which is ridiculous. I also asked them for a driver by Wednesday or Thursday and they found one by NEXT MONDAY. They had the audacity to still take my money out and claim they did their job when they were almost A WEEK LATE. The caller was very hostile when we talked about this, and was even screaming out that they're going to keep the money. Very unprofessional company, they were very disrespectful to me, and I hope no one else has to deal with this company.
AGAIN, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT EVEN DOING THEIR JOB.

I shipped my car from San Diego to Texas thru this company. They missed all the dates they initially gave me, pickup date was missed twice and delivery date as well. How ever, Mike - the owner- is a nice guy and he personally came to pick up my car after they missed the pickup date. Their prices are reasonable compare to others, but do not expect the dates they give you to be a 100 per cent.

I arranged to have 2 cars shipped from San Diego to Houston Texas for my daughter and granddaughter. Dealing with the office staff was great, dealing with the subcontractor, ADZ Transport and the driver Zafer was problematic. I was not given 24 hours notice for the pickup. Zafer called at 3:39 PM on Sunday, August 24, 2014 to inform me the cars would be picked up between 5 and 5:30 PM that day. The cars were not there and I asked him to come after 6. He agreed but showed up at 5:20 and one car was still not available. One of the drivers for the cars looked to be about 12 years old. The cars were scheduled for delivery on either Wed evening or Thursday morning, Aug 27-28 in Houston. On Thursday afternoon I called the office in San Diego because I hasn't received a call from anyone about the cars. Zafer called me about 7 PM and he had exactly 2 questions for me. What time did I want the cars delivered on FRIDAY morning and did I have cash? When he showed up the next morning both cars gas warning lights were on.

When I talked to Hannah on Thursday afternoon, she told me to tell Zafer how upset I was about the cars being delayed. My question is, how realistic is it to tell off the person who has your cars? I would give the office staff 5 stars but Zafer of ADZ Transport 1 star, so I split the difference.
