Millennium Transport Corp

I contracted with Millennium Transport Corp of Hicksville, New York and Costas to have my car picked up and transported. It never happened. Because customer service was also beyond poor, I filed a complaint.

Costas responded to my Yelp posting on 5/21/19, stating: "I will personally mail you a $50.00 Visa gift card for your troubles..." Today is 6/20/19. I have yet to receive my $50.00 gift card. Costas???????

They failed to complete a delivery on the day it was scheduled. Then tried to up charge me. Then promised they would complete the delivery the next morning and failed to do so. All while I called to make sure the delivery had been done. They assured me all day the drop was in process or had been completed- but they would update me as soon as they reached the driver. Well, I just got off the phone with the customer who has been waiting for three days to receive their delivery. She let me know the delivery has not taken place. I am also unable to reach anyone at the company to let me know what is going on. They also requested a $200 fee which they were unable to tell me what it was for. I paid the fee and now I'm ghosted! Watch out for this company. Now, this is a SCAM.
