Be aware!! the initial price that is given is not the guaranteed price. You must sign a contract to hire them to look for a carrier, then the price may be adjusted depending on the carrier. If you change your mind or find a different company and you have to cancel, you will be charged $95. Do not sign that contract unless you are sure that you're booking through them!

I inquired about having my vehicle transported but eventually ended up not moving forward because we have decided to drive the car instead. But I give them a 5-Star due to the professionalism and great customer service they have provided. A shout out to Adam who was always accommodating and never failed to follow up. They changed the price at the last minute. They quoted me $300 then said it will be $350 and the day of the pickup they said it will be over $500. They messed up my plans because I could not afford the shipping cost.

I highly recommend Mover Jet Logistics (MJL) for vehicle transportation. I have used their services twice and in both occasions they exceeded expectations and provided a great service. In July 2023 I used them to transport my car from TX to VA, they were on time. On second time in Dec 2023 my daughter found another company (USStar Trucking) and made arrangements for the return of the car to TX. However this USStar company did not give me any confidence (phones are not answered etc) and the last moment I called Adam Nowokowski from the MJL who immediately worked with us and provided a safe transfer of our car back to TX. You can trust MJL and Adam Nowokowski. Thank you.

I just needed my Escalade transported from Sedona to California. I gave them a week's notice, gave them a good timeline to pick up the vehicle, and paid a 50% deposit on the quote I was given. I had to chase them every single day for a status update. I was leaving the state the same day the car was due to be transported, and I had also had a tight deadline to get the UHaul box truck returned to CA. Mover Jet Logistics kept assuring me that as I had given them plenty of notice, a good window for pick up that everything was "guaranteed".

12 hours before I was due to leave, I was getting very anxious as whenever I asked for a status update, they kept saying "they were working on it". At 4am, on the morning that my car was due to be picked up, they did the bait and switch. They said if I wanted to move my car, I would have to pay double the quoted price or they would just refund my deposit and leave my Escalade stranded in Sedona!

I had no choice but to concede to their 11th hour price jacking. They guaranteed me a pick up time by the transporter by 12 Noon that morning. I waited and waited and eventually called the transporter asking for his ETA. He told me he had no clue as his truck was in the repair shop in Phoenix!!

I called Mover Jet Logistics back and they said they would find a second transporter. The second transporter said he was 20 minutes away but wanted me to drive 10 miles out to meet him as he claimed he could not get his truck to my house. I asked him how I would get home. He said he would drive me home in my Escalade, then I would give him my keys and he would drive off into the sunset with my car!! That does not sound like grand theft auto to me ...lol. I contacted Mover Jet Logistics again and they said to drive out to him regardless, I called the transporter back for more information but he said he had already left and was not going to turn around.

I called Mover Jet Logistics back and they said they would get a third transporter. I got an ETA for a third transporter. I was then told the third transporter had broken down and they were arranging a fourth one!!!

A transporter finally arrived and I had already left for CA as I had to get the truck back to UHaul. I had my good friends meet the transporter to watch my Escalade get loaded up. It took me almost 12 hours to drive the box truck to California with traffic and weather challenges! I hardly got any sleep once I arrived in CA when my phone rang and the transporter said he had arrived. So, I was only half awake. He demanded cash only for the balance (hello, IRS?) and made me sign something on his phone so that I could not see what was being signed. He rushed off. I turned around, and yeah, the back handle from my pampered Escalade, missing! I tried the other rear passenger door and it would not open from the inside or the outside. I have no idea what this transporter did, nor why he was trying to access the passenger portion of my vehicle.



I have spent a long time with the transporter's insurance company, Progressive, only to be told that this transporter has THIRTY claims against them for damaging client vehicles during transport, all claims were denied as the transporter is using a truck whose plates do not match the truck that is "supposed" to be used. The transporter (Go Movers) is now no longer permitted to be insured, and hopefully they will be investigated by the appropriate authorities. When I questioned the Ukraine driver as to why and how he damaged my vehicle, he just got irritated and said that he needed a translator. Long story short, I am left to deal with the damage this transporter did to my vehicle although I had allegedly paid for insurance for my vehicle during the transport process. The actual transporters were going under the name of "Go Movers" but it turns out they are just as shady as Mover Jet Logistics.



Progressive Insurance has their hands tied as the transporter refuses to return their calls and emails, and the vehicles they were using were not listed under the insured vehicles. In fact, Progressive did a check on the truck and it turned out it was an Enterprise rental truck. The plates on the truck provided on the insurance was for a burgundy colored truck.



Tim Waitts, Owner of Mover Jet Logistics, is trying to back track and tell me that my car was DAMAGED before pick up. Wrong. I took video and photos of my vehicle prior to transport and I was easily able to open my doors to load up some items in the passenger seats. As it stands now, I cannot access the passenger portion of my vehicle at all. I have been advised to go to the authorities and seek legal action against them. Damages to my vehicle are now in excess of $2500 and nothing is being done about it. I was told my vehicle would be insured throughout transport, and it turns out, they contracted this out to crooks and my vehicle is now damaged and its value decreased significantly.

Attempted to schedule the transport of a Jeep. The company scheduled the transport without coordinating with me to ensure I am available for the pick up. Refused to cancell and would not refund the initial charge, Forcing me to dispute it. Im sure the driver will be frustrated when the car cannot be picked up

Have shipped three cars with Adam and Moverjet and they have been a pleasure to work with. On time delivery lowest price and timely responses.

First let me start by saying - i should've known better as some of the reviews I've read have been terrible and i wish there was a zero star as they don't even deserve it. And really do your deep dive research on all platforms before really locking down with them. Sometimes the lowest price is exactly what you get. CRAP! Not surprised. We called and set up our son's vehicle who is active duty and has been stationed overseas for the last 3 years. He is finally moving back to the states and needed his car shipped from SC - SD. Mr. Jordan Lewis ensured us that for $1150 it will be picked up on 11/21/22 and delivered NLT 11/26/22 - welp, low and behold the drivers "truck" broke down and they'd find a new driver...2 days later, new driver lined up - low and behold had medical issues...oh and the emails, phone calls and the lies he told us are unbelievable. So he says "well we could do it for 1950". Our hands were tied so we agreed. Guess what NO ONE SHOWED UP! and the lies continued. He decided to just keep saying no drivers, routes bad, BLAH BLAH BLAH. I'm telling you CROOKS!!!!!!! I had enough, and canceled with that slum lord of a transport company and called a new one - AND IT GOT PICKED UP in a enclosed trailer for CHEAPER the NEXT DAY! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. this isn't even all that happened. I mean seriously these people are terrible. NO communication, constantly making up lies. I am so glad we didn't use them after reading now about all the vehicle damages that have happened. We have also filed a compliant with the BBB as well. If anyone wants proof, we saved all correspondence as it literally is disgusting.

Made contact to transport a car back east. Got a quote and agreed to the price. All communication was done over text messages which I did not like. A day before pickup I got a text saying the price is higher because of the driver they hired. Reading the reviews, I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me but it did. They waited until the 11th hour when they know you won't have time to find another company. This is a broker company. They do not have trucks with drivers. If I didn't have to send the car I would have cancelled.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION to this company. I submitted a form looking for a quote and I was almost immediately bombarded with text messages from random 302 numbers asking me if I still need their services. I must've unsubscribed 7+ times!!

After being extremely frustrated, I reached out to their team politely asking to be removed because nothing I did seemed to have removed me from their incessant text messages.

He was outright rude and lacks any customer service etiquette. He told me that there are multiple companies with 302 area code and that they were indeed not the one that were still sending me text messages. Conveniently, the most recent text message did not offer a call back # or even allow incoming calls, so I have no idea who was even contacting me.

They made a commitment to me with a contract to pick up my car on Friday for $350. They called me on Thursday wanting to pick it up then and I said no because it was getting repaired and it wouldn't be ready till Friday. Then Friday came and they didn't have anybody to pick it up. So It wasn't picked up until late the next week and they sent me a different contract which cost me $175 more. I was at their mercy because I needed the car delivered to Arizona from Santa Fe New Mexico. The driver who delivered it was great and it wasn't his fault that logistics made a promise that they couldn't fulfill based on a contract that I signed.

I am deeply regretting my decision of going with this company. They claimed the transportation they went with were charging more due to driving through the holidays. However my car still ended up delayed.

They also did not double check the information that was emailed to me. I was given the wrong contact information. I was hung up on upon calling the contacts that THEY gave me.

When I called go tell my agent (Roman) my experience. He invalidated it and gave a bunch of excuses on how it was not THEIR fault. Please save your money and yourself the headache and go with a different moving company.

Would give a 0 if allowed lied after I canceled rode runner because they said they could get the job done. After I signed the contract they would no/ answer and this is what the sent me. They charged even if they did nothing scam beware...

By the contract, you are hiring our company to book the carrier for the agreed quote in the contract and we have 5 business days starting from the first available pick-up date to do it. And according to this contract, If the Client's vehicle is NOT picked up within 5 business days from the first available date, the Client can cancel this agreement with no penalties.

So only AFTER 5 business days starting from the first available pick up date, the client can cancel this agreement for free AND ONLY IF the carrier that we book for the job didn't pick up the vehicle.

If you cancel the agreement prior to the 1st available pick up date or within 5 business days starting from 1st available pick up date, according to the contract we will ask you to pay $95 of the cancellation fee if the carrier was not booked.
If you still want to cancel the order please respond to that email. Confirming that you understand the conditions.

Company has not responded in 3 business days via email or text messages. They were sending so much spam email until I booked them and gave them my CC information. Let's see how this goes as I'm not trying to breach contract- but they're not so good with customer service currently. Maybe it's a tactic so they can tact on additional fees and tell me something bogus like they can't find a driver at the rate?? Ha. Will update as I go.

They did exactly what I thought. Up the price nearly $200 more then tried to make the situation better by taking away their broker fees of $50. I will gladly sit back and wait for the original price as other competitor are still better pricing once they've upped their fees and prices- which would lead them to ultimately trashing the contract.
