Had one driver state in writing that he never agreed to the transport that they sent me a contract on, weeks later another driver canceled the transport because the truck broke down, super weird tho cause they sent me a cancellation email with someone else's order information stating the same reason for cancellation, when I questioned who's order she had sent me she replied that "we all have grief"

My car was damaged by the Transporter this company selected. My SUV was on the bottom rack and the driver lowered the top rack down too far and crushed my new SUV causing 5K+ in damages to the roof and roof railing. Mt Olive, myself and the driver had a 3-way conversation and the driver ensured he would take care of this, and of course he didn't. I tried to file against his insurance and he told his insurance that I was lying and he didn't damage my car even though I have a video from my family of them loading/ picking it up with no damage. I'm now out of $250 more for my deductible to get it fixed, I have a at fault accident reporting on my MVR report after my claim with my insurance, and I just learned my premium went up on my other car because of this mess! I'm beyond pissed and will NEVER ship a car ever AGAIN! RENT A UHAUL AND TRAILER! You'll thank me later....

Contacted this place to pick up a van I bought at auction, they had the lowest price so I gave them my credit card and was told they will not charge until they find a company to pick up the van. Two weeks later all the while I'm paying $30+ a day storage fee I call another broker and they tell me they see the van posted but at that price no one is going to pick it up. That makes sense I agree to a higher dollar amount with the new broker and they have it picked up within a few days. So I let MT. Olive know that I got another broker and they charge me $25. Don't waste your time with this place.

I could not be happier with their service and price! They shipped a 1973 MGB from AR to Galveston Texas and it was almost too small to fit onto their shipping vehicle. They took the time and brought this vintage car with no problems. Delivery was faster than expected! Thanks
