Gerald was an absolute jerk. He didn't care to listen, kept belittling me, which I think was because of ethnicity, and continued mocking me while I was attempting to ask questions about the absurd surcharges he was quoting to deliver a small freight load.

I had the pleasure of working with Gerald on a few projects over the years, but what always remained constant in the back of my head was his unapologetic transparency, honesty and adaptability as a businessman. In truth, I always thought he would be one of the next globalchangers in how we revisit our ethics and compassion in how we conduct business.

Mr. Katen's development of MyExpressFreight has been outstanding. Indirectly, his service to some of the clients we directly service as a 361 degree digital and traditional brand storytelling agency, has been nothing short of extraordinary. At the speed business is conducted on a global level, there remains less time for us to check up on the delivery or execution of products, campaigns, etc. That's what keeps MyExpressFreight ahead of the pack in our opinion - accountability and good old person to person approachability.
