Demanded money back, fought and fought promised they would refund all then didn't. My car is still stuck.1,500 miles away a week later. Stay away !!!!!

The car was delivered and my daughter is happy.
Pros: Pickup was early, driver was nice and car was delivered professionally (Oneratellc is the company that delivered the car)
Cons: 1) Be aware you have to pay without using a credit card or be ready to pay the 3% fee via Venmo. Do not trust the NCT rep (worked with Diane) in regards to working around the fee or them trying to do anything about it. You must pay by cash, Zelle or Venmo account to avoid fees. 2) Once you make your deposit and the car is picked up. Do not expect any updates unless you call the driver or call them. Communication is great when they want to get your business but falls off after that.
Summary...It was a better experience than the other company I was trying to use and my daughter got her car. Just know what you're getting into.

The car transport service provided by this company was very efficient and reliable. The driver who transported my car was very professional and experienced.
My experience with National Car Transport was below average. Luckily, my car got there in one piece so that is a positive, and Kelly was super helpful and communicative in answering all of my inquiries upfront.
However, I will say though that Kelly informed me that my car would be picked up within a 2 day window, which did NOT happen.
Not only did that not happen, but the dispatcher didn't even reach out to me that Saturday to let me know that he wasn't coming!
I also didn't hear from Kelly or her manager about the delay! How unprofessional! Then a new dispatcher reached out to tell me he was delayed even further than the original dispatcher.
My car ended up getting cross country so late, that I had to rent a car my first week of work, and National Car Transport only refunded me my $100 deposit, which didn't cover the deficit that I incurred in having to get a rental car for an entire week!
Another issue, the driver told me he couldn't lock my car door and the other car on the trailer or it would make the car alarm go off? That doesn't make sense. I immediately called Kelly, and she didn't know why the driver said that, and told the driver to lock the doors as this is a liability. That was alarming.
Also, is there a reason why the drivers had to steal my "Armor all" wipes?! Luckily that was the only thing that was stolen, but I mean come on, these are $6.00 wipes on amazon. If you cant get my car there on time, no need to steal my cleaning wipes for your truck and not replace them.
They came recommended by a friend. We booked them two times and both times they would set a day and time and then call to say there was an issue and they couldn't make the agreed upon appointment. The second time they pushed it back a day and we we're leaving g for the airport to catch a flight. I told them I needed to have the car picked up by a certain time to make our flight. The whole day before, they kept telling me it would not be a problem. Spoke to three different dispatchers and at 9:30 the night before l, they told me they wouldn't get to my house until the next afternoon. 7 hours after the agreed upon rescheduled time. We would have missed our flight. My husband ended up driving the car back 17 hours. The driver and dispatchers spoke very little English. The one dispatcher told me to leave my car with the keys on the seat at a random gas station and the driver would pick it up sometime the next t day. This "service" would have cost me $1200! I would never use them again!
Just a shout out to anyone needing their car transported. I had originally booked with Maresca Transport two months in advance and two days before the scheduled pick up, they cancelled me! National Car Transport was able to make the necessary arrangements in less than a day and my car was going from Florida to the Adirondacks in upstate, New York. I worked with Kelly and Mike the driver and they were fantastic....no problems what so ever! I would highly recommend them . Call 86-520-2221
I had a really great experience. I work with Kelly, who got me a really great price on moving my car from my parents' home in California to my home in Massachusetts. My car was picked up the day after I called and was delivered in 6 days, no damage, to my front door. Just great.
Edit: Apparently I never finished writing this review, as I haven't been on Yelp in a MINUTE but now that I find myself about a month away from moving back home to California, I'm so glad that I had this review waiting for me to finish as it means I can now book them AGAIN to send my car back home. Thank you Yelp, and thank you National Car Transport!
I didn't like the service at all ... you pay them a fee of 300-500$ for them to set up a driver to come get your car ... after you pay them they don't do any of the work .. you pay the driver , then you pay the port yourself .. there is no communication at all from them .. the driver was 2 days late ...!!! No word from National car transport I had to call them 3-5 times !!!
So now the car is shipped and arrived at my destination do you think national car would call me ???? No !!!! My car was sitting in Hawaii and no call from them !!!!!
This company sucks !!!! Took my money and I had to do all the work !!!! Do yourself a favor don't use them !!!
We shipped a car from CA to TX. This is our 3x shipping a car. The interaction with NCT was ok. They said they'd give me the driver's number so that we could coordinate but they actually gave me the number of the ower of the semi, who then had to call the driver. It was a bit cumbersome and time-consuming to have to go through him to get answers. That did a get a big frustrating when we needed answers quickly. The transportation company itself was very vague on pick up and drop off so I was not happy about that since it take so much coordination to get a car picked up. I would go with a different company next time. As previously stated this isn't our first time and we've had much smoother experiences with other companies.
I'm not in the mood for long detailed reviews especially for dishonest company like this one.
I went to their website to get a quote for transfer a car from Roswell, GA 30076 to Miami, FL 33182 and the numbers were around 30% higher than average. So I kept on looking for other options until I got a phone call from them suggesting the quote was in error. So the new quote was below the competition average and the pickup/delivery estimates the best on the whole world. So I said LET'S DO IT!
The day the pickup was schedule nobody showed, I made phone calls and nobody answered, the number they provided me for the driver was a wrong number. After the weekend was over I called Gary Cooper which was the person that gave me the magical numbers and he told me to be calm that my car was going to be pickup in few hours...
To make a longer story short, the company they subcontracted for the pickup never showed, that company already canceled the service and National Car Transport® kept pretending they was going to render the service. So I called another company that the dealer suggested, they pick up the car the next day and the following it was delivered in perfect conditions.
As per the dishonest Gary Cooper / National Car Transport® I asked to cancel the service and refund my $200 deposit which I still waiting to receive. Gary told me the refund was going to take place on or before September 10th and today a week later I opened a Credit Card Claim, and tomorrow will file a claim with the BBB.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired National Auto Transport to transport my car from New Jersey to Florida, where my new home was. Having an "A" rating on Angie's List, I decided to hire their services...what a mistake! After receiving what I considered a fair price, I signed the agreement and Leo Rubio, their representative, told me he would call when they had arranged to get a driver to accept my car for transport and I wouldn't hear from him until several days before the mutually agreed upon pick up date. Two days before my car was to be picked up, I still hadn't heard from Leo, so I called him. He stated that he found a driver and that he would either pick the car up on Friday or Saturday, but the driver would call the day before to confirm. On Friday morning at 7:00 AM, I get a call from the driver that he was on my street to pick up the car (no prior phone call, obviously). When I signed his paperwork, I noticed that he was charging me 600 dollars upon delivery, which was 75 dollars more than my contracted price with National, which was 725 dollars with a 200 dollar deposit. The driver said that the trip would take three days and it would be at my house on Monday. I told him that he needed to call my sister-in-law about an hour before he arrived as she lived nearby and would be taking delivery and paying him the balance. He agreed. After the driver left with my car, I called Leo to inquire why I never received a call from the driver prior to pick up and he said that it was "very unusual" that that happened. I also inquired about the price discrepancy, which he said was due to the gas prices going up after Hurricane Harvey and all of the drivers wanting more money, but he would credit me the 75 dollars back to my account (which never happened). On Monday, I called the driver to ask what time he would be getting to my house so I could call my sister -in-law and have her leave her house and take delivery and he answered " I'm still in Jersey!" HE HADN'T LEFT YET!! He told me if he could get out the car would probably be dropped off on Thursday. Not a phone call or a reasonable explanation as to why he hadn't even started the trip yet. Calls to Leo were fruitless, he danced around every issue, never answered my emails and as of today, has not issued me my credit for the overcharge. The car was finally delivered on Friday, full of bugs, a full four days after the promise date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
I used this company to relocate my 2002 BMW M3. The rep on the phone talks a very confident game: 'we'll be there on X--day to pick up and the car will be completely covered, it's all good'.
In reality, NCT (Jim) is merely a broker. The driver showed up hours late to pick up the car. We went over the car and then the driver has me sign a paper stating he's not responsible for damage to a great deal of the car. He Tells me the he is indeed responsible but the paperwork says otherwise. The 3-Stars comes from this: I called Jim to clarify and my call was not answered and Was Not returned. I called 2 more times and then found that my phone number was blocked by the Jim. My calls were Not returned Ever.
The only reason I give 3 vs 2 stars is that the car was delivered on time and un-damaged. However, for 4 days, I had no idea what to expect. The car Did require a $300 detailing to really clean it from the cross country drive.
Will Not use NCT again. POOR Customer service; who refuses to take and return a call and then go so far as to Block a customer's number?!?
