This broker is an absolute scam!!!! NO MATTER WHAT DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They give you one price, then wait until the last minute, and up the price when you have no choice! Thomas is an ABSOLUTE crook!!!!

I'm only gonna hit the tip of the iceberg with this review. Leaving a negative review is not an easy thing for me as I don't like to effect peoples business but this guy left me no choice. Thomas is an absolute lying crooked POS. Tells you one price to lock you in thinking you'll be stuck going with him. Last minute doubles the price saying the driver wants more and to top it all off he doesn't even have a driver lined up and you car will be multiple days late. (This I confirmed with the driver when I made contact with him) This idiot didn't seem to understand that money wasn't an issue with this shipment. I needed this vehicle there as a support vehicle with equipment in it for a fighter jet. Luckily I had the resources to get it there. Do not and I mean do not use National Carship LLC.

My husband used National Car Ship to have our car delivered, the pick up was for pick up in Dallas to Maryland and the car was picked up on 26Oct2023 and we were told by Thomas at National car ship it would be here by 1Nov2023, we did not receive the car on this date, Thomas stated there was traffic and it would be delivered on 2Nov2023, called all day no update. On 3Nov2023 we called and Thomas said it would be delivered before 5, then after that couldn't reach Thomas him . We had to call the POLICE in order to locate the car because Thomas quit returning our phone calls. The car was delivered at 11:08 p.m. and the driver sat in our driveway for over an hour demanding an additional $100 which was not part of the contract and would not leave until he got that money. The car had 378 additional miles on it, there is a dent on the back and the paper mat was thrown to the other side that was on the driver side. The bill of sale and Title states 48, 770 for mileage and the mileage on the car now is 49,111. The delay in the car is because it was driven for over 5 hours 378 miles by someone within this company and explains the long delay in delivering it. This is horrible a very untrustworthy and scary process. This needs to be escalated this has been the worst service we have ever received, I do not want a "credit", I want them to pay for the dent that their company put on the car and payment for the 378 miles and a refund for this service! I will never us this company again so save your breath on offering a "credit" for future use because they are crooks and I will never use them again and I want this to be a warning to all others it's not worth going with the cheaper company.

I signed a contract for one price but the day my car was supposed to be picked up it was an additional price. I kept being told I had to pay more money. The day of delivery was mixed up even though I signed the contract months before pick up. Everyone I talked with (when I could get a hold of someone) was unprofessional. I will never use this company again.

I would run away... but If you do attempt to work with this company I will warn you that James is a complete liar and will not do what he says. At the very least find a different broker. I Was Quoted me a price of $900 for next day pick up. The next day and no driver showed up. Over the next week they kept coming back with higher prices and were also rude by telling me I needed to "be a man" and "all customers know that the price is not guaranteed by the broker". Well, now I know this but before I accepted their quote I did not know this. They wasted my time and did not deliver.

I contracted Adam (owner) at National Carship LLC (708-782-2958) to move my Lexus from CA to TX for $800 total . When the driver picked up my car (three days late) his bill showed $850? When I asked Adam about why the drivers contract was for $850 vs the $800, I got the run around. Adam requested me to wire him $100 and told me that I would pay the driver $700 when he delivered the car. The driver insisted that we pay another $850 so the total came in at $950. I discussed the error with Adam and after weeks of many phone calls and texts he agreed to pay me my $100 back -but never did. Don't trust National Carship, LLC. They don't honor their contract or their word.

Not a good experience. About the time I signed the contract and gave them a deposit, they began to get hard to get a hold of. My car WAS picked up in only a few days time. It made a 2000+ mile journey in only 5 days. At that point things went south. Literally, the car was dropped off about 65 miles south of my home instead of the promised door to door delivery. I had to pay someone to drive me to a place where my car was parked. There, I met the driver's wife who counted the money I gave her and said I was $200 short. She showed me a "contract" on her cell phone and said her husband contracted for more money to move the car. I have NO CLUE who is lying to me, but someone is. I drove away in my car as the woman was taking pictures of me with her phone. It was awful.

They brokered my car transport from MA to FL. Making the arrangements with them and providing the initial deposit were a little dicey (they were pretty informal and were anxious to get their deposit and contract signed), but they did arrange shipment with a solid transport company who completed the transport without issue. They seem to only be the initial broker, after they took the deposit, all further arrangements were directly with the shipper, which was fine. The shipper was a little late on the pick up and a day late on the drop off, but was professional. I felt compelled to write the review, because the only other review reported them as scammers, which was not my experience.

They are not a real business. They scammed $200 from me and I never got my truck shipped. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. Look at their pictures. Obviously faked and edited. Just so bad. I can't believe I fell for it. You don't need to send money to any trucking company to have a spot for shipping. All a lie. I asked for a refund multiple times and it never happened.
