This not a transport company. Kind of a scammy way to get a cut of the transport business. They didn't answer the phone after many calls and 14 minutes on hold. But they took my vehicle info from the website quote system and put that on the job board for any other company to do the job. I call more companies and actually talk to someone and they say - I see your vehicle on the job board and we can't do business until that is removed. This Nationwide never even talked to me. They never asked permission to post my information on a job board.

They LOST MY LICENSE PLATE, and refused to reimburse me the money to buy a new one. It costs $150 to buy a new one. I PAID $1,000 TO SHIP MY CAR!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I called them for like 2 weeks about replacing it, they ignored me and made empty promises. I would never trust Nationwide Auto anywhere near my car again!

I just recently shipped my new SUV from St Louis and read reviews here after booking. I then was a bit nervous but honestly I had the best experience with Nationwide Auto-transport. They gave me 25% off my original quote due to a spot opening up sooner & the car was here within 7 days as promised. I was able to pay the remainder balance at pickup with either cash or venmo. The dispatchers were all very nice and extremely informative while keeping me up to date and the driver even went out of his way to drop the car off in front of my house, which wasn't promised as I live in San Francisco.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and would highly recommend them.

Don't believe these guys.They will tell you a price when you book for transportation.The day before you will come to know no transporter is available for that amount and they will tell an amount saying if you want the car to be transported on that day you will have to pay that. I have to give that amount since i don't want to change my travel plans.Even worse is that they don't even have a transporter for that amount , they will try to find a transporter for that amount. They even changed the agreed transporter and didn't even let me know. My car was sitting for 3 days in Colorado which i didn't know. Called the transporter and came to know they are not in this game anymore. Finally they transported the car on the 8th day.

Both horrible companies and caused thousands of dollars of damage on my vehicle. I was not compensated at all.

I hired nationwide to transport my modified Infiniti G37 and clearly informed them it was modified and what was done to it. Nationwide failed to inform Red Dot Transportation that it was on air suspension, despite it being pretty obvious. During transport, somehow my car was aired out and dragged down and up the transport truck, destroying the diffuser ($1,250) and cracking the bumper and fender flares. I have photo evidence of my vehicle before it was transported on the truck and photos when it arrived to me on the truck. The broker and the transporter blamed each other for months and I received NOTHING for compensation despite them guaranteeing it on their website. "100k transports 0 scratches" "your car will be protected GUARANTEED". I hope people read this review and avoid them at all costs.

They are horrible. Don't use their service. Now we have to find another transportation in last minute

If you truly want bait & switch pricing and horrible service? Don't look any further Nationwide, aka, Scam Artists, took my mom's credit card number and left her high and dry with no pickup for the last 3 weeks. Customer service? What customer service? She had been calling them left and right and they never pickup!!! Stay away from this lousy Broker company!!!!

Absolutely awful. I got a quote from them and booked a month plus before my move. They strung me along telling me they'd confirm with a driver "soon", "in a week", "a week before the move", "a couple days before" ... on and on, until I was finally still waiting the Friday before my Monday move. I called them a million times in the month and they just kept feeding me bullshit until finally I woke up to the inevitability that this was clearly not going to happen. Then I literally had like 4 hours to get this set up. Thankfully I managed to find someone else, but talk about stress.

Best part is, I ended up with a driver who had wanted my business from the beginning. It turns out Nationwide had posted my car... and then ignored drivers who wanted the load, probably because they gave me a bargain-basement quote that they no longer wanted to honor. I nearly ended up force-roadtripping across the country thanks to their absolute incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I usually try not to leave 1-star reviews, but learn from my mistake. Go with someone else.

They do not care about you or your vehicle. Once they get the deposit, they pass you to a piss poor transporter and wipe their hands clean of any responsibility to you or your vehicle. Our car was returned with a busted tail light and grease all over the interior. The driver didn't speak english and didn't allow my wife to add notes to the bill of lading, now they say they're not responsible and do not reply to emails. I called in, they say to email them .. then they ghost you. Steer clear of this BS company. Save your money and use a more trusted carrier.

Great company! I'll use them again! There were some specifics about my custom car, so I called the office with some questions, which they patiently answered. They delivered my car within the estimated time frame and in the same condition it was when they picked it up. Highly recommend Nationwide.

First, I didn't find a driver for the appropriate time i want to ship my cars on. So I selected earlier pick up.
Second, they charged me more because I had put some stuff in cars even I had asked and was told I'm allowed as long they are not exceeding the windows level.
Third, I received the car covered with dirts and rain. When I washed it two days after receiving it I discovered a hit at the back.
And finally the driver who called Shannon was very rude, he didn't call before he arrive, and showed earlier than the time he scheduled with us the day before. He kept yelling and shouting and threatening us to raise the charge. His supervisor didn't help at all and neglect my complaints!!!
