The worst company ever. They damaged my classic VW van that we spent a year renovating. The guy they sent to pic up the car didn't speak English except for his ability to say "Not my problem." When I asked for them to pay for the damage they gave me a phone number for their insurance company that responded eventually but never sent me anything. I have hours into dealing with this company. I have decided to drive my car instead of using a company like this.

These guys were great at transporting my heavy equipment I won in a recent auction. Everything went perfectly. Milos, the Logistics Manager, was very helpful. The driver was great.

And the rate was extremely competitive in comparison to other quotes I got in the area.

Highly recommended. Will be sure to look to NAT for my next heavy haul transportation need.

Nationwide has repeatedly over a period of 6 months made promises to pay me for damages to my vehicle transported from NJ to Seattle. They asked for claims, photographic evidence, etc and refuse to pay. If I could give a lower score I would. This was a brand new car with blackout wheels. Their latest offer was to have me buff out the wheel myself. HORRIBLE experience.

I was 4 hrs from home. My vehicle was totaled. Stuck in a hotel and had no support from my insurance. I'm frustrated and Pissed to put it mildly. I called one company. They gave me quotes that changed, pickup times that changed. And told me I couldn't call anyone else. ?? I was even more upset now. I gave it ONE last try. And thank goodness I did. I contacted Nationdwide. I got Sal on the line. One price. One pickup time. DONE. Then the real fun began. The other company kept sending my threatening texts. Being unaware of how this stuff works I called Sal back in near tears. He shut that down and got the job done. If I ever need a vehicle moved near or far that is who I will call. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You can't EVER put a price tag on piece of mind.

I am a NFL agent with a agency in Detroit (VIP Sports Management) with clients in Seattle and Philadelphia. VIP Sports Management had a truck shipped from Seattle to Detroit without a problem and then I had a car shipped from Detroit to Philadelphia also with a problem. I highly recommend the service and the value was reasonable. I appreciate Nationwide for making the shipping painless.

I requested that my 5th wheel trailer be moved from AZ to CA. I provided the weight, pictures, dimensions, length and of course a deposit.



They said no problem. They sent a truck out that could not haul it. They then arranged for another truck to pick it up the next day. The next truck was not able to haul my 5th wheel.



I requested my deposit back. They did not refund my deposit and they did not haul my 5th wheel. But they did stop taking my calls and stop responding to my text messages.

in summary, the machine my driver went to pick up was too low to the ground and the shipper ended up not loading our driver. even with our double ramps and everything, he refused to load us. our driver drove 60+ miles to get to the shipper, he waited about 3 hours at the shipper before they got to him and he even had to put his set of ramps to try to pick up the machine. he did everything he could. we asked the broker eddie l arevalo for a tonu and he said he was going to send it and never did. followed up with calls and emails and never got an answer back.

I shipped a 1969 aloha camper all the way from Washington State to Virginia using this company. I would've given the company 5 stars but the camper arrived with window damage and a dent because of the door swinging open during transport. The driver says that the door lock is faulty which could be true, but being that it's a vintage camper, I do think that the door should have been secured shut regardless if locked or not considering the length of the drive. BUT I still give the company a good review because of the service I received from Corey and Delton. Corey was the very first person I spoke to and was always available to text and call and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was friendly, genuine, and a pleasure to do business with. Delton was the one who helped make sure my damages were taken care of, and again, couldn't be happier with how he handled everything. Both of these men genuinely wanted to make everything right in the end and make sure that I was a happy customer, and ultimately I was! I'd use this company again, and that's saying alot considering my experience wasn't perfect. But they did everything they could to make it right and that speaks alot about the company.

Our company scheduled a tow of a trailer for a very important client a month prior to the scheduled tow. All necessary documents were completed and payment was processed as stipulated on the quotation. The driver confirmed he was prepared for the pickup as scheduled four days prior. The day before the scheduled tow we called the driver again to coordinate details only to be told it was cancelled by Nationwide due to insufficient insurance coverage. According to our sales representative, ownership made the decision to drop the shipment two days prior without even having the courtesy of informing us, even after payment was made. If you are planning to use Nationwide, BEWARE, they will leave you high and dry! Inexcusable lack of professionalism!

I recently used NTS to move my car from Philly to Tampa, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was simple and stress-free.

The booking process was easy and straightforward, and the customer service was friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Corey was such a great help & a pleasure to do business with. I was worried about shipping my car, but talking with him gave me peace of mind.

When my car arrived at Tampa, it was in the same condition as before. I was amazed with the service & how easy it was.

Overall, I would highly recommend NTS to anyone in need of car transport services. The customer service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and my car was transported safely and efficiently. Thanks to their team and Corey for making my move a success!

I've used Nationwide transport 5 times already with great help from JJ out of the Orlando, FL office.

If there were complications on occasion, JJ made sure everything is smoothed out and as a customer I'm well taken care of. They practice good business here and see to it that things go well.

Shipping a car can be a scary situation but with his help I was able to get the job done at a good price. This guy is a class act and I can't give him enough thanks. I'd say find someone else. Dispatcher was great up until pickup day. Tried to get clear information from him day of, but was left waiting all day uncertain if pickup was happening, I understand delays happen, but communication was really bad, pickup was supposed to be at 8:30-10 in the morning, pickup didn't happen till about 5pm, repeated texts to dispatcher with no good responses, or clear communication. Tried calling nationwide the day of pickup, to see what was happening, talked to someone who told me someone would call me back, never did. My vehicle was being hauled by a tow truck, which requires drive train to be removed, was not informed by dispatch that driver would not re-install it upon arrival. arrived at my destination ok, but super late, and on a sunday, requiring me to find a mechanic to put my drive train back together, missed my scheduled ferry. Originally told by dispatcher that it would take about a week to get scheduled, it took about 4 weeks. Price was far above what initially I was quoted. tried calling nationwide, they did not seem interested in hearing my feedback. all in all pretty bad. look elsewhere, I suggest a small independent company. stay away from these companies that farm their work out to contractors.

I wish I could give this company 0 Points!
I needed to transport my car from California to Florida, so I called Nationwide Transport Services and talked to a rep named James Daly. James gave me an estimate a fair estimate and seemed to provide good customer service at first. Everything seemed great.
A couple of days later, I had a question but James did not answer the phone, so I left phone and text messages, but he did not call me back. I ended up called his manager Nick that told me everything is going to be okay and that James will reply my phone calls.
James never replied, I tried more times, but nothing.
They are doing a favor to the client, nice service.
Took me 5 hours to get someone from the management to tell them what is going on in their company.
If you are looking for professional service this is not the place!!!

Update. The driver took my car for a Joy ride and damaged my brake system. It's no coincidence there was Slavic radio station playing in my car upon delivery, oh and the driver Slavic.

Just got relocated to Honolulu HI, I was helped through the step by step process of transporting my vehicle to the Island by the most professional staff named Zarina there. She kept me informed of my vehicle status from the time of pick up to the time of delivery. I am very pleased with the outstanding service. Good job Zarina!

Im disable and needed help moving about 900 miles south of where I was currently living. They arrived late, there were about six men who helped to compete packing large items I could no longer do myself .
They were disorganized only two spoke English they ran the move.
They were careless in how they handle my things. I asked please be more careful and the guys laughed
at me. I was so mad and extremely uncomfortable with the entire situated. The truck left my place Wednesday evening at around 7 and they were to meet me at my new home the next evening Thursday around 6pm. They didn't show up at 6 I waited till 8:30 and called the home office and they said don't worry they'll be there tonight they've run into some issues. Ok well I get a call about an hour later to tell me im hundreds of pounds over and to have my things delivered I needto pay an additional additional $500.00 plus dollars in addition to the $800.00 plus I already paid. In all it came out to around $1450.00 total breakdown over weight charge, miscellaneous fees and tax. It was too late to call anyone till the next day. I had no money left so I had to borrow money and paid it that Friday.
I was told the truck broke down
And the truck parts had to be orderd and I would see them sometime Saturday. Well they stopped taking my calls and not returning them too. Being disabled
I was on the floor with my clothes for a pillow and blanket, I had nothing except pain and a crippling fear that made it all worse. They were supposed to deliver on the 11th of the month. I finally got my things on the 22nd of the month.
I was so GRATEFUL to have my things I thought I lost everything.
I was so happy to have my things back and it it was finally over. I got through box after box many damaged and broken things but the worst surprise of all was the bed bugs I got I kid you not bed bugs well anyway the nightmare is over

I agree with Jonel S. This company is a scam. I was told that they will give me 30 days free storage. But when my stuff arrived at Boston, they dumped it right away. No free storage at all.

I dealt with this company under the names Relo Van Lines, Colonial Van Lines, All State Van Lines, and Nationwide Relocation Service -- all of which have been listed on various documents I've dealt with.

This company failed me at almost every level -- they were late for pickup, late for delivery (by weeks), they submitted errant weight listings which would have overcharged us thousands of dollars, they ignored phone calls and emails as I tried to contact them to remedy these problems.

This is the worst company that I have ever personally dealt with. I am not calling them the worst company on earth, I am simply relaying that of all the thousands of interactions with thousands of different organizations that I have had in my lifetime, dealing with this company was the worst experience by far.

If I could give them a minus 10 stars I would - This company is a scam and I advise AVOIDING THEM AT ALL! I used this service and Howard the sales guy was great on the phone. That was the easy part. The movers they subbed the job to were the worst in the history of movers - and I've moved a lot!!!

I had them come to pack up the fragile items and was frightened and appalled at their terrible technique! First they arrived on moving dat at 5PM - to start a full house move. At 11PM they were still there packing. Two guys throwing my glass art into a bin full of packing paper. It was horrible - I called the company to ask about insurance and was told it was too late to purchase it. I was definitely screwed. They came back the next day to finish and I anticipated things being stolen since it looked like the movers were thugs just out of prison. It was horrible to have no option since I had to be out of my building that day.

Fast forward to arrival day and the truck opened its doors with the entire load tilted and resting on my futon frame which was damaged beyond repaid. Boxes were tilted and tumbling around in the truck.

They managed to get everything in the apt with minimal wall damage.

When I unpacked I found many broken items as expected. And the compensation was a joke -
I urge anyone who is considering this company to choose someone else !

Went off another companies estimate then added thousands after picking up but before they would deliver. Will tell you delivery is this day only to not show, not call, not answer and not return calls. Did this several times. Leave you sitting for almost 3 weeks (right up to deadline) with no belongings only to finally deliver at last minute with damaged and missing belongings. STAY AWAY. Moved many times, worst company I ever used.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Check out their rating and complaints on the BBB (or any other review site) - there's a reason they bailed from there. Their sales guy tried to sell me some unsolicited, garbage excuses for that. All that did was make me second-guess my decision to do business with them after I read the complaints. But hey, it couldn't be that bad, could it? Haaa..

I tried to use these clowns to move from MN to CA. The person assigned to my move whose name escapes me never answered her phone the 5-10 times I tried calling her after our initial conversation, nor did she return my calls. The only way I could get in touch with the company was by going through their support line. After taking my $1000+ deposit about 2 months before my move, they completely missed my moving date. I finally got in touch with them on the DAY that I had to leave my apartment (which I informed them of several times) and they told me they couldn't find anyone to handle my move at this time and would let me know when they could find someone. I demanded my deposit back, which I finally got a month later.

Luckily, uhaul was able to get me a truck and a trailer for my car on that same day to save me. About a week after I completed the drive out to SoCal, I got a call from Nationwide telling me that they found someone to handle my move and they could be at my place in MN in 2 days. Great!

Seriously.. worst company ever. Do not, under any circumstances, do business with these people.

As an FYI, this company is pretty much a car delivery broker. So you pay them, and they contact a "reputable" delivery company to come and pick up your car.
This company is so-so. DEFINITELY not a 10, but not worth a report to BBB.
The company they "Brokered" delivered our car. However, the pickup was 3 days late and the delivery was 2 days late. As a broker, I'd expect some more communication with the company.
We received no notification of any of the delays from Nationwide and also INCORRECT information re: the allowable cargo weight of the car. While this only cost us $50.00, the lack of communication was unacceptable. Otherwise, why are we paying Nationwide? Perhaps they offer things behind the scenes that we are not aware of (insurance?). But from our point of view, the lateness and lack of communication about the lateness totally wrecked our schedules and was HUGELY inconveniencing.
I tried to get some resolution re: this and of course am not getting a response.
I wouldn't necessarily call it a dealbreaker, but wouldn't call it stellar business savvy either.

Up to you. It is a cheaper company, but expect some bumps along the way...
