good company and good guy I don't know what happened with another cases but with my case I will give this company above 5 star

Harassing phone calls after requesting a quote for auto transport through another site. Up to 15 calls per day for several days. I have blocked them, but they continue to leave voicemails. I would NEVER use a company that thinks this type of behavior is ok. It is self-serving and downright rude! There are a lot of companies out there...

0 STARS!!! I went through a website in order to be able to compare quotes from multiple companies. The website specifically stated that the quotes would be received by email. When Eric text me, I asked him not to and let him know I was not interested in the services due to the fact that my preference was not considered. He proceeded to insult me, implying that I am ignorant. As you can see from the messages below, I was direct, but not offensive. I even tried to call the office to speak to a supervisor but there was no answer. How this company makes it okay to insult potential customers is beyond me.

Once you signed the contract, Eric never call you or reply to you. Please, don't waste your time and money on this company!!!
I was told by Eric that he will let me know driver's contact no. by 5pm, one day before pick-up day - which is never happened. Once I call him, he said he just found the truck and he was writing an email to me about details. I waited 2hours but never recieved the email. I called him, text him, email him, but no reply. Even their official no, never get the phone. (I tried mpre than 6 times) On the pick-up day, again, Eric never ansswer even 1hour before pick up time. Finally, he called me and I need to increase the contract amount otherwise, he can't guarantee when he can ship my cars. He lied to me.
Again, Navy Auto Transport, especially Eric showed me the worst customer service in my life.

I contacted mario a few months ago about shipping my car. He seemed super likable so much so I saved his info. I contacted him year later He quoted me the same low price before I gave him the pick up city. It made me suspicious I came to yelp saw the bait and switch negative reviews. Everywhere else it was fake over the top 5 stars. I went with a different company a friend used he called got agitated threw the BBB five stars at me like the complaintaints said he would.. Then he went into a narcissistic text tirade.you can bring a horse to water but can't make him drink.. You are one of those people... Ect..? I don't know this dude and don't have Ti use his services. Crazy rude I had to hang up on him before tthe texting stated. In all fairness it could be just this one guy.Glad I didn't do it but hey you can do whatever you want to do lol

I just requested a quote to ship my vehicle. I received a barrage of calls, texts and emails. Very frustrating to say the least. I spoke to Eric Hughes from Navy Auto Transport and he was able to help me on what I needed to do. It turns out that I cannot ship a 40 foot container with a car in it, I needed freight. Not only that, he was the ONLY one that didn't ask for my card upfront or require a deposit. He was the only one who cared about my situation. Thank you for finding me a freight company and if I need to ship an auto, I will be calling Eric! Thanks

This is by far the worst company EVER!
Nothing but lie after lie. I left my car at a park and fly as I was told it would be picked up the next day. I took 9 days! At 25.00 per day. And they had promised to have it to me in 6 days or less.
Total B.S. I would beg you to steer clear of these scammers. Then they had quoted and in writing I may add, it would be $ 500 for the shipping, but when the driver arrived he wanted another $300 in cash!
I said no and at that point he told me that he was going to put my car in storage- and I couldn't have it! WOW! Such a shady company! Please, and I beg you go somewhere else.
This turned out to be a 2 week nightmare!!! Just a bunch of lies Everytime I called. And a much higher cost than I agreed to.
It really was like being held hostage. TERRIBLE! I would give no star rating- or a minus ten but u have to pick something.

If I give rate it a zero I would. If you want your car picked up and your time not wasted go to someone else. They wasted my time and money, ruined my holiday. Told me they would picked my car on 20 Nov and they gave me the run around saying their system was down all the way until closing time of the day my car was to be picked. I worked with Eric he is a liar and not even good at that. Stay away from this company.

ERIC HUGHES has to be the worst representative of any company I've ever worked with. After I signed the DocuSign document the man could not answer a single question I had. For three days I waited with the vehicle to be picked up, and no one ever showed. One of those days Eric didn't return a single phone call or text. At one point, he told me I put his family's life in danger, because I texted him with them in the car... what a joker!!! At no point did he offer any informative information or answer any of the questions that I had.

Stay away from this company at all cost! Find someone who is straight forward with you and if anyone answers your questions with ambiguous ramblings... run away!!!

On March 29th, 2017 I contracted with Navy Auto Transport to ship my car from Wisconsin to Washington DC. Over multiple phone calls with the representative, Mario, he was informed that the car needed to be delivered prior to Thursday, 4/13, as I would be out of town. On multiple occasions he told me the car would be delivered by Tuesday (4/11). The car was picked up on Saturday 4/8.

Mario put me in contact with the dispatcher, Alice. Alice had not reached out to me so I called her Tuesday morning and she said that the driver was mid-route and experienced truck issues and would not be there until Wednesday. I reminded her that the car needed to be delivered by Thursday. I didn't receive any call on Thursday so I called Alice at 1pm EST Thursday and she told me that the driver had not left Chicago yet (Alice had lied about him being in route). At this point I was put in contact with Alice's supervisor, Maggie.

I spoke with Maggie because there was not going to be anyone to receive the car on Thursday. She told me I needed to find alternative plans to receive the car on Friday from (8-12). I had to make alternative plans to have the building doorman to let him on Friday.

On Friday, I had not heard from Maggie by 12pm EST so I called her and she told me that the driver was not en route yet, like she had promised. After expressing how disappointed I was in her service and lies, she hung up on me without any explanation.

At this point I called Mario for assistance. He talked with Maggie and scolded me for "calling too early in the day". He promised that the car would be there Saturday or Sunday (Easter Sunday). I told her that Sunday would not work because no one is on duty in Easter Sunday. He said that the car would be delivered on Monday morning.

When the car was finally delivered (10 days after pickup) the driver parked in the wrong parking spot after clear instructions where to park, threatening a tow for me.

I am extremely disappointed in the service that Navy Auto transport provided. They lied multiple times regarding when the driver was in route. Additionally, they provided false promises (e.g. It will be delivered tomorrow 8-12pm and it didn't arrive until 72 hours after). Navy Auto Transport does not hold their subcontractors responsible for their actions and does not mitigate any issues appropriately.
