Let's start by saying if you use New way moving service after you read the review's poor you, So yep poor me. This review is very long but I think everyone need to know it all.



I called new way to transport my granddaughters car from CA to AZ. Well while I was talking to the sales person at New way I was reading through reviews. I then told the lady I will keep calling around, she asked why I said because the reviews are not good and you have an F with the BBB. She said that reviews are all false, and anyone can report a bad rating to the BBB. I still declined. In the next 3 minutes .

Debra called and I let her convince me that New Way did not practice any of the things listed in the reviews. Well this is the email I end up sending to Debra...



From me toDebra it's long but very important ( I just wanted to reach out to you, because we discussed the working of other transport companies regarding how they do business, the way they tell you one price then when they take your money, and give you a contract at a certain price, then the price doubles. We discussed all of that. We discussed the negative reviews that is posted about New Way on the BBB, and the internet. You guaranteed me that New Way did not practice this sort of thing, the delayed pick up, the money grab, and all the negative things that was written. I was given the drivers number, he was suppose to pick up the car up on 8/16 at noon, then he text, and said between 2-5, the car would be in Tucson same day. Then I called New Way, because on 8/17 I had no contact with the driver,and was told that the driver had contact me, and I didn't answer. I'm trying to make that make since when I have paid for a service, and I answer all calls unknown numbers, and all. I was told his call was to tell me he had an incident he told me that on the first night he missed the pick up window he gave. Next day 8/17 I contact New Way and was told that the driver called and said he had an incident that morning not sure how many incidents was involved, I called New Way was told they pick up as late as 7pm, and I would be fine the car would be picked up today 8/17/23. It is now 8/18/23 the car is still here in Lakewood CA. My granddaughter need her car she is a college student that has school, and work. Public transportation is not an option for her because of scheduling conflicts. Debra I'm emailing you because I believed you, I thought I heard in your voice a person I could trust to get this done, at the rate I was told. I trusted that what you were saying about the negative information about the company was not true. I trusted that your telling me about the company you work for is not a bait and switch company, but a reputable one. I am reaching out to you because when I was hesitant about New Way, and was going to pass, because of all the negative reviews, it was you that made me decide that okay this company can't be what everyone is saying. Bottom line is if the company is what is written in all the reviews. I am hoping that you are not, part of that. I know reading this, what you're thinking, and it's not that at all. It's I trusted you. I'm hoping to hear from you today 8/18/23. I hoping that the price I was told and that what YOU said is true. Please know I'm not trying to attack your character. I'm just voicing how I feel. Hope to hear from you soon.)

I then canceled the contract. I was told I could cancel the contract not from Debra so cancel I did. After I canceled the contract this is the first text I got regarding my refund..

Well a glitch in the banking system I paid with 2 seperate cards. Bottom line they never reimbursed me stop taking my calls. I had to file the claim with my banks. I have used a few transport companies over the past 2years. One other company was also bad but this one is far worse, better yet this service was horrific. Sorry for the long review but I feel it's my duty to warn the consumer. I am not an angry yelper as they will try to say. Just one that that think this company is trash, and I hate I have to leave a star so 1 star it is.

Absolutely professional. I must've talked to 5 or 6 "brokers" before I found Debra at New Way Moving Services. Their quote was a bit higher than most others but their reviews were good, and even excellent. She spent time on the phone with me, took all my calls and even called me with updates. On the first day of my pickup window she confirmed the carrier and the next day pickup. Then it got even better. Clean Transportation, LLC and its owner/driver, picked up my antique car in SoCal at the exact time she promised and delivered it to the central coast of OR at the exact time she promised. Wow. I recommend Debra at New Way Moving Services without reservation. Pay a bit more and get your car moved without a worry. They exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely professional. I must've talked to 5 or 6 "brokers" before I found Debra at New Way Moving Services. Their quote was a bit higher than most others but their reviews were good, and even excellent. She spent time on the phone with me, took all my calls and even called me with updates. On the first day of my pickup window she confirmed the carrier and the next day pickup. Then it got even better. Clean Transportation, LLC and its owner/driver, picked up my antique car in SoCal at the exact time she promised and delivered it to the central coast of OR at the exact time she promised. Wow. I recommend Debra at New Way Moving Services without reservation. Pay a bit more and get your car moved without a worry. They exceeded my expectations.

BEWARE. This is the WORST company. They are scammers. They are liars. They made my move the most stressful it could have ever been and have breached every assurance they made. Be aware that the contract you sign with your quoted "estimates" will be a fraction of what you actually pay. I was made to pay nearly double for my vehicle to be shipped, and double for my household belongings. They do not answer the phone or return calls. In fact, they will send you to VM to avoid your calls and not do their basic job duties. My vehicle arrived nearly 2 weeks late. My household belongings arrived several weeks late and everything was damaged or stolen: 2 shattered TVs, my designer bags and other boxes gone, all of my furniture is damaged and broken. Thousands of dollars worth of damage after paying over $5k for a move that this company claimed would be SAFE. The moving company New Way hired was illegitimate. The unloader told me the truck they were using was stolen and not paid for, he told me he hadn't been paid in over a month and was worried, he had no dolly to unload, and was by himself to unload an entire truck (while the moving company scrambled to find another person off CRAIGSLIST to help this poor unpaid worker), and was by himself to unload the truck. Following the delivery of my shattered and broken goods, I have contacted New Way for OVER A MONTH to get help. They have ignored my calls, sent me to VM over and over again, promised they would send me information to file a claim and nothing. I finally got a very rude representative on the phone today who does not know how to allow someone to speak, who ended up claiming I swore at her and she hung up in my face (I didn't swear, apparently the word "should not" suddenly is a swear word). These people are insanely unprofessional. Please stay away so you do not end up out $10k worth of payments and damage for NOTHING, and having to pursue other legal means. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

Please do not use this company. Please look them up on the Better Business Bureau. They are completely unprofessional and borderline abusive. I know someone who has used them with some success in the past but on the recent car they were trying to ship the price quote was $500 and they had to pay $700 to actually ship the car. I was still willing to give them some benefit of the doubt but mentioned the experience of the price increase for my friend and was immediately transferred to a manager. My question was "since I'm trying to book this in advance is the price set or is there a possibility that the driver will arrive and want more than the quote like my friend's experience". I was thinking maybe because I was booking far in advance they could get a firm commitment to pick up the car at that price.

I promise that I neither argued, raised my voice, or disparaged the company in our conversation. I asked if booking in advance would assure the price and mentioned my friend's experience and the person on the phone just went off on me. It completely took me off guard. I wish I had kept a recording of the conversation but it was something similar to the follow-up text she sent after our conversation. Here is the text

"This is New way moving services, this is a shame how you treat people and disrespect me and my manager. I cant believe you know everything about the industry and everything we say you argue with us and making a joke. Same on you that is why we wish you will go with one of those brokers that actually behave the way you say that we do and then maybe you will regret you didnt go with someone reliable."

I was willing to walk away after the phone berating but the follow up text poked the bear!

I have maybe left 2 bad reviews in my life but I feel like I need to leave this as a warning for anyone that is thinking of using this company.

Received and signed a docusign contract to pick up my car in Florida to transport to Michigan ($575 total) with pick up between 3-29-23 and 3-31-23. Never happened. Repeated calls went unanswered. Weeks later I was finally able to make contact at which point they said they could not do it for that money and wanted more money. Classic bait and switch. I was able to work out an arrangement with the driver, however New Way would not refund my $175 deposit. Would highly recommend everyone avoid this broker - they are dishonest, misleading, and downright crooked! Don't believe any of the positive ratings - check the Better Business Bureau and you will see. My big mistake was not going there first.

BEWARE!!!!! This company will give you a price, tell you it won't change and promise you that they will pick up your vehicle on the date you need it to be picked up. Once you sign the contract and they take your $200 deposit, everything from there goes downhill. I was charged $225.00 extra on top of what I was quoted. They say that the driver is the one that can raise the price but that is a total lie. I have text messages from the driver showing me that New Way Moving Services offered to pay him more money $225.00 extra than what I was quoted to pick up my car. The driver was not the one upping the price, New Way Moving Services was. And they don't tell you this. Once the car reaches it's destination, if you don't pay the new price, the driver will not release your vehicle. Instead they will put it in their storage and charge you a daily fee of $40.00 to store the vehicle until you pay the total price. Plus, if you give them a window of time to pick up your car, they have an extra 10 days after that window to pick up your vehicle. Mine was picked up after the timeframe I gave them and I had to cancel my flight. They are major scammers. The office staff is EXTREMELY rude once they get their deposit. Their job is done after that and you have to deal with the driver. I was hung up on because I got upset for having my car picked up after my pickup date AND being charged an extra $225. You will be making a HUGE mistake going with this company. PLEASE save yourself the aggravation of being lied to and don't use this company. I PROMISE you, you will regret it.
