I used Orange Auto Transport to broker the deal with the company who picked up my Porsche 911 which I needed shipped from Los Angeles to Georgia. They were super kind and friendly on the phone to help organize everything. Amanda was amazing. I used a Apple Tracker to keep an eye on my car the entire time. This is a great trustworthy company!

Orange Auto Transport saved the day, our fist auto transport's truck broke down in Yuma, and after several days the original transport could not perform, I called Orange Auto Transport , I found them to be very pleasant to work with and delivered my car the very next day :).



I wish I would have called them sooner, the driver had to unload my car off the broke down trailer and load it on to his trailer at some random parking lot in Yuma.



The driver was a great communicator, he actually picks up the phone when you call him, very honest .



Orange Auto was a little more than than other quotes I got, but for service it was worth it.

Great service from the gal that I spoke w on the phone to paperwork to fill out simple and fast. All happened in one day from ordering service to picking up at my door, took 4 days to get to his nashville door. The price was better than expected. Shipped my son's car from California to Nashville, and the truck driver/owner was on the ball... easy to work with. I w be using again.

The entire process was efficient, seamless & very minimal stress which is extraordinary in a potentially highly charged situation regarding your vehicle.

Proceed with caution if you're considering this company. After submitting my request online, I refrained from confirming on their site, as it explicitly stated that only a deposit would secure a pickup date. Pushy communication, via email, text and phone calls. Despite this, they went ahead with my request without any agreements or deposit. Additionally, they attempted to divert my order to another vendor without my consent. The handling of my car seemed subpar, possibly due to the confusion caused by the duplicate order with this company. Overall, my experience with this company was fraught with negligence and disregard for proper procedures. Would never recommend or use this transport company.



Edit 2/10/2024: My order was "assigned" to a carrier. It was not "confirmed". Orders cannot be confirmed until the deposit is made so this is not my mistake. I did not follow up with your company and your company still placed an order without my consent. You also tried to hijack the order from the other vendor I was working with because your Order Number did not match with the "working" Order Number. My car was picked up with the correct "working" Order Number and yours was delayed by a day. On your website it clearly states orders are not "confirmed, scheduled, picked up" without the deposit. Again, I never followed up with your company and I did not place the deposit to move forward with your company. I didn't sign a contract to have my car transported via your company. You had no right to move forward with my order. And of course you had to cancel my order, my car was gone - it was picked up by the correct company with the matching Order Number. What? Are you going to pick up an invisible car?? The timing of your "scheduled" pick up was unprofessional too. There was no indication or communication my car would be picked up from anyone at your company. No emails or messages. Only emails and messages about depositing the funds. It was concerning when I received a call from an outside vendor that they were arriving at 8PM-9PM. Who schedules a pick up at 8PM at night?? I also was not "working" with multiple vendors - I requested and compared prices with multiple vendors like most smart consumers do. Please do not fabricate my story. What kind of company goes out of their way to do that?? I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone I know... Really unprofessional.

Thank you to Dymitry! We contracted him through Orange Auto Transport to take our son's car from California to Pennsylvania. Within minutes we were scheduling the pick up for the next day! He was reliable and in constant communication with us and our son in Pennsylvania. And delivery was on time!

Used these folks for a state to state move. They were super communicative, kept track of my reservation even though I made it 3 months in advance, and pick-up and delivery right on schedule. I like that Jimmy, the driver, took pictures of my vehicle at pick-up and then sent them to me for approval and signature. All around great experience. Highly recommended!

I contacted Orange Auto, requested a quote and received it within a day. The price was very reasonable. The customer service got back with me in a timely manner and let me know when I would be receiving a call from the driver. The driver picked up our vehicle in a professional manner and transported it to our destination with no issues. Our vehicle was delivered with no scratches and was right on time!

I shipped my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach e from Los Angeles to Kansas City in November with Orange Auto Transport. Their price was a little higher than competitors but assured me it's because they provide insurance, quality of service and gave me a long lecture about how shady this industry is.



The carrier came 3 hours late for pickup but that's fine. The drop off was 2 hours late but that's fine. What was not fine, was my display screen where we control the heater was broken. (It was 20-30 degrees in KC and I have a newborn and a toddler) So we couldn't turn on the heater in the car. I gave them a call and I was baffled by their response - they are only liable for exterior damage and not inside. They absolutely had 0 empathy and were extremely unprofessional. I couldn't get them to understand that they broke a completely well fine working car / screen and I'm driving around in freezing cold with a newborn and a toddler. They kept saying they are not liable.



Thankfully we had warranty so we didn't have to pay for the repair but we had to wait for the part to come in so I was driving in freezing cold to get our essentials and buy furnitures for the move for 10 days. It was absolutely terrible.



If they even showed little sympathy or were a little apologetic, I wouldn't be writing this review. Please, heed my advice if you are thinking about shipping your car with this company - they don't care about you or your car. Just money.

I STRONGLY urge you to avoid the misleading reviews and go with someone else at all costs. My car was damaged with 4k in repairs by their contracted carrier. I was assured they were going to take care of it and that It would be resolved and not to worry. The carrier dodged calls for months and I was told by Orange Auto they were "out of the country for an extended period of time" and could not return calls. They lied multiple times to me and never followed up on the car continuing to tell me they "thought it was resolved". They refused to do anything about the issue or covering the car damage and told me to "sue". The damage to my car was "not their problem", despite them being the company I paid to get my car to a new state and them being the company I will have to now sue to get this resolved. I paid a premium listening to their lies and marketing tactics. It has been 3 months and my car is still sitting in the driveway damaged needing the entire front replaced with no resolution, do not less this happen to you just go with one of the bigger companies or literally anyone else.



Further in response to their comment they contend I did not notify them as I did not make it to the new state until then and notified them immediately. I have the paperwork and photos confirming it was carrier and was damaged in transit, there people even confirmed that. It is another lie the owner was out for an emergency, the guy at orange auto told me "this happens all the time with the carriers" and I was told it would be taken care of and there was not a need to file with my own insurance. A rental car for the 10 days my car would be covered seems like a normal thing to give. Again do not do this unless you want your $50,000 to be destroyed by their cheap untrained carriers and have to haggle and sue to get a resolution from them.

I had a big issue with this company from TX to CA. They prepped my driver a week in advance and was expecting my driver to pick me up on a certain day. The driver did not contact me the day before and on the day of pick up I texted him, and he said I was not on his points of pick up. I was flying out the next day and needed my car to be picked up stat. I called OAT and they were closed, but there was an emergency hot line. Someone called me about 1 hour later and said he was going to find a driver that day. There was no update on that until I called him back. He said he would only find someone the next morning, AFTER I had to leave for the airport. Thank goodness my family members had a later flight than me and were able to get my keys to the driver. This was so stressful and I don't wish this on anyone. The person working on my case was really nice and apologetic though, and I think he gave me a discount for the service.



Price is based on where you are leaving from. My cost for the service from CA to TX was almost $400 more than TX to CA.

Searching for a reliable, professional car transportation company was not easy, as this was our first time having to ship our 2011 Lexus is 250 from LA to the Bay Area and needless to say, we were very nervous.



I started our search on Yelp and received multiple quotes from different companies. I narrowed down my search, and finally found Orange Auto Transport (https://orangeautotransport.com/)which had over 200 reviews at a 4.6 rating! I received a very quick response from Tim / Tiffany / Penny, and was already impressed with their response time, and professionalism. They provided a very reasonable quote, and we decided to move forward.



We spoke to Edie on the phone, who was so helpful and answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Edie followed up with multiple emails and texts to ensure we felt comfortable and had no additional questions. Edie was able to schedule our pick up from LA within a day, and informed us that it would be delivered the very next day! We paid the initial deposit online, and the remaining balance was to be paid directly to the driver / provider upon drop off.



We then received a text from Edie confirming all the details, and introduced us to our OUTSTANDING driver, Dominic with DNW Hauling. We received a call and text from Dominic within 30 minuets to reconfirm the pick up time, pick up address, drop off address and drop off time. Dominic was professional, communicative and friendly. He made us feel like we made the right decision. To our surprise, Dominic indicated that he would be able to deliver our car in the same day! Now that is service, as we did not expect to have it picked up and delivered within 7 hours, as the contract stipulated it would take 24 hours! Dominic called us throughout his drive from LA to the Bay Area to provide us with updates, as well as his arrival time.



We met Dominic outside when he arrived, and he was so very nice, professional and respectful. He gently and carefully unloaded our car, and that was it! We paid the remaining balance via Zelle and added a TIP for him as well. (please always tip your drivers :).



I will DEFINITELY recommend Orange Auto Transport to friends and family and will for sure use them again!

Legit! I'll start by saying Orange Auto Transport is excellent! I needed to transport my son's car to Louisiana, where he would be attending college. This is my first time doing something of this matter so I was getting a lot of shady sounding quotes and pushy brokers.

They had the best price, were extremely professional and courteous on the phone and over email, and found me a driver very quickly. My car was delivered the very next day!!!! It was a 1250+ mile trip. A different company quoted me 50% more for the same trip, 3 weeks ahead of time. Don't hesitate, they are the right company.

It was a 1250+ mile trip. A different company quoted me 50% more for the same trip, 3 weeks ahead of time. Don't hesitate, they are the right company.

Orange Auto Transport made it easy to transport our car and minivan cross country. The driver was respectful of our property and got our vehicles to us in a very quick fashion. I recommend this company.

Well, after searching, reviewing, calling and vetting, Orange Auto came out a winner.
The response for estimate was same-day, ON A WEEKEND!
The price was fair (even lower than our previous go-to guy) to ship an SUV.
Different payment options available, which is a plus.
Pickup is within one day of scheduled pickup (cant hold them responsible for traffic delays), dropoff scheduled +/- one day (not bad for 3000 miles following DOT rules).
Fully insured and licensed. Open trailer transport, so please dont complain if car gets dirty. Trust them.

I've heard so many horror stories about other companies -- Orange Auto Transport is a delight. They keep in touch by phone and text, show up when they are supposed to, make payment easy and contract to responsible drivers. Would use them every time.

My car safely arrived from Washington to Las Vegas. I would say use closed container next time as there were some scratches but I don't know as the shipper marked several scratches before the shipping. Overall it's a good deal.

Wonderful customer service and reliable. We had to move back our date by two days and they were very flexible and accommodating. Moses, our transporter was great and walked me through the whole process when he came to pick up our two cars. Cars were delivered in good condition, granted quite dusty, but no damage. I would definitely use them again.

The customer service is superlative. We have used this company six times. The most recent time, the carrier's communication was great and we knew when the car was being picked up and a quick call let me know when it would be delivered. The previous time, the carrier was not as good --but Orange Auto Transport did right by us. It's a tough industry because they give the jobs to whatever drivers match your itinerary and timeframe, so some drivers have awesome timing and communication but others do not. Regardless, I have always felt confident that Orange Auto is on the ball and ready to help out. We will use them again for sure.

My 88 Lotus esprit was damaged in transit by the carrier and they refused to pay. Orange Transport broker immediately filed a claim against their own insurance and took care of me. Travis and Penny were so pleasant to deal with that I'm amazed of how supportive they were to make sure I would be happy with the resolution. this is the best Customer Service team that I've dealt with - A+++

Good experience with transporting my Mazda sedan from CA to NJ. No issues and timely pickup and delivery as promised.

This was my 2nd time using them, they transported my daughter's vehicle out of state in 10/2021... Welll, after she decided to move back home ( FML) I called them again to bring the vehicle back in 2022. I got the same great service as before and a discount for booking and paying within 24hrs.

I was having trouble trying to pay online, the reservation was under my daughter's name but the credit card under mine ( mama always got the money!) and so it wasn't working but a very nice lady helped me pay by phone, sent my receipt to my email immediately and we were all set..
The car was picked up on time and delivered on time.

Transporting a vehicle across the states is not cheap and can be overwhelming but you will get great customer service, you will get updates and communication, everything you need to feel good about the transaction.

I have recommended them to 2 people who also had good experiences.. I highly recommend Orange Auto.

You get what you pay for. It's one of the cheaper options out there, but you'll pay for it another way. Don't expect to have much communication from them. Expect them to ignore your requests about delivery dates. Expect the delivery date to ruin your plans. Be prepared not to get reimbursed for any car rentals, ubers, time offs you had to take cause of it. Get told to just "enjoy the time off" when you call to complain. Sure let me sit in my empty house and burn more money on ubers and doordash. Which btw I recommend reserving a rental beforehand cause right now there's no cars available to rent cause of covid shortages. My car even arrived dirty as hell. Dirt inside the car and out. Someone even messed with my infotainment system. Y'all are literally moving the car 10 feet on and off a truck what the heck are you doing messing with my nav and my A/C. No communication from Orange after my payment. I'm just glad my car wasn't damaged because I can't imagine how much of a headache it'd be to deal with these guys with something like that. 2 stars for doing the bare minimum and getting my car to it's destination.

Driver refused to deliver anywhere near my requested location. Of course with my luck he informs me of this change Sunday night and since it would be delivered before their office opens there was nobody to call for assistance. I had to take an expensive Uber ride out to the boonies to pick it up and drive home. I should have known things were amiss when he picked up the car. Instead of going another 50ft to turn on to my street where there's hardly any traffic and with room to spare for him to do his thing, he decides to park his carrier in the center lane of busy street where cars are flying past us at 50+ mph between both lanes. Trying my best not to get run over, I had to wait a few minutes until traffic was clear before getting out. So 3 stars for at least delivering my car in one piece on time and letting me pack it with couple of moving boxes but man what a headache.

Don't count on their Promise at all my car was pick up almost 15 days later than what they promised

These people suck!! They are not an actual car transport company but actually a broker, which isn't necessarily an issue expect the never found an actual transport company to deliver our car and motorcycle!! After making a reservation in April for transport this week, they completely flaked on us?!?!

They never proactively contacted us to let us know there was an issue!! We started calling them a week before and we're told they were working to identify a driver. They assured us they were on top of it and it'd be fine. We kept calling daily and were told they were still working on it. Literally, this went on until the day before we were supposed to leave CA, still no driver, no pick up and no apologies....just excuses!!!

With less than 24 hours before we needed to leave, we were forced to find another car transport company (one that actually transports cars) and they were able to ship our cars though at additional costs because of the last minute.

I would NEVER use this company again and I would not recommend you do either!! Beware!!!

Edit: We were not told until 2 days before that the delivery date after June 3rd was a problem and only when we asked, never proactively! And those dates were the ones we gave them when they accepted the job back in April. Don't be fooled!! They're horrible!!

Failed to get my driver in time causing major delays for me.
Things happen I understand that. Orange Auto booked a driver 7 days after the day I requested. Seven!! That means by the time it would have been picked up and delivered it is over a week late to arrive. This caused major delays for my move, transport and just a headache for logistical reasons. The customer service is only available 5 days a week and is great to some extent. Penny and Tiffany are great but if you don't have follow through then who cares?!

I had a pretty ok experience with Orange Auto Transport. The reality is they simply pair you with a truck driver. You contact Orange with your car make and model, when and where you want it shipped and they give you a quote. Once they confirm the shipping date, you give a deposit and they give you the contact information to the truck driver.

If I could give a grade I would give them a B, which isn't a bad grade by any means but there is room for improvement.

Pros: I received a quote and signed up for it. I decided I don't want to ship from that location , got another quote via online, called them up and switched it, no problem. They paired me with a trucker that did his job well.

Cons: For example when giving my shipping details I said I wanted my car to be shipped on December 31st. As the time approached they hadn't reached out to me with confirmation of shipping.

Coincidentally another car shipping company reached out to me trying to get my business. I entertained the thought and we discussed logistics. I told them I wanted to ship on the 31st. Well the rep said due to the holiday season the likelihood of it shipping on December 31st may be a tough one. The truth was I wanted to stick with Orange due to the positive Yelp reviews, so I stuck with them.

Giving that 31st was in fact just a couple days away I was disappointed that Orange hadn't called me to say that the shipping date might fall through. I let time pass and as the 31st was staring us in the face I called Orange and told them what I heard from the other car shipping rep. They did say that the shipping would be pushed back and etc. While the rep was relatively friendly I would have been happier had they called me saying the 31st was gonna be a no go.

Now, about the truck company I was paired with. I was paired with E Express Inc and was working with a truck driver name James. James was a nice guy. He arrived a day earlier than expected which worked in my favor. He tried to pick up the vehicle a day earlier than expected and I agreed to that but then he called back saying he had to pick up another car which would make him pick up my vehicle late into the night --- which I said no to. So he agreed to pick it up on the day agreed upon. He dropped off my vehicle with no apparent bumps and bruises. Here's what I really didn't like. From the documents I've read over, if there is anything wrong with your car you need to be aware of it right then. I said wanted to take it for a spin around the block before I signed the paperwork, he denied me that right. He told me to take his word, so all I saw was the body. Outside of that I was satisfied with James service.

Would I choose Orange again, yes? What I choose E Express again, yes? If anything I would cut out Orange as the middle man because E Express did try to make a lot of pick up (tried to change time and location) and drop off changes (date) that having Orange wasn't really needed because their dates didn't match up to what was really happening.
