Because of the prior seamless service provided by Plymouth, we had zero hesitation of using their professional services again. And so happy we did. I was contacted by the company and given a quote. I kindly told the person who called that I had received another quote. He called me a fucking idiot and hung up the phone.this is extremely unprofessional behavior and I am thankful that I did not ship my car with this service

Plymouth auto transport did a great job helping me get my new car to Atlanta. Every question I had they answered thoroughly. While Plymouth was not the least expensive option for transportation, all the research I did on the company indicated they were the most dependable and the most honest. I didn't want to go with a cheaper company that might try to rip me off when they delivered the car (I've heard horror stories).

I get my car in half a month! This company is very bad, and also damaged my car, said to give me a hundred yuan refund, the result is just talk, I did not see the refund, and then can not contact the after-sales service, do not suggest that everyone trust this company

Well, I haven't actually had anything transported YET, but do appreciate the prompt email response to my initial inquiry, and the phone call I received today to see if I had any further questions. I believe I, too, spoke to Bill. He was very professional and kind. Thanks! I am a fan so far. :)

Fast forward 2 weeks later, car was totaled. Pretty sure they would have provided excellent service, though. Eh...what ya gonna do. #Life
