Oscar and Santos did a great job installing our new oven from Lowe's. The oven wasn't an exact fit and they figured out how to make it work by removing some molding and cutting it down to size after they completed the installation. They worked quietly and efficiently and we were delighted with their work.

After reading the ratings, I was rather concerned about using Lowe's (Sacramento) installers. I called Lowe's and spoke with someone in appliances to ask about PL and whether they're aware of recent service levels and any customer comments, good or bad. I was told PL replaced two of their installers a couple months ago. I'm glad I didn't cancel the installation of an over-the-range microwave. Kyle called before arriving to provide ETA, showed up with tools, work blanket (we had covered glass top stove w/2x4 wood to protect against an accidental hard landing). He was very polite, efficient; removed old microwave, installed new brackets and microwave. We're very pleased with the installation experience, and hope others are as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Same thing as all the other reviews. Ordered a dishwasher at Lowes, took over a month to have them install. The dishwasher was defective ( did not work/no water running to the dishwasher and the person who installed did not notice that before he left). Took another week for them to come and confirm that the dishwasher was defective. BUT they did not uninstall it while they were there. I am still dealing with trying to get this dishwasher removed from my property and returned to Lowes. Lowes has not been very helpful either. I would not recommend buying any appliances from Lowes OR using this stupid place to install anything. They are obviously contracted with Lowes , no idea why Lowes would continue using this place.

These are the most unprofessional idiots I've ever dealt with. I'm now on my third try waiting on them to install my microwave. First install was Thursday night they gave me a 4-8Pm window, nobody showed up I called them at the end they apologized and said the truck had an issue they'd be at my house at 8AM the next day, assured me I'd be their first stop. I skip work to wait for them the next morning, nobody ever shows up, I call and they make more excuses saying it wasn't properly put in their system. They said the soonest someone could come was now the weekend. I get an automated text they're coming 8-9AM this Saturday, again, nobody comes and I call and they say the text was a mistake and someone should come but they're not sure when. I swear I've dealt with the most incompetent morons every time I call. The supposed manager Leo refuses to call back despite then promising over and over again, I've called for him 4x. Hey Leo, you are a pathetic excuse for a manager and should be ashamed of yourself. This whole Company is a joke , look at their reviews. Unprofessional, unreliable, do not use them for anything unless you want your time completely wasted and have to talk to idiot after idiot all pointing the finger at the other. You're delivering a microwave not performing open heart surgery, it's not that hard! Mind blowing. They really have bottom of the barrel people working at this organization.

Avoid using this company for appliance installation. It took 3 visits to get the correct measurement for a cooktop installation. Consequently, I had to purchase a different cooktop 3 times. Actual installation was very unprofessional as well because the truck was broken on two occasions, the installer was sick on another or they supposedly came and no one answered the door. Interestingly, these cancellations were always near holidays or a weekend. Unfortunately, they are the only installers that Lowes uses. Consequently, I will avoid buying appliances from them in the future to avoid having to deal with this company in the future.

Well I have just finished my months long adventure with this company and giving them every chance they have proved to me the most disorganized operation I have ever dealt with, my problems began after they installed my oven/microwave unit, which they did well, then in a hurry to be done they pulled my refrigerator across my kitchen floor taking 8 gouges out of it, they left in a hurry and when I contacted the company Lowes/Premier to see what they were going to do to repair the damage they handed off responsibility to a sub contractor of Premier, who had no name, now all three organizations kept passing the buck to the other guy, I must have called 50 times to try and get an answer, I knew that it would be a full replacement (as all admitted fault) and would get handed off to a insurance company, but which one, no-one would stand up and be responsible for the damage, I finally fell back to my military days behavior and began to apply pressure on all three companies , Premier finally gave in and referred me to a member of their escalation department, and through a vote they decided to get the claim taken care of, now weeks later I have just had the work done and done well, by a flooring company named LC Flooring out of Northridge CA, one last insult was that Premier wanted me to sign a release of all future liability document before the work began, after I got up off the floor I pleasantly told them only when hell froze over. I am now complying with the final documents needed to finish this little adventure, not one of these companies cared about the customer, they lied and hid from any responsibility in the matter, I will not ever shop at Lowes nor will I ever use Premier to install anything, now I feel better.

I called Premier Logistics at 3 pm just to confirm my appointment time. The operator put me on hold and finally responded about 5 minutes later and indicated that my delivery time was delayed and would now be delivered between 5 and 7 pm. No explanation as to why there was a delay. The oven finally arrived and one of the delivery guys proceeded to take pictures of the inside of my house and walked out. They were there for a total of 3 minutes. Oven was left right inside my front door, didn't even place the box near my kitchen. When the installers arrived the next day, they even made a comment about the placement of the box.

I don't know why Lowes uses this company after all the horrible reviews left by customers. When I called their customer service department to complain about the situation, I was given a $25 gift card...to be used, you guessed it, at Lowes. I am hesitant about going back because Lowes will probably refuse the gift card for some reason.

The cameras showed nobody coming to our front door. The second and third time, they scheduled the installation then called that morning and said they didn't have the appliance or it was damaged. I mean...i can't make this stuff up!

Absolutley horrendous company. Rigo from PL came and dripped water from my old dishwasher across my living room, family room and hallway, despite being warned that water was dripping. Then he proceeds to wipe the mess and spread the water around with a dirty towel from his truck. Who knows where he used that- maybe a bathroom? When I asked him to stop, he got upset and left without installing the dishwasher. Never use premier again- or buy appliances from lowes.

absolutely the worst service ever. they never even showEd up after contacting three times on delivery day telling me they updated the time and then never even showed up. I called Lowes and told them to cancel everything because of this company. avoid a all cost!

The reviews don't lie. How this company remains in business is mind boggling in it self. I took the day off from work for this company to deliver and install a new microwave oven combo and they never showed up even after getting four calls pushing out the delivery and install that day. They never showed up and I never got another call from them.

Horrible company. They were supposed to do the install for a dishwasher purchased at Lowes. They don't return calls and I could never get them to install the dishwasher. Why Lowes would even consider teaming up with this company is beyond me. We had to cancel the installation order and find a company to do it ourselves.

This is the company that Lowes uses to do installation of products purchased at their store. The first time I scheduled my installation and took a half-day off of work to be home during their four hour window, they arrived without the product thinking it was Repair and not an installation. So I rescheduled and took another half-day off of work to be home during their four hour window. Once again they showed up thinking it was a repair and not an installation and they didn't have the product with them. On the third attempt I took another half day off to be home during their four hour window the four hour window came and went and no one called or showed up. I called Premiere logistics and said where are they? They put me on a brief hold and came back and said oh he's running an hour late he'll be there at 7 o'clock tonight. No apologies -nothing. Worst company ever.

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes, and this company they use to install sucks. They don't communicate at all, they don't listen as I provided a good number to call me and they failed to do so. They sent txt messages with updates come to find those are wrong. I asked questions of said installers and they did. Not answer me. I needed a city inspection after and for weeks they called the number I said NOT to. I was asked for availability for said inspection and when provided was told i wpuld be called back and never was to confirm. Inspector showed up unannounced. I called about it and didn't seem to care about my issues with them.

Sadly, we have waited 11 days for a call from Premier Logistics for a dishwasher install. Lowe's has escalated the claim and this company still has not called back. Our dishwasher was ready to be picked up by the installer 18 days ago. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Not like I had a choice in these installers, but if you have a choice, don't choose them! They scheduled an installation window and never showed. No phone call to tell us they couldn't make it. Just totally ghosted us. We wasted an evening waiting around for them and still don't have our dryer! If you don't have time to come, don't waste my time!!

Terrible Terrible Terrible company... measured the kitchen wrong... had to wait an additional 8 weeks on top of the 8 weeks it took me to get them in the first place.... they do not answer your calls... they do not return your calls when you leave a message... they show up late afternoon to install the cabinets... never leaving much time to work... they have been to my house 5 separate times for the install and it is still not done... they damaged stuff and never brought it to my attention.. I have gone through Lowe's escalation just to get a call back.. I can go on and on and on... avoid at all costs... I can't believe Lowe's still uses this company!!

Avoid this company. It took 3 delivery attempts because they rely on an automated system to schedule/assign installers instead of talking to humans, and both of the installers they assigned for the installation of the appliance were extremely rude. I will never buy an appliance from Lowes again after this.

They did not fulfill the agreed upon terms to ensure the appliance was working before they left because they are clearly overbooked and in a rush.

Avoid these guys- they hire crooks for installers!
I was ripped off by one of these guys - who was referred to me by Lowe's.
Guy sold me a part that I had already paid for and he charged me $40 for a part that was part of my order.
The company did nothing when I complained.
STAY AWAY!

The most unfathomably bad service and the highest degree of incompetence in the Los Angeles area. Don't touch these people with a ten-foot pole. Stay away from Lowe's and if you ever hear Premier Logistics in any retail transaction, run away immediately.

This company ruined my day and made me take a tylenol.

After waiting 2 weeks for a simple Lowes dishwasher install, they did not show and I invested 2 hours getting someone on the phone. They had not explanation and pushed my install date back 3 weeks.

BUT, if you press the option for invoice payment they pick up the phone within 3 rings!!! You have been warned.
