Had an excellent experience with Professional Auto Shippers. Everyone I spoke with was helpful during the entire process. I needed to extend my stay an extra month and they honored the original price even though prices started going up. The delivery was timely and the communication was outstanding!

Always professional they take care of the vehicle and are very cautious. Not matter how low it is. Thanks again Marley #S15

He agreed to a set dollar amount, customer paid us C.O.D
thank goodness or we wouldn't have gotten any money.

He was to pay a $100 broker fee to us and never did...called for over a year now and no response. I am sure we will not get that money now.

Please don't lose money to this guy. He took himself off Central as well so you can't leave a negative on him.

Awful, wish I could give a negative review. I had worked with Max 3 years ago when we moved from CA to NJ. He had told me next time to call him direct and he would give me a better deal. So I called, told him if he could move my car for approx $X I would do it, other wise I was going to sell the car. He promised, wrote up a contract I gave him a deposit, we left town, I thought it was a done deal.

Never picked up the car....21 feaking days late and went MIA on me, would not return phone calls, text or email. Needless to say I had to call another company to pick up and deliver the car. At this point I was in a bind so I got screwed and had to pay twice what I was initially quoted.

Instinct told me I was not through with sweet little Max at Professional Auto Transporters so I put a block on my account from their company (which coincidentally bills through Square using the name Reliable Auto Transporters).

2 months later and they just tried to bill my account $350, thank goodness my bank was all over it.

Do not use this company, don't fall for their sweet little family owned act. Do not give them your bank account info. They are frauds.

Well, I gave 5 stars a while ago but I recently had 2 negative episodes that I needed to address with this company. Max were awesomely good up until these 2 incidents and until he decided to become an auto transporter himself with trailers and tractors with all the works!

I understand you want to upgrade and be better for yourself but in auto transport sector...you either be the broker or the transporter! You can't mix them up!!

Reached outto Max for a move from Idaho to LA few months ago and that's when I found out he had switched over to do the actual transportation of vehicles. In my opinions, that was the down fall!!

Took him few days to get back to me but always I'm the one that reached out to him. His constant aggressive attitude were gone, sense of urgency to provide great service to his customers were gone and most of all....he never even called back!!

Also referred him to a friend of mine and exact samething happened! My friend even stated, how do you even work with this guy!

I think you should make it clear to what you're best at...either you're a broker or a transporter! You're NOT good at doing both!

If I could give them negative stars I would ! I had been back and forth with Max for DAYS until it came time for him to go get the vehicle. I still have ALL emails back and forth between us. He did not like the fact I had gotten PREVIOUS quotes for other companies is what his excuse ended up being even though I only have a CONTRACT with him and only gave my payment information TO HIM! I spent 3 days CALLING, leaving MESSAGES and emails and having the dealership call as well for him to return nothing! Finally once I told him I wanted to cancel my request he had no problem responding promptly. If you have a time frame, like to be kept in contact about your vehicle and love good customer service I highly recommend you do NOT use this company!

Initially everything seemed fine with the transaction. Then things changed once my cars were shipped. Unbeknownst to me, Max outsourced the shipping of my cars to another company. I esigned a contract from
Max for a certain amount. When the driver arrived with my cars, the amount of money I owed the driver was more than what Max said I owed. The driver showed me the contract he had with Max showing the price discrepancy. Essentially, Max undercut the driver and the difference was put on me. I called Max and he said he would refund me the money immediately. He never did. I asked him for several months to refund this money. He actually lied about it several times, initially saying that he would refund my credit card which he did not. Then he said he would cut a check and send it to me, which he did not. At one point he said put my refund check in the mail himself, which he did not. He repeatedly lied about refunding my money. I am now in the middle of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and USHIP.

I recommend using caution when dealing with this company.

THIEVES!!! I hired Professional Auto Transporters . He said it would be a hassle free no hidden charge shipment. They were 2 days late in picking up my vehicle. He hired a carrier/separate company to actually ship my vehicle. I made arrangements with them to pay him in full via cc and he promised he would pay the carrier next day. Professional Auto Transporters never paid them since it's across state line it's hard for people to sue to get their money. I've had the carrier threaten me with a lien and demand I pay them. Professional Auto Transporters are thieves. He has refused to pay them and stole my money. DO NOT USE THEM, HE IS A CROOK.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "BROKER". Weeks went by after car was to be picked up. Countless daily calls/texts with occasional reply of false reassurance. Cancelled auto shipment, and once again waiting 2+ weeks for refund. Twice he said it would be done. Now, he doesn't reply. He answers all your questions instantly before he has your money. Afterwards, good luck! Don't waste your time and money with south Florida scammers. Do your research, and hire companies with 100+ positive reviews.
