Provision Auto Ship LLC

I originally spoke with Mike from Provision Auto Shipping. He had me relaxed and engaged with the whole process. Very informative and willing to work with me and explain to me how everything works. Really walked through the whole process. However the issue comes with the actual transporting with the car. His driver arrived early, and all credit to the drive as i dont blame him for this. Mike originally quoted me $400 for a same day delivery of about 300 miles or so with a $100 deposit. I was hesitant to make the deposit but Mike assured me this was routine. When the driver arrived to pickup the vehicle, he informed us that he had a personal engagement the same day and the car would not be delivered until the next day, or at the very earliest a small chance of arriving late that night. This was not what was originally agreed upon, so i attempted to make contact with Mike. Doing so proved to be futile as he has not answered any calls or replied to any texts. I had to refuse the pickup of my vehicle as i no longer felt safe or comfortable seeing as im not unable to get a hold of Mike or anyone else with Provision Auto Shipping LLC. Avoid this company.

Pay attention to the reviews before you go with this company. I didn't read reviews that had similar experiences.
I was quoted $840 over a month before my move, they were responsive and everything was going well. As soon as I made the deposit, they disappeared for 4 days on me. It was 5 days before my move.
My car was supposed to be picked up on the 6th, but no update, no confirmation of payment.
The owner called me back on the 9th one day before my move saying he was sick that's why they didn't pick up my car which doesn't make sense he has employees that could've reached out and my agent wasn't off.
I told him I have over 100 lbs in my car he said that's fine, just to send a pic. He gave me another date for the car to be picked up which was the day I moved
And then I was called back saying the driver cancelled!! I had to leave my car behind with my belongings with family, had to rent a car which cost me $500, and then when they picked up my car they increased up the price from $840 to $1,350!

Eddy was great! and very professional, he explained every detail. There was always someone to answer my calls after hours, my schedule is full, and can't take calls during the day, but he went the extra mile to keep me informed and also negotiate the lowest price with the driver for me, so I will use them again 5*​

Mike is a liar. He will not return calls to customers to get car shipped. They are scammers promise low cost and will NOT get car delivered. Would rate Zero.

They told me at first a total different price $650 n I ended up paying 1000 .,!saying that I had to make a $100 just down payment n basically to get an spot with them n then witch I did .,
Witch I did like 2 weeks before I wanted my car shipped .,! When the day had come they start with this all new stuffs about that If I wanted it to get the day we were agreed I had to pay extra money

This company Alfred....was first to text me and follow-up with several phone calls. I will use him over and over again. The professionalism was great.

I'd give them a zero if I could. They baited me and then switched the price from $550 to $1000. Then they blacklisted me so I couldn't get a cheaper price from anyone else. A bunch of scammers.

They lied talked to Brett took a week I paid for enclosed put my car on an open trailer gave no refund told me im screwed and I can't talk to his boss neve use them

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst company, do not trust them to ship your vehicle. We had a locked in rate, driver and date, docusigned contract. The day before pickup we haven't heard from our driver so we give the company a call. He is no longer with them. They "called us" supposedly but left no voicemail and we had no missed calls. So now they are scrambling to meet the deadline AND want to do it for $200 more. We are on a very tight deadline. I'm moving out of the state. We planned this well in advance. They didn't communicate, they don't hold to their own contractual obligations, and then charge you more. I understand it's a bidding system for drivers, and I get that stuff happens, but this isn't our first time shipping vehicles. It is however, by far the most ridiculous, unprofessional and scam-like experience we have had. Don't ship with this company.

THE HORRIBLE SCENE PORTRAYED OVER THE PHONE DESERVES AN AWARD. This company called out of the blue to solicit their "cheap and excellent" services. While we would have paid $300 less than the other companies in the area, I'm assuming that $300 is the customer service?

My husband and I were given the run around by the 3 stooges (Eddy, Steve, and Mike) for the fact that the original guy we worked with left the company with no transfer of our records to anyone, the other people who picked up on it were rude, and began name calling when we asked about the necessary information needed to transport our car. They hung up on us when mad, they started talking back, they were reluctant to give back our refund until they finally did the most productive thing in this whole experience--canceled our order.

BEWARE, DO NOT SHIP YOUR CAR WITH THEM. IT'S COMPARABLE TO A SCAM.

***BTW we did not get our refund they promised. We had to call our bank and report fraud for us to get the money we paid for services we never received.

I'm trying to ship my car from Hawaii to the mainland and I was working with a guy named mike who was helping me out and everything was going good. Till some reason he left the company and told no one about my services or even a tracking number. Each person I've talked to don't care about the customer or even talk to you without trying to rush you off the phone. They even answer the phone with hello not even their company name or who your speaking to. There cheap and now I see why they have zero customer service and they simple don't care. Lastly at the end of my call eddy said he had another call and hung up immediately. Hmmmm can I least get a sorry I'll call you back your time is important to us. DON'T SHIP TROUGH THEM THEY SUCK!!!!
