I requested transport from San Diego to Alhambra and transport was ok but the Transporter Brandon took the title and never gave it to me. I called him and he said he would mail it to me. 3 weeks go by and he said the title was sent back and asked for my address again. Another 2 weeks go by and I still have no title. Customer service has no system in place to hold the transporter accountable for his lack of professionalism. Their advice was to call Copart and ask for a duplicate title. Now the car is sitting and unsellable and I am loosing money. What a joke!

They never called me back. It took over a month to have it get shipped and when it did it took a week to get it to me. Not good service...

I contracted these guys to ship 3 cars for me for 2650 dollars. Josh was in charge of booking the truck and was friendly. On the day of the pick up though no truck arrived and I never even got a courtesy call to let me know it wasn't showing up. Josh scheduled a second pick up day for me and the same thing happened again; no truck and no call. A third pick up day was scheduled and a truck did show up however it was far too small to handle 3 cars so it left. Josh apologized claiming there was a miscommunication and assured me it wouldn't happen again so I agreed to schedule a fourth day for pick up. I waited all weekend and once again there was no truck and no courtesy call. After that I finally just cancelled with these guys. Wasting so much of my time like this was just unacceptable.

Disappointing and unprofessional! I made the mistake of recommending this company to my daughter and what an awful experience it was for her to ship her car in August 2019. Not only did they not ship the car on time and charge my credit card $300 than most quotes from other companies but their contracted driver didn't even deliver the car but dropped it off at some remote yard place and wanted to know the price we paid to ship it out which is none of his business!

Not worth your time, very unreliable. This place had great reviews and so i decided to give them a try. I had to get my car shipped to Iowa for a new job and ive never shipped my car before. I called abt 3 weeks before i wanted it shipped out here i got a price and they estimated a date it could be picked up and it sounded perfect. So comes the day they should pick it up and nothing no call from them or nothing. I give them a call and they said they were still scheduling it and that it would be in Iowa the weekend i needed it over here. 3 more days go by and still nothing no call, I call again and they tell me the same thing but they assure me itll be out here by the time i need it. I get to Iowa and still they have not picked up my car and no call. I finally got my car late thursday night here in iowa after we had to directly talk to the manager abt this. It only took them 2 days to get it over here after alll this troublee. So far i havent seen any damages. But i had to go a week of work with no car. Very disappointed in this place because of such "great" reviews. Do not depend on them to keep there promises or be on time.
Just for people that are thinking of shipping your car mine was $919 from Modesto, California to Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
