Regal Auto Transport
Customer Reviews
So here's how the scam works. They give you a great quote and ask for a deposit. That initial deposit isn't even one and it actually a fee. That does not get applied to your cost to ship the vehicles. They will take that fee and run with your money and never follow up again. Unless you call the 1-800 and bug them to get your cars shipped. Once they decide to actually pick them up, they brokerage it out to another scam company and over charge you from the initial estimate. Ours was $1000 dollars more and say that's the drivers fee. Which is inaccurate. That new fee has a large percentage going to the second brokerage. And they make you place another deposit before they take your cars, this deposit is actually just the fee going directly to the second brokerage. So the first fees paid are the cost to work with them and the second company. The fee you owe at delivery is what the driver actually gets paid. So they make sure you pay that fee to the driver cause that's what they owe the driver. That way if you get mad at them and cancel that payment the driver is the one who gets hurt. The driver and you are the only real people in this process. They take the deposit and ignore you. Until it's time for the payment, They will bully you and threaten you to pay the higher amount cause that's their money. Luckily our driver saved us and knew what was going on. So do not ever use them. Do not answer any callls you don't know. I am not even sure if any of the people that run this business live in the US cause they will call you from all different area codes, harass you, threaten to take your possessions, and blow you and the delivery address up. They didnt even have our address when picking it up- that was our first red flag. They want you to pay direct bank account deposit by using a Zelle phone number. Which is not how it works at all, run away now and cancel you cards if you paid them already. The bank knew exactly who this company is. As you can see they will use your card number for additional Fees after the fact. The authorities will be notified. Plus all companies we used were brand new and had addresses linked to doctors offices!! I found since found -atleast 10 company names they operate under. I just hope no one else gets scammed by them!

Absolute worst service known to mankind.
I was connected to this provider by my moving service and the price was good as they were saying it would be a package deal.
Ronnie took a $200 dollar deposit from me. and assured me my car would be picked up by 9 am or morning time on 7/10. I told him i had to catch a flight by 6pm the same day. and if he couldn't do it that day please just let me know and i will push the flight.
over the weekend no one confirmed the appointment and i texted him with no response.
on the day of the appointment i called him at 9am est which was their business hours stated on the VM he kept sending me to.
he picked up the phone and i asked him for a status and his responses was "who is this we are not open call back at 10 and hung up."
long story short, he ghosted me the day of and i missed my flight and ended up driving the car myself.
if he was more truthful from the gate i would have adjusted my plans. but this company is a straight scam. He makes money of the deposits and that's all he cares about.
please note they are also called US Car Transportation, and i am sure they have other names cuz they are a scam.
This company is a scam. I contracted moving services through Medal of Honor Moving and needed my car shipped too from NV to GA. Sonia gave me a referral to another company called US Auto Transport aka Regal Transport. The owner is Ronnie and was told that they give good rates and are a good company to work with. Spoke to Ronnie, rates seemed reasonable, received my contract, and paid a deposit of $225. I called Ronnie a week or so prior to giving him my actual address and everything was still on schedule. On the day my car was supposed to be picked up I didn't hear from the driver or the company. I called early afternoon to voice my concerns and was told not to be concerned that the driver was running behind schedule but was on his way and would contact me 1-2 hours out. It's now evening, and I still have not heard from anyone. I called the office and this time the office was closed. I left an urgent message for Ronnie explaining the situation and also stating that I had an evening flight, and needed to know where was the driver? No response or phone call. I barely caught my flight and had to leave my car and items behind. The next day I received a call from someone wanting to confirm my pick-up date. I stated that you guys screwed me over and that the car was supposed to be picked up the day before. I was blatantly lied to and never heard back from Ronnie or his company, no apologies and they kept my deposit even though they were in the wrong. US Auto Transport/Regal Transport is a scam and Medal of Honor works closely with them by referring customers and receiving a kickback. They are all THEIVES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
I was referred to Ronnie by Small Move Movers. I was shopping around and I was quoted a significantly lower price by Ronnie so reasonably, I was skeptical. First, the deposit of $100 quoted by the moving company somehow became $200 when I spoke to Ronnie. It seemed odd when the transportation cost was $500. Ronnie asked for a deposit and I promptly told him I didn't feel comfortable giving him a deposit. I'm certainly glad I didn't because he began to be very rude, condescending and used profanity.
I'm not recommending either one of these companies so please beware!
FAIR WARNING!!! Ronnie with EXPERIENCE TRANSPORT and REGAL AUTO TRANSPORT (Same Company) are scammers. Any issues come about he and staff will ignore you. His staff are all unprofessional, rude, and can careless of your issues. They will even hang up the phone on you or answer any emails. They were all nice when I was getting a quote from them but as soon as they took my deposit they changed their whole attitude. Their quote to me was incorrect and had to pay $200 more. I had my car shipped from Hawaii to California than shipped to Colorado. My car sat on port in California for 2 weeks because they never called the trucking company to pick it up. I had to call the trucking company myself to get them to send a truck to pick up my vehicle. Ronnie and his staff didn't even do their job I was paying them for. They lied and said they called and it was the trucking company fault but true be told they never call them at all. My vehicle arrived late to my new location of course and I had to spend money on a rental car I didn't plan on spending. All in all I lost money using Ronnie's company to transport my vehicle because of miss quotes and 2 weeks late delivery. I will never use any of Ronnie's company's again. They rip you off and on top of that disrespectful to paying honest customers. I would give negative stars if I could.
Ronnie is a scammer. I accidentally zelled him 1500$ instead of the driver and he said "I would absolutley zelle it back" and went ghost. I had to file in small claims court.
I was shopping for vehicle moving company for my folks who are moving cross country. All was going well until I mentioned competitive prices from another company. This was when a torrent of cursing spilled from the agent's mouth. Completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. If they cannot have a normal provider / prospective client relationship, can you imagine what they'll do to your valuable property? Hard pass (Ronnie was the "representative").
Ronnie is a scammer do not give him any money for any reason! This is a company that will book your transport, act friendly, take a deposit, and then never show. You will then be ghosted when you try and call to find out why they have scammed you. He has used different names of companies, but do your research he is a scam. He will claim many years of business etc... great reputation, but here is the truth. Every person I spoke to in the car transport industry said he scams them too! You have been warned. I wanted zero stars but not possible.
I would give them a below zero if I could. They are dishonest about the quote that was given to me.
My cost was originally 650 and I ended up paying 700. When I called Ronnie, he had the audacity to tell me that why are you calling me about a lousy $50.
I said it's called being honest and trustworthy. And he started ranting about how he has tons of people saying they would leave a positive review but they won't. And then had the audacity to yell at me 'would you have left a positive review if I give you back the 50?'
And then he hung up on me. So here's my review for you Regal Auto Transport!
I would give no stars if I could. Their drivers are reckless and will flip you off when they are on the highway for their poor planning/ merging skills. Get off the roads
Stay away from Ronnie and Auto Transport
He will take your money and will not answer your call
I understand all of them in this industry are agents, but there are good friendly agents, then there are bad ugly agents and then there is Ronnie..
He took $300 advance and promised me a pickup on June 17 - he did not call or pickup phone or nothing till June 17 and on that day he said - "yeah the driver wont come" very casually...he did not pick up phone as I writing this review - i had to goto another company and get the work done....
Hope this will help others..He may give you the lowest price but whats the point, all that money will be wasted and you will have to find someone else anyways.
I was referred to Ronnie/Experienced Auto Transport (a Front company for Regal Auto Transport) by Geo Movers. Ronnie was very nice explaining and agreeing to everything I needed. I ended the conversation by giving them my CC and asking for a contract which Ronnie said he email. Once I received the contract it was totally different from the conversation, I called Ronnie back and emailed my concerns, did not get an answer or reply for either.
Ronnie promised the car would be picked up in 24-48 hours, even skeptical I waited the 48 hours then starting researching Experienced Auto Transport (EAT) where I found Regal Auto Transport was the actual company with EAT a front. I called and got Jack at Regal, what a character, he was screaming and rude, honestly so much I was laughing. He said he already had my money so I may as well stay with his company. I did not care about the $150 he dinged my CC for as much as getting them to take my car off the "national load board" allowing me to get a REAL transport company to move my car. Jack went Ballistic, I actually asked him to calm down so he would not have a heart attack while talking to me. Weirdest conversation I've ever had.
In any case I understand why their contract says no refunds, and I understand their 1.3 STAR Google rating. I hope the $150 I lost is a lesson to others, this is a bad company, really a group of company names run by the same people.
This company is horrible to do business with. They never showed up when they said they would .when we told them we didn't want their service they where rude. we where moving from Ohio to Florida. Had to be out of house. Was told by company to take to local truck mall and leave key in it and they would get it. Like I gonna do that. Then when we tried to stop payment with discover. They lied again. So I have to pay deposit.I only hope I stop someone from being taking advantage of the way we where.
The should not be allowed to be in business. Don't take my word, Read Google reviews . Wish I could give them 0 stars
Hustlers gonna hustle...
I'm not really mad despite the fact that he took $50.00 extra from my bank account without contacting me. I'm not angry that I was charged $100.00 more than the original quote, or that the explanation was a mumbled, "...we have taxes and tolls..."
I guess what pisses me off were all the excuses and lies for what he did. The $50.00 he stole from my bank account was because "The driver said your truck is bigger than he thought."
When I met the driver, he had no idea what Ronny was talking about. "Dude, your truck was fine, I had no problem. I don't know what he's talking about."
Ronny, your price, even after overcharging me by $100.00, was still better than most out there. Why don't you be honest from the start and save yourself all the one-star reviews?
Ronnie represents the worst of humanity. He is remarkably rude, dishonest, and condescending. Like so many before me, I was given one price, then on the day pick up, a much higher price, only to be threatened to have my car abandoned and verbally berated with profanity. He then charged my credit card an additional $100 without my consent. I am disputing that charge. Please do not trust this man, or this company, with your car or personal information.
I recently moved from California to Pennsylvania. In doing so, I hired Regal Auto Transport to ship my car...they then subcontracted Uncle Bob's Trucking for the job.
At the time of pick up from California on March 12th, there was no damage to the roof of my car, which has been documented with pictures, video, and the pick up slip. The multi-tiered transporter arrived in Pennsylvania with my car at 11:17 pm on March 21st. The driver could not deliver directly to my home, so he pulled over on the side of a dark highway and had me meet him there. When I arrived, it was dark and raining, and he already had my car off the rig and running. Due to the conditions described, I could not see if there was any damage or not. It was late, raining, and I wanted to get home and to bed, so I got in the car and drove home. Upon waking the next day, when there was sunlight and no rain, it was very obvious the damage that was caused to the roof of my vehicle.
Robert Lee, the owner of Uncle Bob's Trucking, claimed that the damage was preexisting. When I proved that there was no preexisting damage, he then changed his story to say that the damage must have happened in the 8 hours between his driver dropping the vehicle off and my discovery of the damage. My statement has remained consistent, and is also consistent with the findings of the claims adjuster at the collision center. The claims adjuster said the entire roof would need to be replaced due to the support beams being damaged.
The driver told me the reason he was late getting into Pennsylvania, was because he was pulled over and every car was searched for drugs. It is my belief that this is where the damage occurred. The damage done to my roof looks like the car above mine came down on top of it, which was confirmed by the claims adjuster. According to Mr. Lee, I guess God just drops cars out of the sky on top of mine while I'm sleeping, then cleans them up before I wake leaving only the damage. Mr. Lee, despite holding a 1 million dollar liability policy, is refusing to accept responsibility for the damage his company did to my vehicle. I informed him that this review would be posted, and gave him 24 hours to do the right thing, which he ignored, so I had to let the public know to avoid this company at all costs.
If you hire Regal to transport your car, make sure you know the company they are subcontracting it to and check into them. If they are planning on using Uncle Bob's Trucking, tell them to find someone else, or you will take your business elsewhere. Robert Lee and Uncle Bob's Trucking deserves to be put out of business.
I used Regal because my mover recommended them. They were friendly and original from the beginning.
After I had given them my deposit I read some of the horrible reviews. I asked my mover and he said not to worry because he sends them lots of business and has had no complaints.
I had to cancel my first transport because of my other car acting up. However I spoke to Ronnie G. twice and he was able to arrange a pickup the very next day.
Long story short, they shipped my car from Florida to Texas and I couldn't be happier!
If there was a zero star option I would give it to these guys. We did not use their service, we spoke with them and then canceled the shipment over 48 hrs in advance. They proceeded to charge us $150 anyway. We disputed the charge through our credit card company and won.
However, 6 months later, they charged us again! We had to have our credit card number changed to get away from these scam artists.
Please do yourself a favor -- avoid this company. The other reviews echo my sentiments.
Being a businesswoman myself I usually don't like to go on sites like this to write reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism this company allows its workers to get away with is beyond me! Do not trust this company with your things they are not on time, careless with your property and on top of it all will yell and scream at u when u call to check on your delivery! The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced!
